They were super nice, but I got my nails done and 3 days later, they were chipped. It was so disappointing because they cost $116.00 plus tips. I wouldn’t gonna back. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure and they’re all chipped and within 3 days of being done. Disappointing!!!

Made me bleed twice then charged me $40 for a mediocre gel French tip when the sign said $15. Could’ve gotten better nails at Walmart. Careful my blood is all over their equipment!

I had a horrible experience in the morning at another salon. But I decided to give this place a shot. Im sure glad I did. Lady took me in right away to fix my two broken nails and I was sooooo happy that she got it close enough. I understand that not all nail shops have and use the same powder but I was so happy with what she did. I decided for a pedicure at the last minute and Brian did my feet. Sweet guy, we talked about college and cell phones. Really awesome guy. I loved the music and just great atmosphere!!!Thank you imperial nails!!!!!

Great nail salon.

Very poor quality ingredients, my gel chipped within a day. You could see that the topcoat didnt extend to the end of the polished nail. When I went back to give them a chance to fix it, they tried to just paint over, leaving an obvious patch job.

Helen did a great job with my tough nails! Will definitely go back!

Helen was awesome (pretty sure thats not her birth name). She did my nails perfectly. French tipA couple of the ladies came by though and laughed directly at me, which was extremely disrespectful.5 stars for Helen, 1 star for treatment by the other staff. 3 averaged out.

Its taken me a while to write this review, but I wanted to make sure I did! I went into the shop, which is clean and tidy. All of the staff, except one, was very nice. The gal that worked on my nails must have been having a bad day or something, but she was absolutely rude to me. She kept telling me to hold my hand still, which I thought I was, and then she slapped my hand! LOL! I tried to talk to her, but she refused to answer. Such a weird experience. I wont be back!

Great job on acrylic nails, and super sweet staff. The only thin that upset me is that one lady told me that I really NEEDED to get my eyebrows waxed. Lol my eyebrows are fine. Other than that their service has been great!

Life has been busy and Ive neglected to take care of my feet for quite some time. Id been to Imperial Nails a few years ago with my daughter. Now that we live here in IB, I decided it was high time to go back. Holly suggested that I have her take care of my flipflop-induced calluses before she made my toes pretty. Im so glad she recommended it because it was a healthy choice for me! I also enjoyed our chat while she took her time to do an excellent job. This will be my regular go-to place from now on.

Im not sure what has changed, but my last few experiences have been less than satisfactory. Gel polish used to last me 3 weeks, and the last few times I have gone in to get my nails done before special occaisons, theyve lasted less than a week. Peeling off the sides, in one layer. My toes look like they were painted by a kid. Its a shame that a mani/pedi cost me $75 and didnt even last a week.

Best pedi I have ever had!! There are several options and all are reasonably priced. I took my dad for his first pedi ever and he loved it too. We got in quick and everyone was very nice.

Getting a mani/ pedi every 2 weeks has always been what I do to treat myself each paycheck. Since moving to California in November I have yet to find a salon that is reasonably priced, has exceptional customer service and provides quality work! Imperial nails not only has all three but blew my mind with how friendly and clean the establishment and employees are. Kit is amazing and I highly recommend him or his sister. I will absolutely become a regular there.

Clean place, but a little too expensive for a rushed 15-min pedicure. I can do this myself, paying for a professional pedicure. Reception girl very unfriendly, no hello, no smile, like wth, do you hate your job or what? Will not be back.

Best place in IB for a pedicure but any body waxing is very hit and miss.

Walked in twice in the past week to see about getting a pedicure. Very unfriendly staff and unfriendly atmosphere. I left and decided to go elsewhere.

Went in as a walk in for a mani and pedi. Reasonably price and I liked the aromatherapy pedi (jasmine) but after my pedi was done, they left me to dry my toes and never did my mani. They just moved on to other clients or went on break. I just decided Id waited long enough and paid for my pedi and left. Not going back.

Rude staff, unfriendly overpriced and they dont pay attention to detail... First and last time I visit this place!!

I found the greeter to be very condescending and argumentative towards us when we visited. I hope this wasnt the owner. Spa massage was mediocre. Not a pleasant experience and am sure not to return.
