I was at IF Lithia Ford for service on our Explorer. I had been searching online (through several states) for a new truck for about two months. I visited with Randy Martin (in Sales) who I had talked to in the past, but they didn’t have what I wanted. When I tried the online program it would reconfigure choices - not “my truck”. I had decided to order (close as I could get) with a dealer out of state that had some good terms and Ford incentives that were ending the same day I was in Lithia. The uncertainty of my trade and a 2 day drive away was a concern. I was introduced to Chris Hunt (the General Manager) who was close by and who offered to first find out what my preferences were, and then he put an example selection order form together. He explained differences in similar features and some packages that included many things that would be more costly as separate choices. He also went through what to expect as a custom order progressed until delivered. I took the information provided with my notes and left to go through it. I later returned and after a couple changes – we submitted my order. After an expected few weeks, I have “my truck” in the garage. I can say that my positive experience at Lithia Ford Idaho Falls is because of what started as a visit for vehicle service. I thank Randy and Chris as well as Adam (Sales Manager who applied the available cost saving incentives) and Ron who guided us through the paperwork. Their online ad stated “Friendly and Helpful Staff” – so true!
The service seem to be pretty good but when I got into the truck I could smell the strong odor of diesel. Check the oil level everything seemed to be okay but notice that he had missed the poor spout and there was oil on the truck engine tried to wipe it up I think but theyre still residue other than that pretty good.
Recently bought two new cars from Lithia in Idaho Falls. We have bought multiple cars before from them. Chris Hunt, the general manager, and Andrew the salesman were fantastic. Had direct access to them to answer all questions at any time. They were honest about costs and didn’t try to play the game some dealerships play with mark ups. I can’t say enough good things about them. At this point, I have no desire to buy a vehicle from anyone else.
Would give zero stars if I was able to.We will never buy a car from here, let alone a Ford again. There have had so many problems with our Expedition. It has been in the shop pretty consistently over the last year and a half. When we were reaching the end of one of our warranties we were frustrated that the transmission issues had never been taken care of, and after a year. My wife called and spoke with Spencer when he assured her he wanted to fix the issues. After a year and a half they finally had a solution for the cam rattle, but acted like there were no transmission issues at all. They said our computer in our car had never registered them. That seems like a convenient type of reporting system that tends to only lean in favor of Ford, not the consumer.When we brought it in they acted like we only brought it in one time for transmission, which in reality we had brought it in every time for. Spencer assured us that he would take care of the issue, when we came in he said the computer didn’t show anything so there is nothing to fix. Literally did not listen to one single thing we were saying. We’ve researched these problems that we’ve been having which come to find out are very common for this model of expedition. However, Spencer acted like he’s never heard of these issues. It would be awesome if with you I actually had people in charge that wanted to keep customers as returning future customers. They don’t seem too worried about customer retention.
Made an appointment for regular service. Staff was engaging and professional. They expedited my service in a timely manner and reviewed their findings. I was very satisfied with my experience there.

Our 22 year old F250 diesel truck started leaking a large amount of coolant from the water pump on a trip from north Idaho to Utah. Lithia Ford was just a block away. We stopped in at 4pm and the service rep was able to move us up to work on it the next morning. He also helped us get a rental car to continue our trip. The water pump and other service was done by the end of that day and we were able to continue and complete our trip. Kudos to their service department for good work, quickly done!

Everyone was outstanding from the moment I walked into the office from the man that led me to the office where I met Cory, to the the people I saw working there on down to the gentleman that drove me home; where down right polite, courteous, friendly, and attentive to this 75 year old woman (not to mention my car) she works great for her age. I’d been looking for a nice truck with a fare deal and low miles. The guys where really great to work with. From the time I test drove it to leaving out the door only took about an hour. It really was a easy. As far as buying a car goes it was enjoyable
I needed an oil change and was quoted a 2 hour wait, which I was fine with. Ran some errands and called to check on my car almost 3 hours after Id dropped it off, and was told it would be another 3 hours until it was done. Quoting accurate service times is important! I wish they would have been honest about how busy they were.
They worked me in without an appointment. Top notch. Quality without breaking the bank.

