What a great experience!!! This hotel is so nice, unique, and extremely reasonable priced for all of these amenities. Alexa checked us in and then made about a dozen trips down the hallway to help up with a light bulb issue after maintenance had already gone for the night. She was so helpful and cheerful throughout the process until we got it fixed! We will 100% stay here every time we travel through KC!
We randomly decided to stop in Kansas City on our way to Utah from Tennessee. This hotel looked like such a cute tourist spot to stop. We are not disappointed at all! The staff was friendly & helpful, the rooms are spacious, cozy & clean. The pool is half indoors and half outdoor.. the scenery is just beautiful and relaxing. They have a great breakfast and a cute little bar for adults. I cannot wait to come back many, many times to visit again for more than one night!
My room was more than I bargained for with a cabin like feel. Attendant was friendly! Nice scenery all around
Stayed here for one night with my family. Hotel looks brand new and very well designed. Rooms were clean. My son loved the pool. Breakfast can be a little better. Soundproofing of rooms are not that good. We could easily hear people staying next door.Overall for the price, it was pretty good stay.
Was surprised at how nice the furnishings in this hotel were. Lots of cool western and cowboy themed furniture, very comfortable, and a really cool bar and entertainment room with darts, ping pong, large screen and connect four.
Really beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms. Stayed a night while driving through for a cross country move, I felt safe leaving my moving truck in the area. If I ever find myself in Independence, MO again I would definitely stay here again.
We liked this place so much, we went here again on the way back from our road trip. Theyre way easier and more polite than the other hotels we looked at.Side note: they have seats in the shower and thier toiletries smell like this fragrance Bath&Body Works had like, 18 years ago. Pretty darn nice.
Bar has very limited cocktail menu. A few appetizers, and not served well. Otherwise a great place to stay!
Matt and his team will treat you like family. We stayed here during the pandemic and received the most attentive care anytime day or night. They also host parties. I hosted a team Christmas party/Chiefs watch party last December. Top-notch care and support, but be kind. They have been working extra hard to fill in while everyone has been short on staff (including themselves).
Me and my wife booked a room online for our sons 2nd birthday for just one night. We were told over the phone the rate was $135 and we paid when we leave. When we got there the room smelled really bad which we just covered up with some powerful spray we happened to have on us. As we left they ended up charging us $250 for the room. Not once was this discussed with us or were we told the price at all through our stay. Really disappointed and upset with their lack of transparency.
Stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kiddos 7 & 5). In a 2 Queen Expanded Room.Hotel looks nice.I question the bed size. We have a queen at home and the beds seemed smaller. Like doubles maybe. Rooms could use a little more sound proofing. Sounded like upstairs neighbors were practicing for a tap dance competition...Breakfast was delicious. Fresh and a wide selection.Pool was a hit for the whole family.Cant review the bar because it was closed both days we were there.Would stay there again!
Great newer hotel, clean with lots of natural outdoor space. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. I will definitely be staying here again.
Wonderful stay, hotel grounds are fabulous with walking trails and outside patio seating. Very generous breakfast bar with wide variety of foods to choose from. Lounge area pleasant with comfortable chairs for social gathering. Room was clean, and spacious, the bed I wanted to take home with me, lol. A return visit is definitely in my future.
I am hosting a reunion next year for Vietnam Veterans. This hotel was 1st on my list to make contact. I have done an online inquiry. No response. I have left at least 5 (maybe 8) messages over the last 10 days. No responseIf your hotel is not interested, at least tell me that. I feel I have no other way to make contact with you
The guy who checked us in at the front desk was from our new home town of Jacksonville, FL and was very friendly. The new bartender-in-training and her Manager at McCoys were lively and friendly.Only knock was a lack of pastries and maybe a waffle station at breakfast. The food provided was excellent, but just needed the above mentioned items. Beautiful grounds to walk and decor was rustic and leather. Not really a kids place, but very relaxing. We would stay at this one again.
