I have aftermarket suspension on my car and they made sure everything was in good working order. Even took me back to show me what he did to it to improve the performance and handling. Highly highly recommend! 💯👌

Recently we had bybees install helper springs made by super springs for the rear and sumo springs for the front on our 2004 f150 to aid in towing a #7000 pound trailer Mike did a fantastic job and Sierra is very kind and knowledgeable also we have used this business for many many years and if something isn’t right you can count on bybees to always do the right thing and make it right GOOD JOB GUYS I will let you know how it tows soon

Go on Yelp people and read the latest reviews, Google does not have accurate reviews, bad ones get deleted. New owners in the last 5 years.TOTAL FRAUDS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I guarantee a lot more people are going to be told they have a defective tire, when going here.A family member of mine took their truck there first, and were told the tire was defective which we thought could be so, but then I took my car there, and they said the same thing.UPDATE (2 months later): Took my car to Big O to have it looked at they said nothing about my tires were defective (and I didnt get the tires from them, so no bias on their part).Stop ripping people off and telling them they have defective tires!

The team at Bybees is the best in town! Theyre very friendly and are able to fit me into their books right away for my regular vehicle check-ups, and they let me know of things to plan for regarding long term maintenance, things I wouldnt think of on my own. I definitely recommend them, and its always nice to drop the vehicle off downtown, grab breakfast and a coffee from the local shops, and go for a stroll around the Greenbelt.

Best place in town. The are honest and wont sell you repairs you car dose not need. They work with you and try to get you car in and out fast.

Extreme disrespect for me and my time. I was told my service would take an hour. At 2 hours 10 minutes of waiting the mechanic came in and asked the receptionist if the A arm had arrived yet. She said no and went back to work. I got up and asked if that was for my car. She said yes. She didn’t even have the decency to tell me I’d been waiting for an hour and 10 minutes longer than told and they didn’t even have the part! I would not recommend them and will not go back. It’s one thing to screw up and not have the part after you said you did. It’s another to waste my time and not even have the decency to say something.

Bybees is the only shop in town that will tackle alignment on a BMW. They also were the only shop that would do my Mercedes.

I am very happy with the service I received. I Had a steering problem that I spent hours trying to fix myself. They diagnosed and fixed the problem same day I called. It turned out to be loose bolts on my rear axle. They only charged me $85 to fix the problem. They are honest and very reasonable rates. Thanks and I will tell my friends about you guys.

Loved that they scheduled a specific time for the alignment of my car and were available to get my car in right away and finished within the timeframe they promised while I waited. They fixed the damage to the alignment that happened when my vehicle slid off the road in a snow storm for much less than I thought it would cost. Thank you Bybees, you have my highest recommendation.

My husband and I both took our vehicles there and we had nothing but problems since. We payed for things on my husbands truck that wasnt done and with mine I just had them REfix my front end and only had my vehicle for a DAY and it rebroke. Very dissatisfied in the work that was done,will not be back

They used to be the best place in the area, but they have changed ownership and the quality of work is poor, I took my truck in for the same problem 4times (come backs) ha ha and mysteriously, each time it was something else! Never again bybees

They are true professional. Sometimes it may take a little longer than other shops to fix some problems but the quality and price are awesome. Strongly recommend.