While traveling through the Idaho Falls area I needed to replace the original tires on my 2017 F250 along with a regularly scheduled oil service. I reached out to Lithia Ford’s Quick Lane Service and easily scheduled both in about one week in advance. I arrived at the scheduled time and the service was completed within a couple hours. All staff were professional and interested in making sure I was satisfied.
We took our new Ford Escape Hybrid in for a Fast Lane oil change today, and what an awesome experience it was!!! The service department staff were easy going and efficient. The additional services that were included in the oil change were extensive. My tires were rotated, pressures checked, window wash fluid filled. I am happy.

I own a 2014 Ford Focus. I have been bringing my vehicle to Ford Lithia of Idaho Falls for the past three years to service the defective Powershift clutch on the vehicle every time it failed and left me stranded. The first time it was under warranty and all they did was reset it, lasted about 30,000 miles before it failed completely and I had to tow out of pocket because they dont offer pick up service. Second time it was after the warranty and they charged me $2000 to replace the clutch with a brand new one, which made me starve a couple of weeks last year. 14 months later and under 7000 miles on the new clutch and it failed again, this time I brought it in under warranty. Lithia then started finding repairs needed on the vehicle, specifically a small oil leak around the timing chain cover and a worn transmission mount. I Authorized the transmission mount fix, but not the leak because they wanted $1100-$1300. They then changed out an axel on MY vehicle without calling or notifying me, reason was they lost my current number(but called me previously to discuss repairs, and on pick up day...odd). The final bill was around $450 because the charged me for axel replacement and labor. I complained to the point were my service adviser brought the price down about $70, and if my girlfriend wasnt there to help me pay, I wouldve made them put the old one back on. I was unaware of the price change until the date of pick up, the repairs I authorized wouldve been about $150, and I had that if they didnt crank the price up to $450. After the bill was paid, it drove me to work twice and the clutch failed again. Now the car idles rough, there is an odd weight transfer in the front when I turn, and it makes a lough clunking noise when I was able to put it in reverse. My vehicle is now parked in my garage, unsafe to operate, and I will happily finish paying it off rather than bringing it to Lithia Ford of Idaho Falls. In my personal opinion, I feel like I have been scammed. I hope this has helped anybody reading this to make a better decision on a mechanic to service their vehicle in the future. I Ignored all my friends when they said dont bring it to the dealership. In the end they were right, and now Im paying for it.UPDATE: I placed this comment a week ago and I think Ford Lithia tried to make it right with a voicemail that was very unprofessional. Also, I noticed half of my battery cover is missing, and it was there before I brought it in. So not only did they screw my car up, they also “lost” parts on my car. I was trying to be level headed before but these guys are crooks, don’t bring your property to them.
They had what I wanted, though it will take a few days to get it in, Im a very happy for truck owner! Said I could come back in two weeks to have my key programmed, didnt need an appointment. Fwd two weeks, arrived and checked in, couldnt do the programming, person that does it was out. Little upset its 200 miles round trip. Set the appointment for July 30. They got me in and out in just under an hour. Really happy... Total miles to get my second key, 600 miles and only 6 hours driving... But with all that, they did a great job.

Underwhelmed is an understatement. My scheduled quick service took an hour and half (changing the oil myself takes ~30 minutes). No protection or care was used inside my brand new truck which now has motor oil all over the steering wheel and center console. They didn’t bother removing the factory service interval sticker from the window and haphazardly added the new one below. On the up side the tires were rotated but the pressures varied by over 10psi so I’ll have to fix that myself. Looking forward to not coming back!
I needed a new key for my truck. Lithia Ford called me when the key came in. We set up a time to leave the truck so they could program the key. The lounge was nice but I walked across the street to Starbucks and grabbed a few items from Walmart. When I got back my truck was waiting for me. Lithia Ford was efficient.