I took approximately 36 families for a Music Festival held at your hotel! Every aspect of her visit was nothing but spectacular rooms were clean staff was courteous everyone that was working in the ballroom went out of the way to make sure we are happy! They paid attention to details when you see him in the hallway they smiled! Breakfast was very very good! Many of the board members felt the same as I did that we are looking forward to coming back! Special thanks to Russell and Ryan and so many more i just cant seem to think of their names! Grade A++++++++++
Great experience. Nice staff, nice pool, nice breakfast. Clean rooms. I’m a freak about things being clean. We only stayed one night on our way out west, but we’d stay here again. Felt safe and good atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
Clean rooms, clean towels, nice pool area and hot tub. Beds were not very comfortable. Loved the shower space. Plenty of towels when you got out of the pool. Good elevators, extremely friendly staff. Breakfast needs improved, but they had great coffee. Amazing breakfast staff. So kind. Fluffy pillows, nice view from room.
Very comfortable and clean. The pool is small but the kids loved the indoor/outdoor feature of it. Very pretty grounds overlooking Waterfall Park. Free breakfast was OK, but did the job. Our king room with bunkbeds for the kids was HUGE!
We travel all over the world and this hotel was a nightmare. Every employee told us differently about a late checkout. The booking employee, was rude and gave us misinformation and refused to let us talk to his supervisor. Our check in was long, there was hallways that smelled like sewage. Carpets everywhere are stained. There is not enough employees to even give basic services. The only customer service we received was from the bartender. Would not recommend this hotel.
The best service ever. Matt you are great! And the housekeeper with the colorful hair.
Its a very nice place. Not cheap. It had a few things that wasnt good . We had a sweet for 2 nights an they arent cleaning, bringing leans, emptying trash, because we are repeats. An the bed was neatly madeWith sheets, some little liner thing in between 2 sheets no blanket . Very odd for as nice of a room as it was .But still a really nice place to stay. I would recommend it for sure .
Nice Hotel for car dealer training. Never a desk attendant even though 3 people present through behind front Desk. Average wait time over 5 minutes. Very nice Hotel and morning breakfast.
Gorgeous place with updated decor. However, I think there is zero insulation or sound proofing in this hotel. Could not enjoy a good nights sleep due to the noise level coming from all directions. On a work trip so sleep is necessary. Would not recommend.
Wow. Myself, husband, 80lb dog & 4 month old baby all had a really wonderful time here. We will be back. I highly recommend the suite with a jacuzzi tub.
Lovely views and beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Only issue is, I asked for a quiet room, I got a room opposite the laundry room which runs 24hours. So I couldnt sleep. In the morning at 7am I got knock on the door from guest services. Another disturbance I could have done without.
We chose this place and got a suite for 2 days for our anniversary. When we arrived after 3pm (check in time) our room was not ready. However it only took about 5 minutes. We get up to the room its big and a nice view. However we immediately notice that surfaces were not cleaned. Tables had glass marks, crumbs, and some other things. Lots of decorations and lamps were dusty. To top it all off there was some stain on the comforter. I called down to the front desk and it seemed as though the lady was trying to rush me off the phone. However they did send up a supervisor for housekeeping who bought new linens and wiped surfaces down with a rag. Which was a little odd only because when I worked in hospitality, we would just give them a different room and verify it was clean before the guest would enter. The housekeeping supervisor was friendly and apologetic. Me and my husband still went to Walmart and bought Lysol wipes and spray to go over things. For $200 + a night rooms really need to be cleaned better especially with COVID. We had already drove all this way and really wanted to make the best out of it. The room was spacious and breakfast was better than most hotels Ive been to lately. The lady that did check us out did give us 10% off for one of the nights. We spent our anniversary last year at the Stoney Creek in Oklahoma and I would say that location is more keep up.
Overall the stay was fine. However there were constantly people running and walking loudly through the halls, there was no extra toiletries anywhere in the room, the front desk staff said they were going to fix a locked door and they did not (even on the third ask), and at one point during my stay I found a millipede in the sheets of my bed. please don’t let other people have as poor of an experience as I did.
Very nice place to stay. Excellent breakfast. Very clean and friendly staff. Awesome indoor/outdoor pool and a nice hot tub.
Best Hospitality and custom service. Visiting for Silver Gloves Nationals Boxing. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Professional caring staff. Room was immaculate. Highly recommend this place
We got 3 rooms for our family, every room was clean and comfy. Check in and check out was fast, easy and a great experience. There was a small mix up on room charges due to extending a different room for a extra night. I called in for help to understand and Rachel was rude, impatient and basically not trying to help me at all. Our experience there with everyone else was awesome and I wont let one bad seed be the reason I rate lower. I called back for the later shifts help and it was a problem that got fixed so quick and easy. Hopefully Rachel gets some training on customer service.
