I made an appointment online for my oneplus screen to be fixed, I drove two hours to have it done, only find out upon arrival and waiting 20 minutes that it would cost the same amount as replacing my entire phone. Not only was the cost an issue, they didnt even have the proper screen to fix it same day. Id have considered paying for just a screen repair if they didnt need to keep me in town overnight to order the parts. The site should be more concise when it asks your brand of phone that needs repaired. Dont waste your time is my suggestion

Smashed on the concrete the horror my dual screen phone case was broke i tried many other remedys and to no prevail I went looking online what it would cost to fix . was distraught at the price I called everywhere in town but ubreakitifix was the only. Place willing to work with me i brought in my case and they fixed the screen hinge free of charge i even offered to throw them cash for the parts and they said we wont charge you for something like that my phone is fixed im happy and this place is honestly amazing.

Went into the store because I had something stuck in my charging port and I couldnt get it out myself. The gentleman at the store was able to get it out, as well as talk to me about some repairs needed to my phone and make some suggestions. He didnt charge me to get the small debris from my charging port, and I planned a time to return for the repairs. I was very happy with the service and expertise.

Great place to get any electronic fixed! You name it they can fix it! I would definitely recommend going here if your phone, tablet, game consoles or pretty much anything electronic fixed!

Ive tried calling multiple times over this past week, no one has answered the phone. They also told me it would be 3-4 days, now its been almost 3 weeks.

We went in to get a screen replaced. They said the new screen would be in in 1-5 days. 2 weeks later we still havent heard anything. Tried to call them multiple times. No response on the first phone and the second number has a voicemail box that is full. Very unprofessional. How many others have left voicemails that have been unanswered.

Horrible customer service, called the store 3 times in a row no answer, I go in wait 30 min in line as the guy in front with out a mask during a pandemic applies liquid glass to a phone then coughs on it. Don’t you have techs for that. Finally when it’s my turn in line I’m told that my phone probably won’t be fixed today so I try to set up an appointment he tells me I can’t do that in store and I have to do it online. This store needs better customer service.

I cannot recommend their screen protectors enough. I only buy my screen protectors here. Replaced a $40 cell phone store screen protector that had cracked very easily with UBreak screen protectors. After a year into the protector, very pleased. Putting these on all my familys phones. Extremely durable and well-priced. The staff is great as well and Ive always lucked out with hardly any wait. Great experience, highly recommend.

We had my sons battery and screen replaced a week ago and he decided to go swimming with it. Long story short they replaced the screen again at no charge !!! Well worth the $$ thank you !

Super staff and very happy with the work they did on my phone.

They were busy, so they told us to make an appointment online. We did for the next day, took it in and it was done 3 hours later. Other places that fix phones said it could take up to five days, so they are super fast. Did a pretty good job. Minor touch ups needed but they already fixed one with no extra charge or hassles. Would definitely recommend. Their prices are also about 40 dollars cheaper than the other place I looked at.

This place was amazing the last 2 years. Theyve done 6 screens for me, all for warranty. I sent my wife in for her phone today. Unfortunately, my guy doesnt work there now (he was in college at the time.) Apparently he took the ability with him. After being told 1.5hrs because she was the first in the door, 4.5hrs later she got her phone back. Then, knowing full well it was an insurance claim, they attempted to bill my wife as well, to double dip. Poor new guy in the front, and a large lazy guy in the back. Before using this store, I would look at Pocatello or Rexburg options. Its too bad too, they used to be great.

Worst experience ever, I will not be going back. I dropped off my phone at you break I fix on a Friday for water damage. They informed me that my screen was broken and that I had two options from there. I could pay 220 dollars to get the screen repaired. Or I could get a new phone bc they couldnt be sure that my phone would work properly. So I went with the second option and bought a new phone. I went in to pick up my old phone, and they charged me 40 dollars to do a date transfer. They said it was 40 dollars because they would temporarily put on a new screen to transfer my data. When I got both phones back, the broken one worked perfectly fine, so they lied and told me it was broken, so I paid 40 dollars for nothing, and on top of that I had to buy a new one. Let me also add that they ripped off my screen protector on my old phone without permission. My screen had no scratches on it since I had that screen protector on it since I had the phone. When I got it back, there were scratches, so they are the ones that scratched my screen.Total rip-off and cant be trusted.If I could give them 0 stars i would

I would actually give uBreakiFix 4.5 stars. They did a good job repairing my broken Samsung phone screen. They were pretty quick and they were the best priced. You have to make an appointment online. Makes sense because they have to make sure to control the number of devices coming in for repairs. So if you take in your device without an appt, theyll turn you away. Also, dont even think about calling. You will never get in touch with someone. They never answer, even after they send you a text message saying to please call, they still dont answer. Possibly theyre just slammed? I dont know. We live 45 minutes away from the store location so after 2 days of no one answering our calls or texts, we went in. The phone wasnt ready right then but it was shortly after.