My experience was really good. Got there at 8am by appointment for an airbag recall. I made the morning coffee, which was yummy. Next thing I knew I was ready to rock and roll by 9am. Good people.
Took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation. Loved the ability to make my appointment online. Asked the manager about the amount of time it would take and they were within 10 minutes. Well done.
I have been traveling for 6 or so months a year since I purchased my 2018 F150 new in 2018. I have had my truck serviced on the road so I have used quite a few Ford Dealers around the country. Lithia is by far the best Quick Lane Service I have used. It was in fact Quick. Great communication. I had an oil change and they told me I needed rear brakes and tires. So, I knew this already but, it was good that they properly completed the multipoint inspection. I decided to go ahead with new tires and rear brakes. Their prices were lower by a few hundred then a couple of other places that I checked around town. The service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. At no time did they try to sell me services that I did not need. If I lived closer, Lithia Ford would be my go to Service team. Thanks for a very positive experience.
Got me in in a timely manner but over priced. I will not be back. And comming from a ram dealer they always washed and vacuumed my vehicle out. The people were good to work with just dont think 131.00 for oil and filter change is real fair when I can get the same job done for 80 bucks.

We brought our company vehicle in for a QuickLane service while in town on a demo event. Dominic Ruiz was our service advisor. Dominic was friendly and helpful getting us an appointment so we could minimize our wait time. He was super personable, which can be a rarity these days. All service was done as promised for a very valuable price point.
Some horse-play among the service crew. I ask why the cabin filter box on the service report was not checked. The answer was: “I don’t know. Maybe it does not have one”. I left with less than a satisfied feeling.
Austin was a huge help in purchasing our car. We werent sure what we wanted and he was patient with all our indecisiveness. Austin made sure to show us options in budget and he was knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. We got a 2018 Ford escape and couldnt be happier with our decision!

I avoid dealerships like the plague. especially dealerships in salt lake because of Larry h Miller. I have never been to a dealership that had such great customer service. Right now Im dealing with Chris (general manager) and Matt (service). I was going with my family to Yellowstone when I had truck issues. They let me take one of their brand-new f-150s to Yellowstone for the weekend with my family and saved our entire weekend! Right now they are getting things ready for me to purchase one of their new f-150s. I cant say enough good things about them. This reminds me of customer service 20 years ago.Update. I hate to change my review but after purchase has been a totally different experience. Getting them to follow through with any of their promises has been pretty difficult.
Technicians called and recommended not rotating tires because the front needed more traction. Vehicle is rewheeled drive, I would have thought a dealer would have competent personal. Oil stains left on interior of vehicle following service.Update... Never received a follow up phone call .

These guy’s are awesome! I had computer problems with my pickup. She’s my bread and butter. Without my pickup I can’t work! I called as soon as the problem started and originally was told that it would be Tuesday before they could get me in. When I explained that I needed to leave for the east cost to pick up my next load, they told me that they would take my information and call be back. The guy’s called within the hour and told me that they had opened a spot for me. I got there and had me back out the door and rolling within two hours! I can’t thank you all enough! Friendly service with a can do attitude. The best!

Bryan and Adam the sales managers are ONE OF A KIND! I’ve never been treated better and had more honest transparency in buying vehicles and I use to work for a different local dealership who didn’t even treat me the way these guys have treated me and my wife! No hassle and have been there for me before, during and after the sell! When a problem has arose on a my vehicle they’ve made sure that it isn’t an inconvenience for me and my family. A loaner vehicle is always offered and have even gone to my home to pick up my pickup. In the midst of this praise I also can’t leave out Bob down in there body shop! He has been a huge part in this review as well. From me removing fender flares off the used truck I bought and them buffing the scratches out for me without blinking to some repairs that have been needed Bob has been nothing but helpful and so willing!I can’t be more grateful for the team here at Lithia. I have recommended people there to buy and will from here on out continue to send people to these fine gentleman!