Check in and check out was efficient and prompt. The public venue and areas from what I observed was nice. The room was satisfactory.
This is a three star hotel with a four-star vibe, staff that is A-plus friendly and helpful and it was affordably priced (which I’m sure is date dependent) The rooms are spacious, quiet and have comfortable beds and soft cotton linen. They also have many different sizes of suites to accommodate most parties. The property sits on a lake that is beautifully landscaped and includes a paved foot path and all the flora and fauna to make you forget you’re adjacent to a busy interstate. They are dog friendly. They collected $25 at check-in for what was said to be a “pet deposit” However, it is not refundable. I extended my stay another day and another $25 was collected so basically add another $25 to the nightly rate if you plan to bring Fido. Although clarification is needed because I stayed two separate times almost a week apart and on my second visit I booked multiple days at one time and was only charged one,$25 fee at check in. And the second stay, I was given a standard damage agreement to sign that also listed their per policy. The Hotel also has meeting rooms for business conferences and events, weddings, reunions, parties etc. There is also a bar but I did not visit. My only complaint and I’ll call it an observation is that there were a few housekeeping issues I didn’t expect from a hotel of its caliber. The main elevator carpet is stained and had the same vacuum -able bits of debris in the corners on both of my visits. As well as something spilled on the walls of this elevator,in different places. There were also the same finger and hand prints on the walls and it had a heavy odor of oil furniture polish which accentuated the finger prints and collected dust on the stainless steel paneling of this elevator. This observation in a pandemic is disconcerting. The parking lot was littered with trash and if the property’s receptacles hadn’t been full, I would have blamed it on the wind. The room was clean however the keurig (didn’t work) needed cleaning and the spot where it sat had been wiped around which was evident when it was picked up to move to another outlet to test. The underside rim where the sink met the granite had mold that I easily wiped away and the same was present in the shower there towel bar attached to tub surround . Unlike many hotels, they neither offer dog doo bags nor a dedicated place for their disposal. Even with those issues being said, I recommend Stoney Creek if you have a chance to visit!
Beautiful hotel!! Great breakfast, courteous staff! Awesome experience!
Beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was subpar at best; I expected more from a nice place. Room was clean and they allowed dogs which was a plus for us.
This place is nice clean and beautiful but the day supervisor Rachel is rude they charge my card $800 for one night in the Jr suite still wouldnt refund my $400 Im still waiting for the money come back on my card.. the night staff there is sweet Ill give them 5 stars the day stuff need lot work with rude customer service.
Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. Had a wonderful time!🙂
Clean and cool western vibe with a full free breakfast in am. Hot tub and relatively inexpensive
By far THE BEST hotel we stayed in on our 12 day cross country vacation with a family of six.We stayed in what can only be called a totally incredible cabin themed suite! A king sized bed, a bunkbed with a full size bed on bottom and a twin on top. And an oversized, totally awesome hide-a-bed (that thing put some of the queen size beds we saw in other hotels to shame! Super comfortable...and BIG!!)This room EASILY fit all six of us with PLENTY of room to spare. My kids LOVED the gargantuan big screen TV too. We melted into the super comfortable beds too. But thats just the start! When you walk into the hotel, be sure & look around the lobby. Theres a full size Buffalo above the main entrance (seriously! Its freaking awesome!) theres antler themed chandeliers, theres a baby grand that plays itself (sooo cool!), and it just has a really upscale feel to it!The pool is outstanding! Theres a hot tub and a really nice kid friendly pool. The pool even extends to an outdoor patio area too. Seriously! If you have a chance, check it out! My kids were in HEAVEN!!!Out behind the hotel is an awesome patio area as well, but keep walking out past the hotel and youll see a walking path that surrounds an incredible pond! Come out here in the evening and watch an incredible sunset with waterfowl for background noise! Then hang around to watch as fireflies dance all around and frogs croak. Walk a little to the left of the pool on the walking path and look across the pond and youll see a lighted waterfall (Dead serious!) dropping into the pond. I spent a good hour behind the hotel just taking it all in after dark. It was incredible! My kids LOVED seeing the fireflies too. We were just in complete awe of the surrounding this hotel is in.Walk back in and youre treated to an incredibly modern hotel with outstanding staff! The front desk staff were by far the nicest and happiest we met on our cross country trip. The desk clerk we met when we checked in was just an all around happy guy and was a breath of fresh air from other places wed stayed. Cant say enough good about the staff here!I mentioned to them that the pool was low on towels and immediately one of the staff wheeled a whole cart full of fresh towels to the pool. Holy cow this place is awesome! The breakfast is totally awesome! Hot, fresh, and with lots of different options. That was some of the best breakfast food we had on the whole trip! Just cant say enough good about this place. Super accommodating staff, incredible room, extremely reasonable rate, and with an incredible ambience around the whole hotel. Seriously! If you have the time, take a walk back behind the hotel. You wont be disappointed! We would DEFINITELY stay here again and have been raving to all our friends about how awesome it was! Stay here! Youll love it!
