The guys did an amazing job! Everything they did was fast and efficient and the cleanliness of their work was unreal. Very professional and my system runs so amazingly I couldn’t even tel you if it was on other than the curtains moving a little. Will never have any work done by anyone else. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Dwayne and Travis and the rest of the crew were amazing respectful and polite. Our furnace went out two nights ago they came out that same day to diagnose it realized that it was not repairable and we got a brand new furnace the next day right in the middle of the cold weather. Travis and his team are very down to earth and trust worthy. My central air went out this past August they found that my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. Neece Heating and Cooling has worked my mini split system a couple of times. They always show up on time, took care of my problems and were fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them.

Weve had Neece Heating and Cooling out to our house twice, and once to inspect a home we were going to buy. Last summer Travis installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for us, were very happy. He told us hed be back in the Winter to install the humidifier at no charge. He lived up to his word - he returned and installed the humidifier at no charge. We had one service call this summer (2015) on the new system and it was fixed under warranty at no charge. Im happy to recommend Neece Heating and Cooling to my family and friends.

I called Neece Heating & Cooling and they were able to come out the same day I called and fixed my air conditioner. They did not pressure me into replacing the system and explained the problem clearly. They told me the price it would be before they made the repair and it did not change. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. I will be calling them from now on for my furnace and ac repairs.

Travis and Duane were professional from the bidding process through the installation of our entire HVAC system and water heater. They have always been available to answer questions, even after the installation. Travis does business in a professional manner and is upfront on all costs. TERRIBLE. Neese heating and cooling (Travis) was rude and canceled my appointment when they were going to arrive late. I called them to find out when they were going to arrive, they told me they were going be late... I asked them to hurry because I had another appointment. Travis called me back immediately and told me that I needed to find another HVAC company to do the job. I was left wasting 3 hours (half a day of vacation) on Neese heating and cooling. STAY AWAY.
