I have to say that I have done alot of business with Fred and Waynes over the years. I have never been disappointed. They always treat me right and even do things for free. Most of all, I have never been treated like I dont know anything even if I dont. Their prices will beat almost all competitors around, too. I’ve come here for years and they have always treated me fairly and provided great service. This is where I take my Lexus for the oil change because they use Amsoil synthetic which is good for over 20,000 miles! I now drive up from Utah to get serviced here!

They were relatively fast and efficient. They told me what was wrong with my card and didnt try to upsell me anything, which is something I appreciate.

The service is wonderful even with our needs being a little picky, everything got taken care of. Waiting area provided plenty to read, tv and coffee. Bathroom was clean and stocked.

Had my brakes and rotors changed here. Also had an oil change. They were quick and did a great job. They were genuine and I felt very comfortable with them, which is not always the case at mechanics. Their prices were reasonable, but not so cheap that you worry about the quality. Ill definitely go there again!

I love Fred and Waynes. I would 100% recommend purchasing your tires from them. Sal and the owner (I think his name is Mitch?) are really nice and just straightforward and no-nonsense. When another local tire shop was trying to take advantage of me and be dishonest with me my brother recommended I take my car to Fred and Waynes and Im so glad I did. I just purchased a new set of tires from them and the entire experience was pleasant and stress free and I felt that their prices were very fair too. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Fred & Waynes.

Fred and Waynes is a great place to get a set of tires, have them fixed or many other services. Their prices and products were comparable to others with a better bargain. They mounted and balanced a new set for our car and we had a pull to one side. We took it back and they fixed it that same night 20 minutes after closing time. Great customer service. I will be back to Fred and Wayns.

Returned again today due to issues with my Sonata. Josh figured out the front end issues, fix it in only a few hours. Cost was very reasonable. Thank you again Fred and Waynes..

Helped me get back on the road but paying 35 for a used tire got me exactly what is was worth I guess. The tire they provided has a slow leak so Im putting air in it every two days but I dont think I can complain about a tire that cheap. Customer service was great after we got the attention of the front desk people. I like that they have been around for so many years!

I called here just asking for a quote. I called all around town and everyone was very polite and helpful. The person I spoke with quoted me higher than some of the other places like discount tires which is fine but I just didn’t want to pay $200 more. Anyways I politely declined and just said thanks anyways and they were pretty rude after that. Maybe the man was just having a bad day but no need to pass that on, especially doing business.

These people are AMAZING! Went in thinking it was one thing and they were completely honest and said everything was ok (I do need other work) and didn’t charge me a single dime! I will always take my car back.....I’ve never been around such and amazing friendly atmosphere!

Very best place to get your breaks switched oil changed and tires swapped. Also good for almost any mechanical issues. Best bang for your buck.

I bought 4 new tires at this establishment.They werent condescending and didnt try to upsell me. They forgot to call me when my car was ready, but it happens i guess.

We have come here for years for tires. They always get us great tires for a great price! Most recently it was snow tires for my Mustang. They work great and make it so I can drive my car all winter and have no problems with the snow and ice.

They are so fast at what they do. The people that work there are so nice and you dont get that feeling that all they want is your money they want to make sure you are safe. Love this place will go back.

This is such a great establishment! They are honest and dependable. There was once when I went and they didnt charge me anything for the small fix that they did to my car! I was very happy today when I went in and they checked my check engine light for free when the KIA dealership said they were too busy and that I would have to schedule an appointment... Not to mention that the dealership would have charged me to read the code. Thanks Fred and Waynes!!! You guys are a amazing!

I bought my tires here and they fixed them when I ran over a screw, because I had a warranty.

The best ever! We were traveling through town from TN and had a power steering gear box go bad. We have an older van, and parts are harder to find. T. J. went out of his way to find the part for us and do the work quickly to get us back on the road. He worked with us and the price was SUPER reasonable. It is so rare to find mechanics who want to help you and not take advantage of you. If we lived there, we would take our van back. These are good, honest people.

Had my brakes redone they were honest, fair, professional and low pressure. Been around for a long time and still have the same down home Friendly feel.

I had some noise in my front steering/suspension, presumably from a ball joint, bushings or one of those front end components. I had to the problem looked at by another service center and was told my steering gear was the culprit. That didnt sound right to me and I was referred to Fred and Waynes by Sams Auto Body (they did not do the original inspection but I asked them them seeking a second opinion). Sams Auto Body told me they do great work on front end issues. They called within a couple of hours and what was several thousand dollar problem (from the other service center) turned into tightening a couple of bolts on the skid plate that were loose causing the popping sound. $0 spent, all done as a courtesy. They have just earned a new customer! With winter coming they will get my business for new tires!

Great local people,. Personal service, honest answers. Wanted tires checked for wear on new vehicle, they rotated the tires and said that should keep me going for awhile, was concerned they might push new tires but was not sure of best answer.

Never go to these people, either they are plain stupid and have no idea what theyre doing or they are out to steal your money. My boyfriend sold me his car which had 4 brand new tires on it from this store. The tires kept losing air and when taken in they wouldnt tell us why theyd just say ok well fix it. Then afterwards the tires would continue losing air. One day I ended up getting a flat due to the air loss. So I took it to another shop and the minute I got there they tell me up front and simple my rims are corroded and thats why all of my tires keep losing air. And now I have to buy a brand new tire, for the one that had a flat is toast, and I only drove on it for a few months! You wanna tell me why in the hell these people would put 4 brand new tires on corroded rims without mentioning that and even after brining it in like 3 more times still never tell you that?! Like I said either they dont know anything or they wanted me to ruin all 4 brand new tires and have to buy more. So I will never buy anything from them again and be sure to tell everyone I know not to do the same.

Whoops I was playing truck with my car thought my tirehad gone bad. I got a stock in the back was dragging it around. They found it and took it out. No more drag sound. No more worries. Thanks.

Had tired installed there. They said when I got the estimate that they did free alignments. Got my truck back had a shake. Thought maybe tires getting broke in. After 2 weeks looked under truck. Found suspension bolts loose. Either they didnt do the alignment or left stuff loose. Will go else where now