I like a nice place but they need to dust the rooms and get a new pool
Very new and modern place, in the style of n older lodge. The lake behind with a waterfall is especially nice. I wish they had full service dining, but there are numerous places nearby.Rooms were clean and comfortable.
This was a great stay! Ronda had great costumer service and was very hospitable!
One of the best hotels ive ever stayed at there was a issue with my debit card and deposit but the manager got us taken care of i dont remember his name but he was awsome the room was perfect great view i would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting kansas city we will be back for sure
Omg I cant even!! This hotel is so beautiful!! Its right next to bass pro and has beautiful clean rooms and the lobby is amazing!! Very comfortable beds and so very very quiet. Im definitely staying here again!!
Was there for an event. Was a little warm, but it was pretty hot outside and lots of people attended. Beautiful otherwise.
So quiet and pleasant. Rooms are awesome, service was awesome! Will stay here again!
Seems to be some Maintenance going on. When we stayed a few years ago much better appearance. Back need lawn, weeds work, dont let it go down hill rooms are spacious and lovely
Very nice. Front desk staff did not provide instructions on how to get to room. Had to wander the property and just hope I would run into it. The air in the hotel is very dry, bring lots of water!
Very nice hotel. We wanted a suite but due to a baseball tournament we got a buisness kingEverything was perfect including the massage chair in the room. Overall perfect experience.
Our room, a Junior Suite, was nice, but could have been cleaner. I saw an M&M beside the bed as soon as we walked in. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! I was told the bar was not open until Wednesday (we stayed on a Monday night) even though the signs in the elevator say the bar is open Monday-Saturday beginning at 5:00 PM. That was a disappointment. There was also limited snacks in The Pantry. There were no pamphlets or books in the room with local restaurants and attractions. I felt like we were left on our own. The bed was very comfortable. I would say this is an average hotel.
Our car got broken into during our stay. We are convinced it was an inside job, as there were cameras around the property but not in the particular “spot” we parked in. The people that checked us in live on the property and they were smoking cigarettes on the balcony upstairs & had a direct view of our car, where they were asking about the break in from. Police don’t show up (just take details over the phone). The restaurant owner has cameras all around but ironically also not in the spot where we parked. Things didn’t add up. This property did not have signs warning of possible break ins & apparently incidents like this happen often.
It must have been the first weekend since covid. When we checked in there was only one person at the front desk and we were the 5th ones in line. By the time we got checked in there were 5 ppl in line after us. At breakfast both mornings, fruit and coffee had run out at least a half hour to an hour before breakfast ended. Lastly, the gym didnt have any spritzer to spray down equipment which I informed the front desk of. The staff were kind and courteous however and the room was excellent. I fully expect it was just their first full weekend.
I highly recommend this place. We had a 2 and a half week stay and the staff was super accommodating.
This place was amazing. The lady working overnight was so great. We had a house fire and she was so helpful with getting us a room!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was super nice!! Loved the walking trail around the lake.
I had an interaction with the general manager who was very pleasant and quickly resolved my issue without giving me any kind of run-around.
Kapena was very helpful in straightening out our reservation. I also witnessed him handle other stressful situations with calmness and efficiency.
