This was the most horrible job I have ever worked at in my life, they are very unorganized, the residents are treated poorly, especially the non - verbal residents. The liability is way to high for such little pay, they will never up your pay even if they say they will. The paperwork is behind on constantly. Highly do not recommend as a job.

Employees are never treated equal. If you’re a hard worker every other employee is a lazy ass and does nothing. Getting abused by kids and getting nothing in return. For the holiday party they gave a $5 bonus to Starbucks. Worst if I could leave a 0/5 stars review I would. The office and supervisors treat you like you’re noting. Go find some where else to work.

The way they treat their employees is unacceptable. They dont ensure the safety of the employees. The receptionist never answers phone calls, even after leaving voicemails asking to be called back. I cannot stress enough how Important it is to keep the employees safe, but they allow clients to throw literal rocks at people .This is a disgrace of a group home .

They play games screws around with hours and tell them weeks in advance tell them you cant work. So they schedule you to work on thoses day, and you than they turn around and fire you because you dont show up ggg i wonder why..

The staff here are amazing and very kind. They are always hiring new people.

Awful company to work for! Disorganized and rude.
