This company has been a reliable resource for honest appliance repair. I have used them multiple times over the last 15 years. This week I called them with a problem regarding my 3 year old washer. The technician called before he left the office and asked a few detailed questions. He then suggested a very simple fix that was common in my model. His suggestion fixed it over the phone without a service call. I appreciate their honesty, expertise and integrity. I will use them for all of my appliance purchases and service needs.
Asked for simple bolt extraction on my refrigerator door because 1 bolt had the head broken off and the other bolt just turn... They said because I had worked on it myself it was too much of a liability for them. Ridiculous! Dont waste your time with this place.
Came in and fixed dishwasher and then repaired my hot water tank. Very helpful. Will call again.
