Amazing service. Highly recommend.They fixed my Moto Z 3 beautifully!! They were timely, fair priced, and very professional. I was told by multiple repair shops that they wouldnt touch it and that I needed to send it back to the factory to have it fixed.Not these guys!! They got me back up and working in 2 hours!! Truly appreciate them!

This place is the absolute worst. They told us to make an appointment online for $10 off which we did. Said we’d know in a couple of days about our phone and should be able to pick it up then. Well, now it’s a week later and I just got the phone after calling multiple times. Refused to apply the $10 off and did not apologize for not returning calls or for calling us to let us know status when they promised to. A disgraceful attitude and horrible experience. Go elsewhere!!!!

Good service, replaced my severly cracked screen and included a new battery.

The battery of my cell phone, an iPhone 7 which was barely two years old, died suddenly. I contacted Battery Plus and Bulbs. The representative (John) was very helpful over the phone. After reviewing options with Verizon, my cell phone provider, Battery Plus and Bulbs was the better and more competitive solution.They immediately worked on my phone, and had it repaired and checked out in about 30 minutes.This unlike visiting the Verizon store where you wait at least that long to just talk to a rep.

I highly recommend this place. From the time John answered the phone until I went into the store and he completed replacing the battery on my iPhone, he was professional, courteous, friendly and provided fast, thorough and excellent service. He cleaned my phone inside and out without charging extra. My iPhone is old (6s Plus) and I couldn’t make a call without using earbuds but after cleaning my phone and replacing the battery, my old phone now looks like new so I’m a very happy customer!

I accidentally damaged the screen of my much-used iPad. Batteries Plus was able to replace it and it looks like new. Work was completed in a timely manner and it looks like new! I appreciated the friendly service and excellent work.

After the horrible ordeal I went through with apple batteries + took it upon themselves to make my repair go as smooth as possible.. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I had from 3 different employees there by far I would recommend these guys not only because of the customer service satisfaction but because they are all very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about when it comes down to repairing your phone.

They were courteous, fast and professional. In addition to changing my battery, they gave me information on how to preserve my new battery. It turns out, I was overcharging the one that I had. So now my new battery will last much longer and perform better than my old one. Thanks guys!

My special order of 4 bulbs took longer than I expected, 6 weeks, but Im happy with the product. The employees were nice to deal with and kept me up on the delay of my order. All in all a good experience and nice people.

Broken lens on back camera of Pixel 2. I was excited to have them fix it but when I called they informed me they cant fix the camera on this device. I was quite disappointed because Ive read about how good this company is. Four stars because of the professionalism when I called and because of their reputation. Wouldve been five if they actually couldve done the work.

Quick and clean. It took less than an hour to have the battery in my iPhone SE replaced and the phone was put back together without any external appearance of the face having been removed and then replaced. A clean and quality job. Hopefully this battery will last longer than the year warranty.

Fantastic place! I took an old Kindle Paperwhite that Amazon’s Kindle Support told me was toast. It’s message on Kindle said need to charge since November and wouldn’t charge.They ordered me a new battery, and voila my old Kindle works fantastic!Spectacular work guys!!

Great experience. I scheduled on line to get a new battery for my iPhone 6 Plus. Friendly and courteous when at the store. Left my phone and went to Arbys for dinner. I was called a half hour later letting me know my phone was done.
