Really, really happy with the wonderful job Mike and Steve did today. We had to swap a couple of organs--one of which is particularly heavy--and they were just fabulous. Easy to schedule, affordable, respectful of our stuff, and very friendly. Ive had other places move my piano before and they werent anywhere near as careful with the instrument as were Mike and Steve. I simply cant recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for doing such a great job. Thank you!!!

Very smooth, professional process. They moved our 6 ft grand into our home. I love the piano yak they use when putting the piano up on its legs. They travel pretty long distances and go above and beyond to make sure everything is just the way you want it. They are the best out there and are safe and reliable.

Carefully moved my heavy, old upright piano. Much better to hire Piano Tek than to move it myself. They have better moving equipment and experience. Did run a bit later than scheduled. 5 stars because I would use their service again. They also can tune the piano.

Mike SAVED our piano! We had spoken to a different piano mover and we were quoted over 2 times the amount Piano Tek charged us! Mike and his colleague were so careful with our antique instrument! Although we are moving out of state and won’t be able to utilize his services again, I would Highly recommend! Five stars all day!! I’d give more stars if I could!

Mike is so fantastic to work with! I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable it was to get a piano delivered from Idaho falls. He was so helpful in arranging the moves of two pianos for me as well as other furniture. This was the first place that was used to and willing to deliver out of state for me. Mike with Piano Tek did a great job tuning my 70 year old piano. It hasnt sounded this good in a good many years.

I would give this company a 0 review but on google that is impossible. Here is the story........a few years ago, I get my antique piano (approx 140 years old) tuned by an independent, retired tuner who quotes rebuilding it for around $800. Then a year ago, Piano Tek moves our piano so we can refinish our floor and quotes the same price.This year, my husband loses his job, we need to move so we call Piano Tek and ask them to move our piano and do the rebuilding discussed the previous year. I ask as they are hauling my piano out, to confirm the $800 from the previous year. They take the piano, tear it totally apart, then verbially quote us $2500 dollars. Even though we are livid that they arent standing by their verbal quote from the previous year, we buckle down to try to save this years verbial quote because we were expecting the $800 quote. A month later they send us a written quote of $3200! When we ask them about the price discrepancy, instead of accepting any type of negotiation on price that is now 4 times the first quoted price, they blame US for a lack of communication. When we ask them to just put it back like it was, they claim to have tossed ALL the interior. So now we have nothing, with no remorse from Piano Tek. They literally are holding our piano hostage, basically stealing it from us! I have never seen such unbelievable customer service in my life! Im livid at THEIR lack of professionalism! The only recourse I have is to leave them a poor review, hoping to help others avoid our same dilemma.
