He sets up your computer to near perfect as it was before you turned it in. He is more than reasonable with his prices and provides excellent feedback as to your problems and options. Im married to The Computer Guy and I can tell you that he genuinely cares about his computer customers. He almost always does something extra to his customers computers and doesnt even mention it! He often wont charge a customer a regular rate if he sees theyre struggling. He has worked on computers for free! He is a man of integrity. In a position where a repairman could make many things up and charge for them, the customer being at his mercy, Ive seen him tell the customer there was nothing wrong and could not charge them for a simple fix.

Best service Ive had to date. He will be my go to PC repair guy for as long as he is in business. He fixed my gaming computer in just a few hours. I had taken it to another shop and they told me the problems were fixed but they werent. When I took my PC to The Computer Guy he listened to what was wrong. Diagnosed it for me for free and then gave me a great deal on the new parts I needed. He also kept me updated with his work via text message and videos which was great. Like I said. I will never use another PC repair shop. The Computer Guy has me as a customer for life.

The thing I liked most was he started working on my computer right away and sent me video updates as to what he was doing and showed me the progress. Very professional and reliable!

I was very happy with the service from Russ and how quick it was done. After I had some issues with my pc and my graphics card went down and as a gamer thats just bad news, Russ fixed the problems and help get me set up with a graphics card that was in my budget and also was better for my specific games I play. He knows a whole lot about what games and parts go best together to get your pc to peak performance. He also builds some crazy fast gaming computers.
