Ron, the guy that runs this place is authentic as can be! He is the salt of the earth kind of guy you can hear it when he picks up the phone.I am moving out of the country, just needed a few boxes to put my TVs in, Walmart and Sam’s Club crushes all of theirs, everyone else was difficult to work with, Home Depot wanted 30 to 50 bucks for a box. This guy gives them to you for free. Awesome, very helpful! Thanks for the hometown feel Ron!!!
This place has a terrible service. The person at this store is so rude and impolite. LG sent me an email of confirmation of appointment for the service for today from 8 thru 12:00 pm. Someone was supposed to come from this store here at my home. However, no one showed up here. I cancelled everything that I had today and have been waiting for its service until now. I tried call many times to this store, including the owner s cell phone, and he has never answered me back. So, I called to lg customer service to complain about this service center, and the agent at LG told me that this service center had cancelled the appointment for today. I was not notified by this service center, which has a terrible service, and even by LG that my appointment had been canceled. Please, do not use the service at this center which has a so terrible service to the client.
They took a 20 dollar deposit they said would be applied to my bill should I choose to fix after inspection. They call up and say it will be 150 to fix. I go to pick up and the guy says its 176. I ask about the quote and he said he had no idea why I was told that but its 176. Fine. Later I notice they charged 20 plus the 176 so they never applied the deposit to the bill. The TV works fine now ... just frustrating experience.
Did warranty work on my dishwasher. Customer service was awesome! Responsive and respectful! Needing appliance repairs? You will not regret calling these guys!
We searched all over to find an affordable nice-looking couch. After probably seven stores, we found the one we both liked here at Merlins. We also bought a TV while we were at it. This store has great owners. I would definitely recommend them.
Their repairman Troy is awesome!, which is prob why hes so busy. His schedule is usually pretty full.
They charged right around $60 to pick up out tv which had the backlights go out. They had the tv for several days and said they could no longer buy the parts. I did a quick internet search and found the last remaining backlights and forwarded them the link and they replied that yes indeed those were the right parts. They were to order the parts. A few weeks went by and still not done. They had dropped the ball and forgot to order the parts and the last of them had sold. Now I have an $800 paper weight and they kept my money. There is another company called Merlin’s in town and that’s who I thought I called. Do not have these guys work on your expensive electronics.
My 50 LED tv quit on me and I took it to Merlins to have them look at it. They were very quick to reply to my e-mails, and were helpful when answering my questions. The time it took for the repair was excellent. My tv works like its brand new again, and Ill be sure to go back with any future issues that I may have.

A terrible experience. I would give them no stars if I could. Took a TV in and was told it would take two weeks because the part needed to be ordered, Two months later no TV, I called and they hadnt even ordered the part. Then proceeded to tell me that it would be better to buy a new one at Walmart for the price of the part. There were no tvs at that price. I will never recommend them for anything.
We bought a tv just over 12 mos ago and the smart hub was going out. The manager over sales treated the situation with an attitude of thats to bad. Asked me to load the 74 up and bring it in. Really?? Well the reason this is getting a five star rating isnt because of sales its because of service. I called the service repair and spoke with Phil and he was so awesome to deal with and compassionate. He took my information over the phone, called Samsung himself, handled the situation, and was able to get the part under warranty! He even drove out after hours and fixed the tv! Now thats a guy who deserves a bonus!
Merlins is back on Northgate mile but doing appliances too now. These guys fix anything.
