Everyone there is nice but it just isnt the right environment for our family, there is a lack of communication. When first arriving there is a ton of insurance paperwork to fill out before seeing a counselor, it took close to an hour to fill out. We took a member of our family there, and were hoping to be able to discuss our concerns and hopes. The counselor never discussed anything with us other than a very uncomfortable first meeting with us all. It was a waste of time for us and just didnt work. We have found a another counselor elsewhere that has open communication with us.

Called to make two separate types of appointments, was informed they were backed up and it may be a few weeks which I totally understand. They asked for insurance information which I gave them and they said they would call back to let me know what my insurance covered and to set up a future appointment. Waited a week and called back for them to say they didn’t have my information and that they are several weeks to months out. This is especially frustrating when you need help now and they have pushed your care out yet another week.

Tueller Counseling has been a god send. Super easy to work with especially the whole telehealth thing. Daniel is so great to work with. Very easy to talk to. I would recommend this group and Daniel especially. Very thankful our company offers this as a benefit for us.

I have been working with someone from the Idaho Falls office for a few months, I personally think he is great. My spouse sees another person in the office as well after I recommended she also try it out. There were a few scheduling hiccups in the beginning and issues with their telemed provider Clocktree for both of us, but now that those are sorted out being able to do visits via telemed is fantastic. I live on the west side of the state and chose to continue to use them rather than find someone near me, which should say something about the service.

This is the best place ever! I was recommended to come here by many people for problems I had with divorce and dealing with domestic violence and it didnt disappoint. I then heard they started as a children counseling and I was trying to find a place for my kids. Oh how my kids adore their counselor. We had a chance to move when Respite closed here but they would be heartbroken if they left her and I feel we made so much progress. I also love the CBRS program. Oh, my caseworker makes them actually do goals and progress. Sometimes they moan but they actually have improved so much and they really appreciate her in the long run. I dont know what I would do without Tueller counseling. They have been my tender mercy with me and my kids during many hard times!

They definitely helped when I was in need. I highly recommend Tueller Counseling. My daughter was going through some issues a while back and they helped her immensely.. again, you can’t go wrong with them.

The Tueller Counseling team has been wonderful to work with. They provide upbeat services with a smile, are kind and flexible, communicate well, and work hard to meet my needs. The telemedicine option has been beneficial to accommodate my busy schedule.

Couldn’t even get past the paperwork. The fact you have to get online and create a massive patient portal before they’ll even tell you what appointments are available was very frustrating. The portal asks so much information and was so hard work on my phone that I gave up. I’m 29! If I had a hard time with it, how do the older people do it?! Ridiculous that I can’t just make an appointment and fill it out on paper when I get there. These people are supposed to help and yet their portal increased my blood pressure a good 10 points. I’ll go somewhere else.

Tueller Counseling has blessed about every aspect of my being. I feel I can live again. I feel heard and cared for. I feel as though they helped move forward with new ideas on how to think so I can move forward. Im so grateful for my counselor, he was a perfect fit. I cant say enough great things about this place. I felt warm & relaxed. I felt everyone was professional and performed there jobs very well!!!

Receptionist and billing had a hard time giving me an estimate for the appointments when I asked. After intake, I was told I would see a counselor the next week. Found out when they called to reschedule my appointment due to their error that it would be an online appointment, even though I requested in-person services. Cancelled that apt, and requested another counselor but was told that they wouldnt have any openings until 4-5 weeks out, I declined service and cancelled all appointments. Was notified a month later of a late outstanding balance by phone but never received a bill by mail. Frustrating to pay for services and late fees when I dont feel like I received any benefits or help.

In my opinion, this place does not deserve to be treating patients who need their help. I was referred to them by my doctor for severe ppd (as a third choice option, because they were the first ones who took my insurance). They first scheduled me out 6 weeks and made no effort to get me in sooner. The day of my first appointment they called and had to reschedule me for 2 more weeks. Finally I had my evaluation appointment, didnt hear back for 2 MORE weeks. When I called they said they werent done filling out my evaluation after TWO WHOLE WEEKS, then would still need to send it in to a quality assurance team to review, and would finally match me with a counselor. It would be 2-3 MORE weeks. NO APOLOGY whatsoever, or any effort to get me the help I needed. I wasted so much time with this place and will never be going back. How can an office with the purpose of helping people who need them, care so little about helping their patients.

