RUINED MY CLASS A! Nice guy, unskilled employees, no follow-up = BAD BUSINESS. In December Rich and his employees changed the oil in my motorhome and installed several electronic items (rear-view camera, rear flood lights, inverter for a tv, solar panel control box). I was charged over $1000 even though I had already purchased the lights, camera/monitor and cable, inverter, solar control box and cables, and the oil and filter before they did anything. They purchased, installed and charged me for extra solar connectors, which I had not requested and did not need. When I picked up the motorhome the inverter didn’t work. Rich took things apart and attached cheap extension cord ends to ‘fix’ the problem. A hole was drilled through the tv support, and I was told to turn the inverter off and on by inserting a pencil through the hole to reach the off/on switch.Five months later, the installed items started running sporadically and finally quit working altogether. I stopped by the shop and made several calls to Rich, but he only responded after I threatened to write true but negative reviews on the internet. Rich tore everything apart, ran an extension cord I had from the kitchen area to the tv. He then left and said he’d have to ask his employees how they wired these items, then he would come back and finish fixing the problem. I received a few calls with excuses and his asking to reschedule times he was going to return. Since then (2 months ago) he has blown me off. I believe he could have fixed this if he or his employees knew what they were doing. Rich and the team at All Star are top notch. After dealing with a mobile RV hack and being led astray on multiple issues, All Star RV fixed all of my problems in less than an hour. (All of the seperate problems I had were all part of one issue). More than fair price, and excellent service. They are very busy, and I had to wait a few days to have my trailer looked at, but they are busy for a reason. They are very good at what they do.

Really appreciate these guys. A blowout damaged our water tank drain line. They identified the broken fitting, obtained the part, and literally had us fixed up in minutes. Efficient and very reasonable. Thanks!

Incompetent. Doesnt return calls. Starts a job doesnt finish it and then disappears. Save your money!
