Kendra took care of me today and she was absolutely wonderful. I was just in for my cleaning and I have to say she was very gentle and informative. She answered all my questions and also recommended products to help me achieve healthy gums and a brighter teeth! Dr. Terry came in afterwards and examined my teeth and gums. He was friendly with great beside manners. I highly recommend this dentist and I will be back!

Fast efficient and friendly. Ive been twice now for cleanings and I cant remember the first hygienist I had but the second was Erica. She was sweet, funny and good at making me feel bad for brushing too aggressively. The dentist only asked me 2 questions while he was elbow deep in my mouth! The chair had a massage function and I was out of there in 40 mins. 5 stars! See you guys in 6 months!

Was very gentle with my husbands extractions. Dr Tanner is very understanding and takes his time to do it right the first time. He also takes into consideration of our concerns and questions. His assistant Denise Saw is super informative and very kind and understanding as well. Great team and great dentist to go to. Highly recommend!

I have been to a number of Dentists over the years of my residence in Idaho Falls (46 years). I used to hate to go the dentist. Then I discovered Eagle Rock Dental Care. I will be there for the duration. The personnel and doctors are very professional, nice, and caring. They never push for treatment, only advise and you the patient decide what you want to do. Also they are very gentle in whatever treatment you are getting (dental work or cleaning). This exceptional service that they provide creates a very pleasant atmosphere that I have never experienced at the Dentist. I do not ever dread having to go there, as I used to at other dental offices.

Dr Tanner and his office are great. The staff has been pleasant and accommodating to work with. I’m older and have had my share of dental work over the years. I think Dr Tanner has been the best dentist I’ve ever had. He has a great bedside manner and skill level is top notch. He always has made sure that I’m comfortable as possible and when a filling wasn’t quite right, got me right in and adjusted things quickly. He’s my dentist as long as I live in this town.

Dr. Terry and his crew at Eagle Rock Dental are absolutely amazing! I had a tooth that was bothering me and they got me in quick. They saw I needed a root canal done and instead of having me come back when they had time, they went above and beyond to get me in to see a root canal specialist same day. This was specially important for me because I live 3 hours away. The staff is sweet and make you feel comfortable and at ease. They have you in and out in reasonable time. I would highly recommend anyone to this office if you’re looking for a dentist. I would travel 3 hrs again just to have my teeth worked on by them.

They have been our dentists for over twenty years. I can not say enough good things about their service. They truly care for their patients. When I have had problems while traveling, they were there to help me. We highly recommend this dental office.

My dental hygienist (Kendra, I believe) was so great and gentle! She was fast but efficient, and very pleasant. I needed a referral to another service, and everyone at the front desk was great at making that happen super quickly. I got a call from my referral before I even got home.

After looking up reviews I decided to try Eagle Rock Dental for the first time. From the moment you walk in the staff are professional, friendly and kind. I was impressed with how thorough my cleaning was, and not only that but how they took the time to explain what they were doing or what was going on. I don’t think I have ever had a bad dentist but Eagle Rock was definitely one of the best that I have been to. I would highly recommend.

Best dental office!! My husband and I are getting some very extensive dental work done implants, and snap in dentures to be exact and Dr Doug is the very best. All the staff is very friendly and professional and answers all of our questions, did many followups as well. The billing department has been efficient and understanding, working well with our dental insurance, especially with the amount of work we are both having done. We have shopped around and honestly these guys were the most qualified, best for our pocketbook and local. Dont fall for the tv commercials go local and get it done right. We are excited for the end result and couldnt be happier!

Wonderful staff! I always ask for Susan for my cleanings she’s fast, thorough, and remembers me and what I’ve got going on which is really above and beyond. The secretaries and assistants are always really nice too. I like the flosser samples (w/ coupons attached) and prizes for kids given at the end.

Going in and getting work done was incredible. I have been to other dentist’s who have done a sloppy job on my teeth, with several numbing shots that didn’t even numb me correctly. As well as showing no concern over problems that I could clearly see.The care that I got at Eagle Rock Dental Care was completely different. I was given one well placed numbing shot that did the job perfectly and I couldn’t even feel the pricking of the needle as he was putting it in. They came back quickly to work on me instead of waiting forever for the numbing to “set in”. They made sure to explain things I wanted to know and let me know what they were doing in my mouth while working quickly to fix it.When I started with them I was a bit worried because of the amount of problems that he was telling us about and the solutions he had to solve them, but now I can see that they really know what they are doing.With other dentists I have felt dread at needing to go in for anything because of the pain and suffering I knew I would be forced to endure even though I wanted the problems to be fixed. With Eagle Rock Dental Care I am no longer filled with dread. I am excited to be able to have the problems fixed without the unnecessary pain and suffering. I can honestly say I love Eagle Rock Dental Care

I had a wonderful experience today getting a crown. Most people cant say that!!! But it went very good, from the numbing shot to when I left the dental office. Dr Hammond is so kind and very gentle, unlike other dentists I have had.Even 4 hours after the dental work I feel great!! The dental assistant was such a doll too! Thank you!

If you need a dentist, Eagle Rock Dental was a good experience for me. The office is clean and set up to accommodate the recommendations for Covid. The office staff is friendly and efficient. My appointment started on time. The hygienist was very competent starting with my xrays through cleaning my teeth. Dr. Bauer is very nice and very thorough. Would highly recommend.

When they got me in the dentist chair I sat waiting 20 minutes while I listened to the dentist chat with another patient. Their conversation wasnt even about dental issues. My appointment was at 2:00 and I didnt get out of the office until close to 4:00. They were doing two fillings. It never should have taken that long. I wouldnt be that upset, but this isnt the first time this has happened. I am not impressed with their time management.

I’ve been going to Eagle Rock Dental for years. The past 2 years I’ve had to have all but 1 of my molars removed and I recently was able to get partials, upper and lower. Dr Cooper is my dentist and has seen me through this process. He has been so wonderful and upfront with me . His assistant is wonderful also. I’m so pleased with my new teeth 😊 I’m still getting used to them, eating is a different experience. He told me it would be. But I’m sure that I’ll adapt with time. They fit perfect!!! In the middle of this pandemic, I had to go into Eagle Rock Dental to have two teeth worked on, preparing for a crown placement, as I walked into the office I always get a little jumpy when it comes to dental work, with the Eagle Rock team, I am always welcomed in such high spirits, with positive thinking it eases my worries, while Dr. Tanner with Terry his dental tech worked on solving my dental issue, while keeping my mind at ease, it is surprising how they suddenly say, there you go, all done! I give the Eagle Rock Dental Team extremely high marks for taking such great care of my needs.
