The tech Nathan was great! He came to my house and made sure my computer functioned well in my own home. He was able to check download and upload speeds of my network and suggest fixes specific to my internet situation. Much different then having a tech fix it in their controlled workspace.My computer is running much better!

Fast, easy, convenient, and excellent customer service. I took my laptop to SymTec for a tune-up. It was taking a long time to boot and it wouldnt wake up from sleep state. They ran some diagnostics, removed old programs, and fixed all my problems. They even offered to bring the laptop to me at my office so I wouldnt have to go pick it up. Great job!

Wesley and his team have been very responsive and helped with our computer needs a couple different times. The thing I appreciated most is that they would give recommendations, and if there was something that needed fixed they would fix it, but if it didnt they were honest in their diagnosis.

Fast and forward looking, making suggestions to improve the quality of the computer whether it be adding an external drive, more RAM, cleaning up etc. They not only fix the immediate problem and do it in the most efficient and cost effective manner, but they also provide helpful suggestions to prevent more problems in the future.
