We are very happy with Vics PC Shop ! We needed a screen replacement for my HP ProBook laptop. We called the shop, he asked a couple questions, checked his inventory, gave us a price. Vic is a dependable. He has worked on both laptops and desktops for me. I do not expect overnight turn around, but he generally has things within a day. So far he has not failed to provide great service.As far as repair costs, he is comparable to others, and more importantly I trust his judgement.He worked withing my budget and offered parts alternatives when applicable.A valued repairman for our city, he is sometimes difficult to reach, but when you are in demand we have to work around it.

Just got my laptop back and Im very pleased 10/10 would recommend again.

Went there about 11am on a Thursday. The place was closed and locked up and no one in there. There was no sign about why it was closed. The only sign I found was their business hours and it should have been open.

I have been going to vics for prob ten yrs or so when i need a part, diagnose, reformat or extra advice, hes always been professional and has a quick turn-over. In ten years i have never had any problems with his service. The guy dont appear to be under the influence of anything when i come thru the door.
