This was my first time at Grease Monkey. The staff members were pleasant, and the waiting area was nice with beverages and treats.The service was quick, at around 20 minutes or so in total, I didnt have a wait. I was a little irritated by the fact that they recommended changing my engine air filter when it didnt need it (I replace these myself and I mark the date of replacement on the filter- not to mention the fact that it was pretty much spotless) and by the fact that they put NA next to cabin air filter despite the fact that I do have one.My main issue though was that the oil change here was significantly more expensive than what I pay for the same thing at the dealership, so while it was a decent experience overall, I wont be back because I cant justify the price difference.

Bryan helped me figure out why my car was over heating, it was fast and he knew how to fix what was going on. My antifreeze was leaking because the hose had ripped open. They were super nice and their communication was easy to understand me not being super familiar with cars and stuff thanks to the whole team I’ve been able to drive my car again with no issues.

Driving on the highway to Idaho falls and we get a nasty rock chip in the windshield. I try to look up other auto glass repair shops on a Saturday and they are closed!!!! Id given up and was thinking Id have to wait till Monday. But once errands were finished I took a wrong turn and Grease Monkey was having an event and caught my eye and I decided to pull up and see if they could fix the chip. They immediately got me in and started to fix it. One of their workers named Chevy was extremely awesome and talked throughout the process and was great to talk to. Was super affordable and was beyond great service. Even washed our windshield and gave my partner a flower!!! Honestly made our day!

This place is amazing ! I went in for an oil change after I attended a doctors appointment in Idaho Falls, coming to the big city from tiny Challis. I was treated with respect and everyone was very helpful. After I gassed up and hit the highway north, my truck sputtered to a stop 17 miles from town. I called Grease Monkey, and soon I had a very patient and professional guy pull up behind me. Unfortunately, it was my fuel pump! Got towed back to Grease Monkey and because it was by then very late, I settled down in my truck in their parking lot for the night. The next morning when their mechanics arrived they got right on it, and although it took a very long time to get a new fuel pump, sitting in the waiting room for the day wasnt so bad--the employees made sure I was comfortable and always informed of what was happening with my truck. They even very graciously paid for a meal next door! My experience with this company was nothing less than excellent. Thanks to them and their fabulous crew! This old lady was treated with dignity and respect at all times. Sometimes we just need to have patience and respect for hard working people. Thanks to everyone there! Ill be back!

Absolutely love having one stop to take care of the maintenance on my car. It’s not a car you see everyday and the Grease Monkey team are absolute professionals in taking care of it. Saves me the drive to SLC for routine maintenance.

Great place that took care of us on our road trip. Our car was leaking antifreeze and we had no idea where to go. Grease Monkey had good reviews so we gave it a shot. Brit, the manager, was great and checked our car out right away. They had to buy a part, but still finished the job quicker than we thought. We were back on the road and our car did great. Thanks

I made an appointment online for 3pm Saturday. Pulled into the parking lot and nobody was there to tell me where to go so I pulled into a parking space. Went inside and they checked me in. When i made the appointment it said estimated time would be about an hour for service. Waited over 90 minutes and they still hadn’t even moved my truck and I had other plans later so I just left.Came back the next day with no appointment and they said they weren’t taking walk ins but I could make an appointment for the next morning so I said sure.Came back the next morning and just dropped my truck off because who knows how long it would take. I eventually called them at around 3pm to see if it was done and they said they were about to start on it. I confirmed that they would call me when it was done.The next morning I came in to see if it was done even though nobody had called. They had replaced the brakes so I was free to take it.The work was done fine, no complaint. The communication was horrible. Workers standing around giving me the side eye as i was into the building. I will look for other options in the future.

Everyone was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured to buy or have something done I didn’t want. Chris was an amazing and helpful person as you approach the business, he was great at communicating the needs of the customer to the employees performing the work at hand. He is definitely an asset to the company. But everyone was fabulous to interact with!! Way to go everyone!

Made an appointment for an alignment at 8:00am. Dropped the vehicle off and left for an hour. Came back to pay and they said the guy that does the alignments hasnt showed up yet. Waited around another 1hr 15mins before service was complete. Friendly staff, clean establishment. Wish I would have been informed initially that my service would have been delayed.

Great place! I didnt realize they do all that they do, not just oil changes. You are welcomed in the parking lot, great customer service. This is the second daughters car they have taken care of since the middle of July. Very knowledged in all aspects of your vehicle. I will be bringing my truck too them in the next few weeks. Had my oil changed in my motorhome, fuel filters and air filter. The guy who did the work I’ll call Tony Hawk since he had a Mohawk and I forget his name did a fantastic job. We were in the middle of a 1600 mile trip so he triple checked everything for me to make sure I didn’t have any issues. Great service, prompt and extra careful with our RV which was greatly appreciated.

They were amazing. My mom van was a mess, so I told them not to worry about vacuuming it...I got in my car, and they had cleaned it up anyway. They had a sense of humor. They were honest and quick. I will be back. This was a nice change from Jiffy Lube.Thank you all!!!

Chris was very quick and efficient, along with being a very nice guy! The service here was professional and they explained the issue well. We were in and out in no time and I would definitely come back. They made me feel like my upcoming long distance drive will be safe with no issues!

