We called and Scott came out the very next morning to give us a quote on replacing our furnace and central air unit. The price was fair but we needed financing. Sheila was very nice and helpful in walking us through the application process. Once approved Scott came out in a few days and installed the equipment. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company. Very pleased. Shop local!

I called and they came out right then. Checked over my system and recommended me an installer/repair service that could fix me up faster than they could. They refused to charge me anything even though they unhooked my old thermostat and hooked up a new one while going through everything. It was amazing. They will be my first call from now on when it comes to HVAC anything.

I had the best experience with this company, I recently sold my house and new homeowners wanted furnace cleaned and inspected, from my first call to the 2 hours later the technician showed up at my door everyone was top notch and charged me less than other companies offered as a SPECIAL for this type of service. Er Mann had work completed before other companies had even returned my call. You just cant beat that!

Mom needed ac looked at last summer. Reasonable price and mom said older guy came and he knew his stuff but he tracked dirt inside and mom said he didnt say sorry but other than that they did fine. Ended up being a coil or something like that and I think it cost to get a replacement for it but mom said it was ok after that.

They come right out on a Sunday morning after I tried 3 other companies telling me it would be 2 days. They were extremely prompt and professional and answered all my questions. I will highly recommend to my family and friends.

Ray was a life saver. I had the whole family in town for Christmas and the blower motor on my heater decided to go out the Saturday before Christmas. Reasonably priced! They did a full install for me for $1000 less than all the other quotes I had gotten. They also worked in a timely manner and very professionally. Definitely a place that will get a return call from me and I will suggest to others.

We were 1st time home buyers, and our A/C went out a month after we moved in. On top of that, we had a newborn baby in the middle of the summer heat! We priced repairs through A.B. May and an independent contractor. Their prices were insanely high. It was recommended that we reach out to E.R. Mann from a neighbor, and they came out to assess the damage same-day even though it was a weekend. Not only that, but they quickly did the replacement within days and at a great price. They patiently worked with us so we could get the money from our insurance company to cover the loss. We are so grateful for them, and thankful that our baby can sleep in comfort!

When you find a good professional, you stay with them. We have been using Ray since 2008 for services in Sugar Creek. He put a new AC in 2009, and he promptly brought it up to par in 2010. He has always worked with us on our heater, and if he can give it extra life, then he will do his best. He is prompt, and honest.