Brought in a IPad to replace the screen, otherwise the tablet worked. Got it back with the screen still broke and tablet didnt work and was told it needed a new mother board. Not one individual there could explain why and what was done to the tablet. Very poor service and management and wouldnt resolve the issue. Think twice if your thinking of taking anything there to be fixed. Very shady operation.

We have had two horrible experiences in a row. In August I dropped my cell phone off for a repair. When I showed up at 11:00 the next day to pick up my phone, the doors were still locked. So I waited. 6 others show up for appointments and still no workers showed after waiting an hour. The mattress guy next door called the manager who was unaware of what was going on. He assured us someone was on their way but we ended up waiting yet another hour for someone to drive up from Pocatello. We dont live in town and I didnt want to leave my phone there for the weekend...but it took 3 hours of waiting to finally get it back. Unprofessional.Hoping the personnel problem had been resolved, I took my phone in for a screen repair today. My phone worked great, just a screen repair. We had previously purchased the CellHelmet so the cost would be covered, ect. I go to pick it up and the manager informs me that the motherboard is fried. There was a power leak or something but they failed to test for that first. When they switched the battery, it fried my phone. The power wont even turn on. I lost everything, no recovery. I drop off a great working Note 9 and leave with nothing.

I spoke to Kelley, and he said he’d run a free diagnostic for my 50” Vizio TV. He said “it should take only a few days”. It has been over two weeks, and they still have not diagnosed it. They tell me “by the end of the week”; I call and then they say “by Tuesday we’ll have an exact answer”, call Tuesday, we still haven’t gotten to it, it may be a backlight or motherboard. We can order one take a chance and see if that it the issue and if not we’ll order the other, and then we’ll charge you for both. They say they can do something soon, but don’t. Do not go to them, go elsewhere!

Very good service there but i had to do a Windows 10 re-install and they said it was “marked un-repairable” with no interest in seeing if there was a other problem with the components in the computer.

My initial experience was less than lackluster as I was informed they had all the components in stock and I could pick up my phone at the end of the day. Upon return my phone was not completed and it was going to be a few days as they were waiting on a product for it.After a couple of months my phone issues have returned. I scheduled home service via the website scheduled for today 10-13-2020. Ive data around my house the entire day waiting for some sort of contact and received nothing.Not enthused about them being the certified repair company for my phone.Update 10-14-2020: after reaching out to UBreak they didnt even take any accountability for the mistake and informed me to schedule 24-72 hours in advance....maybe their scheduling system shouldnt allow me to schedule less than 24 hours in advance.

My little sister’s HP envy laptop recently broke. We have brought it in twice to get it fixed. We were treated poorly both times and the laptop was never fixed. This place is embarrassing.

Messaged them with model of phone and issues. Asked if they could fix it. No answer. It has been a week. Guess they do not want business. I am not making an appt and going all the way there if they cannot be bothered to answer a valid question. I will try another service.

Appreciate the crew’s hard work. It took a while to fix our Nintendo Switch, but in these weird times, they fixed it faster than Nintendo would have. It works as promised and was told to come back if anything went wrong.

They have a 50% off the second procedure if you do two repairs in one, so like I fixed/replaced my cracked iPhone 6S screen for $90 and then got a new battery put in for $25 instead of $50. They were able to do it same day. Very fair pricing from what I could find and good customer service.

Samsung was locked out because of a system lock. We met with them and after some work got it unlocked and working again! Amazing work!

They never answer the phone. Also i brought my s20 ultra into them to warranty the battery and the screen as i was having ghost touches. I get the phone back only to realize they scratched my back cover on the inside of the phone. That was never like that when i sent it to them.. I had a skin on the back and they put the skin back on to try and hide it.. Very shady sub par quality work. For samsung to recommend this company to do work and for them to mess my phone up like that is unacceptable...:edit they did replace my back they damaged for free. So they did make it right..

UPDATE: they contacted my wife and had someone stay late to fix my phone. Thank youI made an appointment for a Saturday, per their website. I showed up, and was told they would not be able to fix my phone that day, but they could create a ticket and to bring my phone back in Monday to be fixed. On Monday they told me they couldnt fix my phone because I didnt have an appointment. I explained what happened. They admitted that they must have messed up, but there was nothing they could do, and I would have to bring my phone in tomorrow because my phone wouldnt be a priority because I didnt have an appointment. What? you guys screwed up, but we cant help ya is basically what I was told. TERRIBLE customer service.

I was told a one day turnaround, which turned into 3, then a week, then a week and a half to fix my Solo 3 Wireless Beats. I finally received them and was not charged. I instantly notice the repaired side is not the same as before. 10 minutes later I take them off my head and they break again.

