After a hard decision, of spending a lot on a repair, or spending even more on a new one.... Anthony replaced the compressor on my fridge.He was friendly, real, and the company lived up to their word.What more could you ask for?

I dont often leave reviews, but Anthony went above and beyond for us. Our dishwasher and dryer stopped functioning properly within a week of each other. We called Arrowhead and they were able to send someone the same day. Anthony communicated well, arrived early, and really spent the time to diagnose our problems and come up with solutions. Unfortunately, a part we needed for the dishwasher is no longer made, but Anthony got our oven working and also gave us advice on our dryers issues, saving $$$. Super satisfied with the service and will 100% turn to them again the next time we have a problem with a major appliance.

That’s it, I’ve found my appliance repair guy. This company is so wonderful. Chelsea is very sweet and helpful and Andy is the man. He’s very friendly, makes me feel comfortable in my own home, knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue right away, worked with our warranty company, etc. I could tell he cares and wanted to fix our fridge as soon as possible.I initially had another local company come out because they said they could come in a day sooner and their service fee was a little cheaper, don’t do it. I had a really bad experience and had to reschedule with Arrowhead. So glad we went with Arrowhead for my LG refrigerator repair!

During the recent Artic blast of COLD weather, my microwave-wall oven quit heating. I called the manufacturer and they couldnt make an appointment 1 1/2 weeks. He ordered a motherboard and another part for me. Within 2 days he was back to install it. Chelsea was very essential and good at making the scheduling and ordering the parts happen so quickly. I called them due to their reviews being good and the talk.He showed up and went through everything, even allowed me to get the part and do the work myself since I already had it all apart.My only issue was after finding it wasnt the timer and I went to return the part, the communication seemed to breakdown and it has taken over a week now and I still have not received a refund!Andy is very professional and personable, he tried to work with you to save you money which I like and is very good at giving you the most for your money.I would use them again, provided my refund eventually comes through!

In the middle of a Friday afternoon my clothes washer quit working. I called and Andy answered, while on the road. He was able to come within 90 minutes. Diagnosed a bad door switch, resolved it and boom it was running again. And he liked my hyperactive dogs! Courteous, prompt, effective, and a reasonable service charge. If you want to know how to play the long-game in earning business, here’s how: I just called (picked you out of the blue) to explain we had a brand new Bosch washer that Lowe’s didn’t install properly and it was vibrating. Instead of using my call as a reason to come out and generate revenue (knowing I can easily fix myself), he quickly gave me the answer for free. I had a double wall oven that needed installed for Thanksgiving. The original installation was cancelled last minute by the company I bought it from, due to unforeseen circumstances. Frantically searching for an appliance installation company, I messaged Arrowhead Appliance the Sunday night before Thanksgiving and got a call fist thing that Monday morning. And although Andy the technician had only scheduled work for a 1/2 day on Wednesday, he went ahead and made an exception and came out at 2 pm the day before Thanksgiving to install my oven. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. It is so rare to find an appliance repair company that provides superb service and is honest. Our dishwasher of 3 yrs wouldnt quit washing. We contacted Arrowhead Appliance Repair. Andy, the company owner, came out very quickly. Wed heard the motherboard needed to be replaced, but Andy asked for the model/make of the dishwasher prior to coming and did some research on our behalf. When he came, he realized there was a clogged sensor which was telling the dishwasher the dishes were still dirty instead of allowing it to go on to the rinse cycle. He fixed it and then checked back with us to make sure it was working after we ran it again. All we owed was a service call. We are so grateful to Andy and want everyone to know this is a company you can trust. Weve had many bad experiences with other repair companies who ripped us off and never fixed the problem. Not this company. Arrowhead Appliance Repair is WONDERFUL. They will be who we call from now on for all our appliance repairs. THANK YOU ANDY!!!!