The hotel and room were very clean. We booked a room for a night for the kids to able to enjoy the pool. So they swam on Saturday but Sunday morning when we woke up to go swimming at 9 the pool was closed for cleaning. They had 12 hours to clean the pool so I am not sure why they would start it when the pool opened. The front desk person was very rude and wouldnt give us a time frame as to when they would be done cleaning the pool. She didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Her response was it will take as long as it takes to clean the pool. Needless to say the kids were very disappointed and she didnt seem to care.
Great place. top notch room and the best service around
The only reason Im rating this a 3-star hotel is because I checked into a jacuzzi suite on the third floor when I got there they told me they had one open on the first floor which I had originally asked for they told me it was already booked for two nights when I left and came back that one became available on the first floor again they checked out so I was like yeah Ill take that one I got in there it did not look like they had cleaned it very well there was dry pee all over the toilet there were hair in there jacuzzi tub which I washed out I did address it with them other than that no problem very nice hotel very clean other than that beds are very comfortable love it just hope theyre cleaning it well for other people
We had a very comfortable stay when we were here.
Room, nice comfortable. People in the hallways all hours of the nite partying, very loud both nights there. Went to check out and a note saying back in 20 minutes. No. Professionalism. Not happy.
The Hotel build me twice on our credit card. Called and they said it was a mistake but still on our card. They will not return our calls and double bill is on our card.
Horrible! Children running up and down in the hallway at all hours if the day. Puppy whimpering for hours while owners are out. Empty coffee dispensers in the guest lobby.... guess its only offered in the morning.Their breakfast was pretty good. That Id give them 4**** on.
My husband and I have been working with Stoney Creek to plan our wedding. The wedding planners designated to Stoney creek have been fantastic to work with. They’re super responsive and helpful and planning was easy and exciting.Due to COVID we’ve had to shift some things around and ultimately end up cancelling the wedding. It’s been unfortunate but the team at Stoney creek have been empathetic and understanding and great to work with.Thank you!
The lady at the desk from check in all the way through our stay had a horrible attitude towards us. Evan after purchasing multiple things from the “pantry” in the hotel she continued to be very unprofessional and crabby. Her alone ruined our stay. Other then that room was nice.
Very nice place! I love the decor and the view behind hotel! So peaceful! Nice indoor/outdoor pool! Very friendly
Clean place. Rooms are nice and cozy.
They were 28.00 higher than internet price. Then when I got to my room. There was no hand soap. Asked downstairs how I should wash hands and after looking surprised her answer was waiting on a truck. They required a mask but No way to wash. The Rinse off Shower . They should of told people at checkin there was No soap to bath with.
Absolutely beautiful! Beds are so comfortable! Wonderful amenities!
I’ve used Stoney Creek at multiple locations in the Midwest. With work in Iowa I once stayed there for an entire year. I’ve always loved Stoney Creek, Until today, I call to book a room for my wife and I for a weekend get away jus to catch a KC chiefs game needing to book a one night stay and was informed I could not do that because this location requires a 2 night minimum..... unfortunately my schedule does not permit for a 2 night stay but I would be charged for 2 nights weather I used the room or not... looks like I will be giving Hilton my business again. Very disappointed in this business decision.
It was a clean and affordable hotel to stay in on our road trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the lake view and again, the cleanliness. The front desk person was super nice, and even though it was late at night when we checked in, she brought us extra towels.
I was looking for a nice place to stay in May for four or five days in KCMO or near, I researched Hotels all around a 25 mile area. I also called numerous one, but only one stood out among all others. That would be Stoney Creek in Independence Missouri, after a long and quizzitive conversation with the Guest Services ( LEXI), Whos knolage of not only of the Hotel its self but of the surrounding area. Most helpful and was not taken by all my questions or ns. To MATT LAWRENCE, I do comment you and your staffing. I cant wait to be there and to see my Grandchildren and Great Grand kids as I visit.I will rate the stay after my visit.5 star rating on hospitality
Nice trail walk around the lake checked in or not.
Very nice and great veiws
The good:Room was clean & cozy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Located close to restaurants and a scenic walking trail. The staff was friendly. The bad:Someone was smoking in their room (not allowed) and it permeated into our room. The following morning the lady at the desk told us that housekeeping would be able to tell which room was the culprit. Breakfast was pretty bad (eggs were outrageously salty and pancakes were hard and inedible).
I went to my Nieces baby shower
Nice place but could be cleaner.