Parts dept. Employee was on Facebook on the ford computer when i walked up. I waited to be acknowledged.... never happened. I took video of him ignoring me. I finally asked for help and his response was beyond rude almost aggressive! I turned video into manager.Quick lane. Great friendly service. helpful, knowledgable, fast .5 stars to them.
We have bought 2 vehicles in the last week here. McKuly goes above and beyond for his customers and makes it so enjoyable. He answered all of our questions and was willing to spend a full day helping us find the perfect vehicle. Our truck was detailed and full tank when we left the lot. Their finance guy is awesome. We came here to test drive the electric Mustang, the Mach-E. We didnt have an appointment, but the salespeople were ready for us anyway. Easiest test drive experience Ive ever had. Hopefully they sell a lot of Mach-Es too, because its a good car (I speak as a Tesla driver).
I am forever grateful for Lithia Ford service department, mechanics and staff for helping diagnose and repair my Ford 350 Coachman RV. They quickly determined the problem and ordered the parts for my engine. I had an additional problem with a faulty tire and they made sure all my tires were checked; locating additional problems that could have posed an extremely dangerous problem on the road. This dealership & service department is trustworthy & truly care about their customers.
Robert here and his crew were great. We were driving through Idaho Falls and needed some help with our RV. I called around 10 places and they were all booked. They figured out the problem, fixed it and sent us on our way. 100% recommended.
I made an appointment at 11 and got there a few minutes early. They were very courteous and they did my oil change and checked my tires very quickly and I was out by 11:45. So I’m very happy

Had the Body Shop install a Trailer Brake for my 2021 Ford Ranger. After picking it up found that there Passenger Airbag showed inop or missing.The lights on the dash for the Passenger Airbag would not go off.As of this writing, vehicle was drop off at the body shop to see where and why the faults is on

After looking at a couple of things and being denied on a few their guys found away for me to get into a brand new vehicle with half the payments than I thought I would have to make! The sales rep was kind courteous friendly and outgoing, but the best thing, Straightforward!!! Well done with the afford!
I Sechudled an oil change and tire rotation. The technician was all about ME the customer making sure I was aware of the tread on my tires, battery voltage, and the air filter. Which, he brought the air filter to show me how dirty it was and spoke to me like a person. I appreciated it knowing I was being taken care of. And I wasnt just another appointment in his long day.
Mechanic was great, but Service Advisor was not honest in his communication with me. Somewhere the objective for the visit was not communicated to the mechanic. AND the service advisor either being deceptive to up sell and increase overall service that did not make sense, especially after talking to the mechanic. Not sure you will find a trusted partner here. I was sadly disappointed
Lithia Ford took care of a few safety recalled items on my Ford Fusion. They went above and beyond my expectations and got everything taken care of in one visit. I am extremely impressed with their service department and will be purchasing with them when the time comes.

First off 2 years ago when I bought the truck it took 7 hours to do paperwork then today on 8-3-21 I had a service scheduled for a recall and they were absolutely rude and had my appointment scheduled wrong if your look for a new vehicle I would recommend going elsewhere

Car buying, and more specifically in my case, truck buying in todays current market is less than enjoyable. But the folks at Lithia Ford in Idaho Falls did all they could to make us comfortable, fed us good pizza, answed all our questions and concerns, gave us top dollar for our trade in and guaranteed to fix the few pesky little do-dads that need fixin on our truck we purchased. They also had a decent selection of used trucks to choose from and had just the right one for me. Which in todays market is rare.Thank you Justin at Lithia Ford.

The truck burying experience was fine. We had to take back because the AC would only work when it was down at your feet. When we got the truck back it wasnt cleaned up. There was dirty finger prints on the head liner, the inside of the windshield. There was also dirty footprints on floor mats.I have had Toyotas and Hondas and always got my vehicle back in pristine conditions.I have bought Fords before and never have had service like this happen. I am very disappointed in your service department.

In the past I have had a good experience having my oil changed. However today it took over 1.5 hours to change the oil and rotate my tires. After the work was completed I got in my vehicle and could see everywhere the service guy touched with his greasy hands. In addition my seat cover was covered in grease from his backside. Not Lithia’s best customer service day.

We dealt with Chris and Meek while buying a new pick up the other day. I felt like they wanted my business and did a great job taking care of us. I found a great deal on a car. Justin Howard was my guy and I cant recommend him highly enough. He was insightful and helpful without any pushiness. They even added new tires and were willing to fix a few minor things I was worried about, without any push back or cost. I can’t give a positive review when a 3 o’clock appointment turned into a 3 hour wait in a very hot waiting area just to change my oil.
