Every time I go in I always get excellent service. My mom use to go when I was little and they use to do my nails too, they switched locations then and I didn’t know where they went. I found it and it’s the only place I go. it’s still amazing service.

I love this place! Ive tried others in Imperial Beach, but have been treated very rudely by staff. I usually see CeCe. She is so sweet and just does an awesome job! I recently had a hombre dip and it has lasted 4 weeks! Im going in today to get it done again. 5 star for sure!

Absolutely terrible. The staff were so rude. A few years ago, (Idk why Im posting this late) I went with my mom for my 9the birthday. They were telling everything that was wrong with my mom, and judging her looks. Also, I was going to get my ears pierced again, the lady told me there was still an opening, even though my ears had been closed up for 6 years. I was crying in pain, and they wouldnt let my mom see me even though I was crying and trying to fight back. Dont ever come here. Ruined my 9the birthday. Wish I could give 0 stars.

HORRIBLE first time experience. Made an app for a fill @ 545, I was there for TWO hours!! For a fill!!! One lady started me, drilled all my nails & left me sitting there waiting for another lady for almost 25 mins. They never once washed their hands & was rushing the whole time.. save yourself the nasty experience and drive a few miles somewhere else

I will not be returning to this establishment. I felt rushed the whole time, making it hard to relax. Also seemed overpriced for the quality of work. I paid $52 for a pedi and a gel fill. Pedicure was okay, and the lady was sweet. Hands down the worst manicure I have ever had. The lady that did my manicure was somewhat rude and did a sloppy job. She did an extremely poor job of cutting and shaping my nails. All the nails on my right hand are longer than the left. I filed some of them once I got home because they were driving me crazy. Actually they still are, I think I will just cut them down and grow them out again. Some of my nails are much thicker than others and one had a huge groove in it. I have never felt compelled enough by bad service to write a review until visiting their shop. I gave them one star because the place was very clean, massage chairs were very comfortable and they had a great polish selection.

They do a nice job, but the bad thing is that they sit you down and you wait 50 min for some one to help you. They need to stop sitting people and make them think there next and have them wait for a long time. They need to tell people it would be 20 min or 25 what ever but let the customer know...

Ive been coming here for years now and always receive great service. Each girl there is very talented and if you want them to correct anything all you have to do is ask politely.

Just got my nails done by Alex and I gotta say I think I found my new nail spot the atmosphere is amazing they engage in conversation super nice and they take their time no rush and did a really good job not overpriced at all $18 for a pedicure but I honestly recommend the deluxe one for $35 definitely got my money’s worth

Ask for Alex shes the best pedicurest in all California.

This was horrible service I walked in to get my eyebrows waxed and the whole entire time the lady was doing my eyebrows she was on the phone!!! She was not concentrated on my eyebrows at all and seemed to be rushing. When she said she was done I still had wax on my face and loose plucked hair on my face I had to clean myself up because she just ran out the room before I even got up. This my first review I have ever written that is how pissed I am! I will never return!!