Wonderful company, wonderful products, wonder warranty and family! I meant to write this review a bit ago. The owner Andy was fantastic. We had a bit of a family catastrophe the day he delivered and set up our washer and dryer. He had driven here to overland park, was patient during the whole experience, waited for us to get back as we had a vehicle break down RIGHT when he came (Im sure he had 20 other places to be), so I was surprised he stayed during our mini crisis (most people wouldnt), but he did, and he was as nice as could be. He took his time hooking our appliances up, thoroughly explained how everything worked, and did it all with a smile. A couple of months later, we had a leak (not the washer, it was the water spout) but Andy came out to look at it and with no hesitation, fixed it up at and saved us! Im a single mother and the kindness and follow through still means a lot. You dont find good, morally sound companies like this anymore....goes a long way in my book. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I Oh, and the prices, no one else in the city can beat his prices for this quality of machinery. Amazing and to this day, not one issue. Arrowhead appliances DEFINITELY went above and beyond for us. Prompt, professional response. Justin came out the same day we called. He knew exactly what the problem with our refrigerator was as soon as he opened the door. He helped me unload the refrigerator, he was very nice and kind. Justin explained the problem and solutions before doing anything. He walked us through the options and asked our preference before making the repair. He put all the shelves back in the refrigerator after the repair was completed. Highly recommend!We are staying in an Air BnB and Andy saved our Christmas by servicing and repairing the refrigerator we were using on Christmas Eve. Andy worked directly with the owners initiating a high level of communication and kept them informed by taking lots of pictures. Andy was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to have in our “home”. Great service and quick work! Our dryer stopped heating last week, and I reached out to Arrowhead Appliance in hopes of just getting a decent replacement. They assured me that if we needed a replacement they would be happy to help but that theyd first like to make sure that it wasnt something that could just be repaired. They came out to our house on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule (which was super helpful since we have a newborn) and were able to fix our dryer in under an hour. I am impressed with this company. They were able to diagnosis over the phone and tell me approximately what was wrong and the cost for repairs. It was affordable and prompt service. Appliances dont last like they used to so its very important to be able to repair instead of buying new. I hope I dont need them but with a business and home I imagine I will need them again at some point.

Fast and responsive! Came out same day I called to assess the issues I was having with my fridge. Justin was very professional and provided a detailed explanation of the issues as well as what it would it take to fix it from timing and costs. He also explained the frequency of these issues he has seen with Samsung refrigerators. Word of caution: It does take awhile for Samsung parts to come in so be patient! Will definitely utilize Arrowhead again with any appliance issues I encounter.

Weve used Arrowhead to repair fridges, stoves and dishwashers, and Andy has had the knowledge to successfully repair them all. Buying refurbished appliances for emergency replacement has always gone well, too, and Andy has always stood behind his products 100%. We dont use anybody but Arrowhead, because they can do it all.

UPDATE JUNE 2021:We have since moved to a house that already had a washer and dryer in it - I wish I had brought with me the set Andy sold us! The timer on the dryer at the new house went out. I talked to Andy and Chelsea several times as I was trying to decide whether to fix the dryer, buy a used one, or invest in a new set. Chelsea is always friendly and helpful. Andys honesty and knowledge of machines helped guide me to decide to get a used dryer from him. He texted me when he had one available and had it delivered and installed the same afternoon. His apprentice rerouted our dryer vent to get it set up exactly the way I wanted, and the dryer is fantastic. Still couldnt be happier with their service and expertise!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Highly recommend this company. I called the day after Christmas about our washer which has had several issues for a while. Andy explained what the issues likely were and offered to send out a tech that morning. Since theres a service call charge, I asked if he thought the washer was worth putting money into based on the issues I was describing. He instantly said no. I appreciated his honesty - he would have made more money off of me by sending out a tech and potentially having us pay for repairs, but he gave me a straight answer instead. I asked if he had any refurbished sets for sale and he said he was picking one up Friday. He refurbished it for me and came to deliver and install the next day. With an old house, they ran into several hiccups while installing - Im sure it took much longer than he anticipated - but he didnt charge us extra. They stayed until we were happy with the setup, then he walked me through the settings and cycles of the units before he left.My neighbor had recommended them to me after she went through a similar thing and ended up purchasing refurbished units from them; my experience lived up to her raving reviews!
