Dr. Aaberg and Lori, my hygienist, were amazing. The degree of compassion, competence, professionalism, and rapport displayed by Dr. Aaberg is unmatched by any dentist I have ever been to. Her methods and care plans are seemingly (as far as I can tell, I’m not a dentist, but she’ll lay everything out so matter-of-factly that I assume it’s from a textbook) up to date and her dexterity is impeccable - small hands are a great trait for a dentist to have as well. If you haven’t been to a dentist in a while and are nervous about what will happen to your teeth, Dr. Aaberg is your person. No judgement, no hassling, no guilting. Just solid care. All of the staff at Premier Dental were friendly, efficient, and professional. The dentist was very nice, explained all my options in detail, and made sure I was pain free. I have recommended Premier Dental to many already! Thank you to all the staff for being so kind to me!

Firstly, I was 15 min early and they took me in, almost as soon as I sat down in the waiting room. They took the time to make sure the filling was perfect. They flossed afterwards to make sure I could floss well. The hygienist was so gentle and delicate between my teeth, and so thorough. She noticed something that neither the dentist, nor the x ray caught, and they fixed that cavity for only $20 extra. These guys are professional, comforting, and thorough.

I am so happy with the result! I had acid erosion on my teeth and Dr. Fuller did a great job making it look nice again. The Doctor and assistants were very gentle, friendly, considering and fair. Thank you!

I took my younger children in for dental work and cleanings. The staff made my children feel safe and explained to them what they would be doing step by step. Staff were amazing to all of us and the ladies at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. Fresh cookies made it even better! I highly recommend Premier Dental.

UPDATE: As of 9/30/14 his license has been pulled and disciplinary action taken against him. Check the Idaho Board of Dentistry for verification.If I could give it a negative star I would. Worst experience Ive ever had. Dr. Couch is nice enough but his staff is horrible!!! Unfortunately he also has a few downfalls. He lets his assistant do too much of the work and she is horrible. Both teeth they filled for me need redone only 3 months later. One the filling completely broke off and the second one my new dentist told me was not done properly the first time. Also, beware of billing. They billed my insurance company for more work than they actually did. Total insurance fraud going on here. Beware of free services too. When I requested my medical records from them, they said that I would have to pay them $106 for my free x-rays before they would release ANY records. Completely illegal, but they do it anyway. They hung up on my new dentist when she tried to call them to speak to Dr. Couch himself about the medical records issue. Totally unprofessional. Maybe with some decent staff Dr. Couch could be a good dentist, but not with the trash he has currently working for him. Id stay far away from this practice.

I’ve been a patient at Premier Dental since I was 5 years old and they have done wonders for my teeth! After several implants, crowns, root canals, and cleanings I would recommend this office to anyone. On top of that, their staff is wonderful. They are helpful and friendly!

Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist, but Dr. Fuller and his staff put you at ease and make the work easy. Hes really great to work with and does high quality work. I will definitely go back for any future work.

I have to say a+++++ rating. These guys is waiting room and office chairs were amazing. They walked me through step-by-step of what they were going to do. The x-rays were digital so it took seconds to see what my teeth needed. They made me feel comfortable the whole time and their communication skills are definitely on point. They treated me like I was royalty there. I have to say its been a long time since Ive been to a dentist cuz I never had good experiences dentist. This place totally changed my mind on what it is to go to a dentist. I will definitely be back. Very fair pricing and they help you become educated about what your teeth need why they need that and let you make the decision on what you want to do with your teeth. Very professional atmosphere.

I feel terrible that I dont remember the name of my hygienist, I think it was Heidi. She was absolutely amazing, and that comes from a girl whos mom was a hygienist since the 90s. Ive got a high bar, and a very low tolerance for pain. I made sure to schedule with her again.

Wow! I havent been to the dentist in years because I have had terrible experiences, but everything about my first visit here was wonderful. My hygienist Heidi was so great and made me feel so comfortable! And Dr Jacobsen did such a great job with my teeth. I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled and I was so nervous but Dr Jacobsen made the whole process an absolute breeze! I will continue to go to here from now on!

Love them! I moved here from Phoenix just over a year ago and needed a dentist asap. I practically live there now because I was blessed with terrible Dental genes and have so many issues. I cracked a tooth yesterday and I got a new dentist today, Dr Drake. I needed to be out of town this weekend and they got me in and my filling done same day. When I called in, the office/business person asked, “and do you have insurance?” I sheepishly answer, “nooooo, I don’t.” She didn’t skip a beat. “That’s no problem. We’ll see you at 10.”I also really enjoyed the vibe of the building (90s alternative hits were playing on the overhead speakers) and the staff. They were chill and funny. I may get a little nervous for the dentist, but I dont need to be spoken to gently and sweetly. The Premier team didnt patronize or baby me. Tooth feels great and now I can go enjoy a concert tonight.