My suite wasnt so sweet. Would not return or recommend. Found glass in sofa, room was filthy. Total waste of money.
I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Stoney Creek. I was in charge of a small conference (in the summer of Covid-19). They were amazing! They made changes for our safety, they worked through all the little details with us and our members had a great time (even wearing masks). The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and the grounds are lovely. The AV/tech worked great. (Thanks to Cap and Russell). We are so happy with them that we plan to return in 2021.
Great service at the bar! We went in for drinks. Highly recommend.
My husband and I spent a night here on a spur of the moment day trip. To say it was amazing is an understatement! We were welcomed by Matt, (I do believe he was the general manager) as soon as we entered. He was warm and inviting, and the grounds and hotel itself are very well maintained. Our room was gorgeous and spacious with a great view of the lake and adjacent park. The overall decor, cleanliness, and layout of the room made it well worth the drive for us. We will be back! Thank you so much for your hospitality!
Very nice. Very clean & very friendly! Not sure how to spell her name but Lei was very friendly, helpful and professional!
Were to start?! Kids running through hotel and hallways when trying to sleep. Adults and kids wasnt wearing mask in hotel. Guest in next room was to loud and drunk. After calling front desk and complaining. Front desk said they were on cameras and were aware of situation. After no attempt by hotel to fix the problem, my family and I left around 2 am. For nice hotel like Stoney Creek you would expect better service. Plus there was a cop behind front desk as well, go figure. Never again!!!
Very comfortable. Been doing anight out since 2017 on or around valentine day been doing it for 5 yrs.
Had fun Volunteering at LS Chamber Annual Gala. James and his crew jumped in to help out where needed.
My family stayed in the Junior Suite with jacuzzi and we absolutely loved it! It was perfect for us. However, we went to the pool expecting it to be heated and it was not. We discussed this with other couples. One guy even said No, this one isnt heated but .......down the road is. I would have given this a 4 star but after our stay I contacted Matt the general manager and his only reply is that he assured me the pool was at 82 degrees. But I guarantee it wasnt.
I feel like 3 stars is actually being generous. I’ve been to a few different Stoney Creeks and was always really impressed. I wasn’t with this one. The staff was ok not too overly friendly but not rude. Breakfast was also ok eggs were good pancakes not so much. The pool was a huge let down. The whirl pool was roped off and couldn’t be used due to Covid. One of the reasons we booked here was because we wanted to spend time in the whirlpool and pool. On the website it says supposed to be an adult swim time as well. No where on the website nor in the confirmation emails does it say that the whirl pool would not be in service and we were not informed of it when we checked in. Had we known we’d have gone somewhere else. They also had taped off the adult swim times on the pool rule board and changed it to all swim time. It just seems odd that we could swim in a pool with 8 kids splashing around but the whirlpool was closed off.The room was clean and looked nice though so that was a big plus. Especially since we spent more time in the room than we intended. Thank God there was a Saved by the Bell marathon on.During our stay there was also a flood on the pool level floors and carpet was soaked. I know things like that can happen but all together it was not the fun hotel experience we had planned and it doesn’t come close to the experiences I’ve had with the St Joe, And Iowa Stoney Creeks. I won’t be back and I can I recommend it to friends.
Clean room and nice staff. Only issue is the shower pressure was very very weak in the morning.
Everything was great except for front desk charging the wrong card for my bill. Id you use a different card for incidentals be sure to tell front desk if you want olit to be used for your final bill!
Matt and his team here are wonderful people. Their attention to detail and concern for your enjoyment are great. We stayed two nights in a king bunk room. The kids loved having their own space while we had ours.We were able to go to Los Cabos and Old Chicago and eat without even getting in the car. There is a very nice trail to walk around the lake and Bass Pro when the weather permits. The pool is heated and has an indoor section as well as outdoor. No need to get out of the pool to go outside! Towels in the pool area stayed stocked plentiful the whole time. Multiple cleanings per day in the pool area too.The lobby common area is nice and comfortable too. Give them a try!
Loved the room. Great family atmosphere
Was not there as a guest, but for a conference. The staff was very nice. Ill definitely have to go back for an overnight to see more and experience the hotel. Great food as well!
Great staff. Fun to swim indoor/outdoor at -7 degrees.
