Two thumbs up! 2 days and $80 to solve my data recovery problem (my kid spilled juice and completely fried my laptop). 😭 So happy with the customer service and speed in working on my computer. 😊😊😊 Before I came here, I had a nightmare of a time with the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They needed $80 and 2 weeks to tell me that it would cost $725 to repair my computer, and gave zero help with data recovery. The person working on it couldnt even figure out how to open it because Best Buy never sold that model. 😑 Im so glad I found Computech - this will be my go-to place now. Local is always better.👍

Gary was great. He came and cleaned up my computer so it ran faster and took care of some internet issues as well. We also purchased the iboss so we could have better parental controls for our children and we love it. We had a couple of minor issues with installing the iboss and the new router, but Gary was quick to fix those and everything is running great. Thank you!

First of all, this place is clean. The lobby, the front desk, and the parking lot is also pretty tidy. Upon entering the establishment, you will be warmly greeted and attended to. However, it does seem that sometimes they may be short staffed as sometimes they arent open at the hours stated on the front door.I needed to get data extracted from an external hard drive that I didnt want to plug into a potentially damaging computer at home. I asked these guys to extract the data from me, particularly the images. The did just that and did a good job. The price, while I thought was excessive, was actually what I was quoted at other data recovery businesses so I do believe I paid a fair price for the services I received.Other than not being open during posted opening hours on more than one occasion, these guys do a pretty good job. I would recommend their services.UPDATE 11/17/2016: I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars. My Wi-Fi card in my laptop died and these guys had a cheap replacement in stock. $15 later, my Wi-Fi is up and running. Gary helped me out and he was knowledgeable and very friendly. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