I have been a patient at Premier Dental Care for about 20 years. Dr. Tom Anderson and his staff are some of the kindest and most patient people you will ever meet. When I came to them, I was having struggles with panic attacks when having dental work done due to a bad experience with a dentist as a child. Dr. Tom Anderson was so very patient and sweet when it came time to try having work done with him. He takes his time, makes sure I am comfortable always, as he works his magic on my teeth, and just like magic, I no longer have panic attacks when I need dental work done!My husband and all of my children are patients of Premier Dental too. He and his staff take good care of us. Their appointments are flexible enough that those who work at the INL can get in to see him. There isnt a long wait to be seen, and they are prompt at taking us in when it is time for our appointments.I highly recommend them.

Extremely friendly hygienists. Has a small play area with a tv for kids before appts which is great. I had to take my two year old with me and he sat on the chair while I had my exam. They were accommodating and had no problem helping him find games on his tablet when I couldn’t 😜

Remember that scene in Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts tried to shop at a store on Rodeo drive and was treated like a lower class citizen? That’s the way I was treated by the team leader, Dental Hygenist “Brenda” at Premier Dental. The dentist and entire staff “besides Brenda” was amazing! Let’s keep in mind, I do have dental insurance, and paid for all dental procedures in full without waiting for the insurance adjustments to reimburse me. Brenda was still so rude and condescending! I actually can’t ever remember a time in my life where I was treated with such disrespect. I was already feeling low, and it felt like she was literally kicking me in the teeth.I spent over 10 years of my professional career helping with marketing, promotion and photography of dental procedures ... to move to Idaho and be treated so poorly by a dental hygienist when I needed help.The dentist and team did an amazing job making my smile beautiful, and I would highly recommended the dentist. I just hope no one else in the future has to be treated the same way I was by the dental hygienist.

Johnna has been my hygienist for a number of years at Premier Dental Care, and she always does a fabulous job. She makes me feel like a valued patient and a human being. She also doesnt make it feel like shes mining for gold in my mouth, like some hygienists tend to do.Dr. Anderson has been instrumental in helping me eliminate my panic attacks when it comes to dentistry that involves being numbed. During the tooth cleaning process, dental hygienist information was helpful, I liked the tooth video and x-rays were fast. I would NOT recommend this dentist office! Aside from the fact that I have permanent nerve damage on the roof of mouth from a rubber dam being put on incorrectly while having a root canal they tried fitting me for a mouth piece which didnt fit...... 4 times! After having 4 molds taken (slimy nasty stuff) 4 different times they still didnt do it correctly. Their response is your teeth must be moving. Interestingly enough they had a temporary retainer made to wear in between all these being made and it still fits, so no my teeth didnt move they just didnt do their work properly. I asked for my money back for the piece since I never received a proper fitting one and they refused. They also didnt do anything for the nerve damage in my mouth in which I will be filing a malpractice suit against them for. This is NOT the first problem I had with them but after bringing my first problem to them they assured me they would make everything right and to just give them another chance... That was a mistake on my part... $6000 they suckered out of me for shotty work.

I havent been to the dentist in over six years, so when I finally decided to go in, I had 5 cavities and all my sealants were worn off. I am moving to Boise and couldnt reschedule for a different day, so they did everything they could to take care of me same day. They took x-rays, cleaned my teeth, filled all of my cavities, and got me new sealants. While I was there, they showed me nothing but kindness, and everyone was very thorough in every explanation. Im very happy I went to Premier, because I dont know if anywhere else I couldve gone wouldve shown me the same sense of urgency that they did. They wanted to get everything taken care of before I moved, and I didnt leave until it was. Now I can move to Boise and not worry about a mouth full of cavities! I will definitely go again, and I would absolutely recommend Premier to anyone who needs a new dentist.

I have been going to premier dental for over a year now. My kids go as well. I had them take out my wisdom tooth and place a fake tooth inn after getting cavities filled. I was not sedated and everything went well. They have options for sedation but I opted out. I love the friendly people here and the care.

Great visit friendly staff awesome service and advice for the future dental care

I had 3 appts all of them went relatively well.My first was a new patient exam and a debridement, every went smoothly and the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Paperwork didnt take to long and I was seen within just a few minutes of my appointment time which was nice. The hygienist I was with was awesome and very informative about what she was doing during the entire procedure. after the exam Dr.Anderson came and chatted with me for a hit about what he saw and recommended. They were all upfront and gave me a worst case scenario before I scheduled my next appt. The staff member that works with billing and insurance gave me all the necessary information and itemized any costs I could expect so I didnt have any surprises. I needed a root canal and 2 crowns so I set my next appt. Apart from the actual appointment taking a long time I couldnt really complain. The first dental assistant I worked with could definitely use some extra training but was very personable and kind. Dr Anderson was extremely comunicative, telling me about progress made and pulling me away to see pictures of my teeth during different steps of the process so I could make decisions based on what was going on. I never felt they were hiding anything or stretching the truth about the work that needed done. The third appointment was done in under an hour as expected and went very smoothly, minus one hiccup with some extra cement glueing my teeth together (was fixed instantly) this is when the permanent crowns were installed. All the assistants were very nice but not to conversational when you had a bunch of stuff in my mouth, which I appreciated haha.Appreciated: Dr. Andersons availability, education, and communication through out the process. The informative and helpful front desk staff. Their willingness to assist with moving up appointments to accommodate.Recommendations: ask for a well trained assistant that will make for a more relaxing experience.