Shop around if you are getting an iphone screen repaired. I started here because I had a preauthorization from a screen protector company for a $150 credit towards screen replacement, which they are an authorized dealer to do. The email clearly states they can file the claim for the credit, but they declined to do so.This led me to look for a less expensive option, to which I found an apple authorized repair shop that quoted $89 to replace the screen, which was nearly a third of the quote from ubreak i fix for $243.Poor service and high prices, will not be on my call list for repairs in the future.

I went to get my phone fixed back in the beginning of July and it is now the last day of October and its just barely been fixed. I also had a new screen protector on it but it wasnt replaced.The initial fix took a month and I couldnt hear anything out of my phone but people could hear me. I went in and the screen had been installed upside down. I had the phone a couple days and the screen cracked. I went to get it replaced and it wasnt covered under the instal warranty so I had to pay for another screen which was supposed to take only a week.I went in after a week and the screen hadnt been sent. After doing this for a month they ordered another screen. The phone finally came in and I couldnt hear on my end again. The screen had been installed upside down again and was missing parts so yet again another had to be ordered. I went back in after a month and the screen still hadnt come. I was told that due to covid the screen had been overlookedThey ordered another screen from a different vendor and it was here within a week. I went in to pick it up. With the experience I had I knew I needed to test the call function. It still didnt work. After taking the phone back to look it over the screen had been installed upsidedown again.Long story put short: dont expect a quick easy repair, The repair person needs to be retrained on how to put in a screen right side up or fired, very unprofessional during covid. 😤

I have always loved their service! Ive had my phone screen fixed here twice in the past 3 years and every time its been perfect but my phone is always at 15 percent when I get it back and so this last time I had my phone fixed, about a month ago, the girl tells me that its because they also gave me a new battery and I had a nice enough screen protector to! Sweet! I did not know that. It all made sense now.Then today I went for my husbands phone screen. I get the phone back and the battery was still super high so I called and they were like whaaa? We werent told it needed a new battery. But now I am confused because then why did I always get a new battery every time I got my screen fixed?! I thought it was part of the fixit spa treatment for the phone. That is why I am giving them 2 stars now.

Have a hard time reaching anyone when I call. Got a busy signal for the last couple hours but I missed a call from them, probably about my phone. The repairs are great but the communication and response is not so good.

Called in for help accessing my phone memory. Ryan was incredibly helpful and was able to solve the problem I had taken to Verizon and 3 other stores to no avail over the phone! I would highly recommend this location for any repair needs they truly took the time to understand my problem and solve it in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

My husband and I brought both our phones in to get fixed. The staff was very thorough and helpful. The service and fees charged left us feeling very satisfied with our choice to visit this office. I made an appointment as required by this company. The appointment was for 1030. The appointment got pushed back twice outside of a time I was able to drop off my phone. When I brought my phone in they still did not have the part that I needed. By the time I have returned five times to get a screen replaced, I wish I would have just paid extra to have it fixed elsewhere!!!!! Do business elsewhere!

Was so excited to get broken screen on husbands iPhone X fixed. I got the screen fixed BUT now the phone doesn’t work so it is ridiculous. Called in to see what they could do about it and was told because it’s a insurance claim their warranty is only good for 11 days. That would have been nice to know the day I got it fixed. Because I fixed the screen and then took a while before I went and got my service switched over to the iPhone X. Unimpressed with their willingness to stand behind their work. Like “we’ll make it look good but that’s all.” They should do a check on the phone to make sure everything actually works. So very very unimpressed......

I brought my Samsung S8 in thinking I needed to have the charge port replaced because it seemed really loose and my phone was charging super slowly. They cleaned the port and tested my phone with one of their chargers, and they found that my phone was charging well. They suggested I buy a new charger rather than spending more money on replacing the charge port. They had the opportunity to rip me off, but they were honest instead! Ill definitely take future business here.

We had a cracked screen replaced in our Samsung galaxy s9+. Service was very professional, knowledgeable workers. There was ian issue with a loose cable inside phone afterward so we ended up having to bring the phone back to them for them to repair that, but they made it right. Overall great service.

Called to ask about bringing phone in to fix, was told they could do it. Conveniently forgot to mention that they close two hours early now, according to a handwritten note on the door. So, made a trip to Idaho Falls only to find a closed store.

I brought my work laptop here on Monday, Aug 24 and was told I needed to schedule an appointment and that they were booked until Friday, Aug. 28. I scheduled a 1:00pm appointment. I’ve been working from an old loner laptop in the interim. Came in for my 1:00 pm appointment and waited in line until 1:20 pm at which point they told me that they cannot service my surface pro laptop and that I have to ship it directly to Google for service. It would have been nice to know they cannot work on this type of laptop so that I could have take action 5 days ago.Person in reception during the day of my appointment was friendly for what it’s worth.