I love Tueller Counseling because my family and I can work out our problems and not yell at each other like we do at home.

I have been going to Tueller for a year now. I am great full the support of not only my Counselor and my Case Management. I add Peer Support not to long ago and I feel it is the icing on the cake. With this support group that has been in play for me I am able to feel like I have a purpose and making a great family connection.

Terra is the most wonderful peer supporter! I even recommended peer support to another company because often she has been more helpful than my therapists! I just love meeting with her and shes so friendly like she doesnt act like shes better than you she can easily get on anyones level and help them in their recovery. I recommend her or peer support for anyone needing it--try it out, you wont be sorry!!

My kids and I have been coming here for 2 years. It has been incredible experience and they have truly helped me and my family. I cannot thank them enough on what they have done for my family. The staff is extremely helpful. I would recommend Tueller Counseling to anyone who may need a listening ear.

As a family, we love the counselors and staff here. Everyone is understanding, no matter why you feel counseling is necessary. Never have we been told that our concerns are invalid or pointless. Everyone does their very best to help in all situations.

My daughter has been going to Tueller Counseling for about 4 years now. They are a good agency and have helped her throughout the years. The staff is very nice, and good to work with.Kenna is my daughters CBRS Worker and Case Manager. She is absolutely amazing. She has helped not only my daughter with so much, she has also helped the whole family.

My daughter went here and loved her counselor, but when her counselor went to a different office she didnt want to go back. But she was attacked by a dog and her counselor told us if we wanted to get a dog she would write a note for that dog to be a comfort animal. So we went and let her pick one out now Tueller Couseling is saying they would have never done or said that. I was also told i could come get any or all notes at any time and Tueller Couseling is now saying they wont do that either. They said that everything im saying (which mind you i was in every session with my daughter) is all one sided. They arent open to actually helping anyone, they are just there to take your money. I dont recommend these guys to anyone

Tuller limited my appointment to 30 minutes (60 scheduled). Because of rules, I ended up paying out of pocket the same $40. Thus, I got ripped off.

Cant keep appointments straight. Claim the call to verify and don’t get response they will cancel your appointment and give it to someone else. This is he 2nd time it’s happened. Find somewhere to get services

Tueller Counseling as well as their amazing Peer Support Program has been such a big help in my life in many ways and I am proud to say how much my life has changed for the better since starting to work with the people here. They are always willing to help, are respectful, and willing to work around my disability and the limitations it brings with things such as transportation, the times of the day that work best for me as well as what works for who I work with.

Unethical policies and procedures. I saw one of their counselors (Mindy Baker) berate someone online in the comments section on an article. She claimed to know it all when it was very obvious she didnt know what she was talking about. How unprofessional. Im guessing all their staff is like that from everything else Ive heard.

Unprofessional! Made an appointment for Wednesday morning at 8:30. Got to the appointment and they said oh there is a company wide meeting so the counselor cant see you and acted like it was my fault. Never got a call or anything before hand to let me know. I drove 20 minutes to get to the appointment and they could care less. Very unprofessional.

Went in for couples counseling with kasia baumer she was not helpful at first things were going ok she was asking us both questions then she started to straight out corner my wife like she was the only problem then continued after she was very uncomfortable i do not recommend her at all she made things worse not better i will never go there again

I really enjoy Tuller Counsling. Ive been going to get help for mysef. My first counsler was Katie. I enjoyed our appointments. Sbe was friendly listened asked questions and was a positive support for me. I see a new lady now her name is Pam. We have only seen each other twice but she is an inspiration for me as Im doing my journey in recovery. The staff is nice and helpful. My case manager is Kenna she is great and is a lot of help. My peer support is Brittany. She is out going smarter and is a big support for me. We do activities and process issues she helps me out a lot.

The counselors are wonderful and they have a great peer support program in place
