We had some testing done at IHHC and were very pleased with Dr. Asher and the work that he did! All the staff was helpful and quick to respond to our requests! Parking at the facility could be improved a little bit but other than that the experience was perfect! I Highly recommend their services!

I would give negative stars if I could. My husband’s review gives a detailed explanation as to why. Long story short, a waste of time, money, and hope.

Dr. Asher has been an incredible asset in the diagnosis and evaluation for two of our children. We have been incredibly impressed with his breadth of knowledge and level of meticulous concern and care as we’ve sought resources and answers in ways to help their development. Our children have genuinely enjoyed the visits they’ve had with him, and he has patiently and kindly evaluated them while giving us great tools to move forward. I highly recommend Dr. Asher and his expertise!!

If you dont want to read the whole review, just know that this is not the place to go if you want a well thought out diagnosis. If you want a doctor that actually cares about the mental health issues that drove you to testing, go somewhere else.Lets start with Dr. Borchman. Hes not necessarily rude, but he thinks more highly of himself than he should. While arrogance is not necessarily a fatal flaw in a psychologist, when coupled with the inability to shut up, it can cause some problems. Im fine with someone talking my ear off when theres not much at stake, but when Im trying tell you about whats going wrong with my brain, it would be nice if I could talk for more than ten seconds without being interrupted with what the great and mighty Brandon thinks about it. He didnt address the initial reason I came in for testing in my final follow-up appointment or in the testing write-up, prompting me to think that maybe he wasnt listening in the first place.Next the office staff. My insurance information needed to be updated. After calling the office and talking to two fairly condescending employees, I gave them my new information and thought all was well; It was not. A couple of months later I got statement showing that they had tried to bill my old insurance and my service wasnt covered. I called them and they claimed that they had my updated information and that they billed the correct account. Skeptical of this, I contacted my old insurance company and confirmed that they had tried to bill my old account. A day or so later we got yet another statement from IHCC yet again claiming that my old insurance does not cover the service. At this point my wife, who is an insurance billing specialist, emailed them and detailed how they could rectify the issue, since it was clear that they needed some help. Finally, after months of back and forth, the issue was rectified. All it took was telling them how to do their job.To be honest, the actual process of testing was pretty good. Lisa oversaw my testing and she was a joy to work with. Unfortunately, my interactions with her were the only positive interactions I had while working with IHCC.My follow-up with Dr. Borchman after the testing was even more aggravating than my initial appointments. At the beginning of the appointment he emphasized how important it was to him that he got my feedback on his analysis of the test results. He then proceeded to spend 57 minutes of our 60 minute appointment sharing test results that could have been summed up in a few minutes. I was given almost no time to share my thoughts on his analysis or my many concerns with the conclusions he had drawn. He completely ignored a lifetime of symptoms and many indicators in testing and misdiagnosed me based on the results of one 15 minute test. As stated earlier, at no point in the follow-up appointment did he address the reason that I initially came in for testing. After this incredibly disappointing experience, I emailed IHCC and have not heard back from them.Dont make the same mistake that I did. I read the bad reviews and thought that I would be fine and I wouldnt run into any problems. I thought, Its just a few bad experiences, Im sure the place isnt that bad. It is. It is that bad. Steer clear of this place at all costs.

Record all conversations with DR. B as he tells you one thing then puts another on paper. As another option go someplace else. Maybe you will have better luck with them not lying to you.

Wish I could give zero stars they gave me me date for an appointment but then schedule it for a different, date on several occasions and then complained about me having to reschedule appointments due to not have a ride, my son being sick and family emergency comeing up, would not recommend. i was also told that he only need so many hours of testing, then all of a sudden with no explanation the amount of hours needed changed. would not recommend this clinic.

I wish I could give 0 stars for Dr. Brandon Borchman, PsyD.He provided one of the most nonsensical reports I have read in my lifetime. The report contradicts itself. He states that I represented things to him that I did not. His final recommendations are totally irrelevant for our current situation. He concludes that: This report was presented to the Client and their mother during a follow-up session following the conclusion of testing, wherein test results, diagnostics, prognosis, and treatment recommendations were discussed. This final statement is absolutely NOT true. The report is signed 15 July 2020, which is the date of our last appointment. On July 15, 2020, one page (out of nine) was provided to us, in which many errors were noted and discussed. I then had to reiterate to him the purpose for which we sought the evaluation (which he had forgotten about). Dr. Borchman then stated that it would take up to 2 weeks for the report to be completed. Innovative Health Care called me on July 30, 2020 to let me know that the report was ready. I picked up the report on July 31, 2020, which is the very first time that I laid eyes on all nine pages of the report. After spending a considerable amount of time noting corrections on the report, I faxed it back to his office on August 7, 2020 with a request for him to call me so the confusion could be corrected. Dr. Borchman called me back and after a very brief conversation, he became defensive, claimed that he likes the way he writes, and stated that he was NOT going to change his report. I reiterated his statement to be sure that I heard him correctly. He stated again that he was NOT going to change his report.I have called the Bureau of Occupational Licenses and have been given direction on how to file a complaint in which I intend to do next week.My advice to any one reading this is ... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON SEEKING AN EVALUATION FROM DR. BRANDON BORCHMAN, PsyD.