I thought I would need an expensive repair to my Galaxy S10 +, but they let me know it probably just needed a quick cleaning. Not only was it fast, easy, and friendly, but they also did it without charging me! They are awesome!

My phone screen got scratched, and my insurance company sent me to this business to get the screen replaced.First visit: after they worked on my phone, I discovered that the new screen they put on had a scratch on it when I picked it up. They also said that the proximity sensor was bad, and they would have to order that, and when it came in they would also replace the screen again.Second visit: after they again worked on my phone, I had a screen without a scratch on it this time, but they said that the motherboard would have to be replaced instead of just the proximity sensor.Upon taking the phone home, I noticed that the back of the phone is coming off, and something is rattling around inside the phone. I called my insurance company and Im doing a straight phone replacement instead.I have no desire to ever use this business again.

This place is amazing!!! I have the worst luck with phones and every time I have been disappointed with fix phone shops. They always appear to have attitudes and to be put out that you are asking them for help. I have had a string if bad shops that havent been able to help me for the most simple of problems. So when my phone was literally run over multiple times on a highway on ramp I was convinced my phone was toast. My wife convinced me to try to get ut fixed in spite of my avid protests. I found uBreakiFix online and the ratings and glowing reviews lessened my skepticism but I still had serious doubts due to the condition of my phone plus past experience with shops with similar ratings. I can truly say that uBreakiFix lives up to the hype!!! These guys were not only able to fix my phone that had been run over by several vehicles but did with a smile!! Out of this world skill and awesome customer service!! I live in Utah but would consider traveling to Idaho to have these guys fix my phone in the future. After being told a laptop Id dropped off was no longer functional due to motherboard damage, I said Id come pick it up anyways.Twice now, Ive shown up to pick up said laptop and they were unable to find it. I was told by an employee they may have recycled it, without my permission.

I scheduled an appointment online for 10 am on a weekday. I got 2 texts confirming my appointment. When I showed up there was a sign on the door stating that they did not even open until 11am. When they did open they said they had to order glass for my Ipad and it would be in the following day and they would call me. Three days later Id still not heard from them and so I called them and was told that the glass had come in, but they forgot to call (I got a text from them WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH THEM that the glass was in -- really??). I took the Ipad in and was told it would be ready the next day. I called end-of-day the next day...only to be told that they hadnt had a chance to look at it. UNREAL. Customer service is generally lacking in Idaho, but these guys absolutely take the cake. If there is ANYWHERE else you can find to take a broken device, I would highly recommend it.

Took my tablet in to see if they could fix it because it was taking a long time to turn on the guy that helped me originally was very friendly he had an awesome attitude, he asked if I could leave the charger with it because he wasnt sure if they had one that would fit, I said thats no problem as long as I get it back and he said that would be no issue I would get it back, then he called me to let me know that they couldnt fix my tablet he couldnt figure out what was going on with it which was fine, so I go in to pick it up and and its a different guy and he said hell go back and see if he can find my tablet he comes up with it and hands it to me and I asked for the charger he tells me that there was no charger with it and there wasnt marked that there was a charger and that it was marked to be recycled, I said what do you mean recycled he said when the person called to let me know the tablet was done to the number on file he said that means the person asked me if I wanted to recycle the tablet because it wasnt working and I said no I never said that, and he just laughed and I just said okay and walked out, for one why in the world would I okay to recycle my tablet when it works just fine it just takes a long time to turn on? and probably not a good idea to tell people that theyre going to get their stuff back when they dont, so now I have to go out and buy a new charger.

Left my Nintendo Switch to be fixed here because it needed its fan replaced. It took a little over a week for the new fan to arrive and be installed, but I got a small discount because it took longer than normal. Great compensation for a small inconvenience, and the Switch works like a charm!

Im hoping its just this location, but I came away severely disappointed. Took my laptop in for a charging/shutoff problem, and it took them almost 5 days to not find the source of the problem. They also couldnt seem to even find the charging port on the side of the machine! They said it was a bad battery, unable to hold a charge, but I spent 4+ hours running it on just battery that same night. Just came off as very unknowledgeable and incompetent.

Took my phone in to get the screen replaced and the new screen looks great and works great. Best Buy suggested Ubreakifix to me and I am glad they did. They have great service and had the best price for the repair. They even put my screen protector I bought on my phone for free.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They fixed my tablet at the price quoted and very quickly too! I wont hesitate to take any other repairs to them. Thanks guys!

I have been in a couple times now, once for a new screen and another for a moisture detection warning. Both times the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. For the moisture warning, they dried out my phone with their equipment and did a data reset free of charge. It really didnt take much for them to do this, but Im sure other places would have been happy to charge a small fee.