They got me in first thing in the morning to repair a coolant hose on my vehicle and they did so in a professional manner and with actual compassion unlike most mechanic shops . They got me home and got me through an already stressfull weekend the only reason I didnt give a 5 star review is I had to purchase coolant to add to my vehicle because it was well below the cool fill line. But in their defense I was constantly bothering them on the status of my vehicle so they didnt have time to let it cool completely to check the level. And also they repaired it at a very fair and honest price.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My oil change took extra long. Said I needed a new air cabin filter. Was charged $39.99 for that filter from Auto Zone (waited for delivery). AutoZone sells for $10.49. Then they had me paying for anther car of the same make, but different model. I somehow authorized that cars air cabin filter to be changed and then mine. They said it was the same thing so no worries. Price of the oil change was not a great value for the service received. I would recommend going almost anywhere else. Never mind, go anywhere else other than here. The one in Pocatello is great, just not this one. Will never return.

I was referred to Grease Monkey on Channing Way for a front end alignment from a gentleman at Discount Tires. I went in, had to wait just a few moments and then an employee took the time to go over my questions and got my car in very quickly. I have had an oil change completed here on many occasions and have often take advantage of there pickup program so that I can save time and stay at work. They always get it back in a timely manner. My only complaint was that they should make sure there employees are properly bathed if they are going to get in someone elses car. Had a strong body odor smell in our car for a while after they used the car. Other than that, I love the services they provide. I would highly recommend going to them.

My check engine light had come on one night before sputtering a few times, almost dying while driving down the highway. I went straight home and had wanted to get it in the next day and have it looked at... Well, it decided not to stay running the next morning, making the morning pretty stressful. Having had no prior problems with this car in the 4 years Ive had it, the sudden and extreme problem I was having was worrisome. Needless to say, my daughter in law rescued me and I was taken to grease monkey on my way to work so that I could talk with them. I had never thought about taking my car for any diagnosis to a grease monkey, figurong Id have to fork out a hefty chunk to the dealership, but they told me if I could get the car over to them, they would be more than happy to look into it. Well, I was able to do just that, albeit late in the day, so keeping my car overnight, the crew at grease monkey looked into the issues, and before lunch the next day, they were able to track down and isolate the problem. It was honestly a surprise when they told me what theyd found. I then had the issue fixed, and have had no problems since!! I am eternally grateful to the team at grease monkey for helping alleviate this working moms stress. If I would have taken it to dealership as I had originally figured I would need to, it could have easily cost me $300 to $400 just for the diagnostics plus another few hundred for shop time. Grease monkey tracked down problems for less than $40.00!!! My eyes have been opened to the scope of services offered by what I had previously thought of as an oil change place. Overall, the whole process saved me several hundred over going to a dealership, even a repair shop would have been much more. This place is absolutely the BEST! The entire staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I have never had a problem getting in pretty quickly for whatever needed to be done to my car. They have even done a quick check on my tires when I wasnt sure if there was a problem. The prices are reasonable, and they dont try to push any extra services. I cant say enough good things about this location!

Best service and so nice to work with! They repaired a radiator leak on out way through town and were able to fit us in on a weekend and get us going on the road in a couple of hours. My kids loved that they had a soda machine in the waiting room, so they kinda wish we’d break down more often.

I was pleasantly surprised with how quick my vehicle was done. I had made an appointment online for early morning and when I arrived they were already busy with a line of cars. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. When my car was done they walked me out and opened the hood to verify all caps were closed tight and that the oil looked good. Will definitely return for my next service.

Just had them come and pick up a truck to get the oil changed. They were phenomenal. I called to get in same day on short notice and they made it happen. Young gal came and picked it up and before you know it she was bringing it back. They were quick and very much hassle free.

The customer service was so incredibly polite! The guy who helped me showed me through the whole process and was insanely patient. The actual service they did looked really incredible so I was very pleased with the quality. 9/10

I have used Grease Monkey several times and they have NEVER disappointed. They are courteous, timely, affordable, will see you on the fly, but will make appointments as well. I have brought both my cars in to them for things big and small. Would not consider taking either of my vehicles in to any other place. These are good dudes (and gals) who work here. When I brought my failing air conditioning system in, they continued to work on it, without charging me another dime, until they found the issue (several leaks in my behemoth of an off-roading vehicle!)

The staff checked my vehicle to see where oil was leaking from. They let me know that the small leak was normal for a Suzuki with the number of miles it has. I got good info and had all my questions answered from them! Thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!

Had my AC break down and engine rumbling on my way to Yellowstone. Did not know any repair shop in the area. Reading thru reviews choose grease monkey. Was not disappointed with their service, they made perfect recommendation ordered the parts and serviced my AC with 2 days. I had alternate car from my friends for the two days. Happy that I could fix my car and drive home safely. Excellent service recommend them for any one who need quick service

This was my first time in and I was blown away by how well everyone worked together. Such a cool environment, friendly people, and thorough service! I loved that they walked me to my car and checked under the hood to make sure everything was taken care of. It was pretty busy when I went there, but it’s probably because they do such a great job. Plus it was Memorial Day weekend. Definitely recommend these guys!

Who knew Grease Monkey did windshield replacement? I do now. Great serves by Sarah and her team getting me an appointment and a price quot (which was 50% less then what my insurance quot was). We chose model option- Scott (a gentlemen) came to our house had old out and new in just over an hour. H did a great job- left everything clean. Sad he did not bring any of those great cookies tho. Check Grease Monkey out the next time you need a Windshield replaced. From first call to install - 4 days -Wow. Thank you Grease Monkey Team.

Bryan (manager) and the entire team are incredible. They tell you what they find, but don’t pressure you to get everything done that same day. They do a very thorough inspection, and make sure you’re car is in the best condition possible. They’re also extremely fast, and give you warm cookies and soda while you’re waiting. Best place to get your oil changed, hands down!

When checking out I was told that the brake fluid was low, but no one offered to top it off. Why was that? I also found a red rag on the left side of the engine bay that was left there by someone servicing the vehicle. This could have gotten tangled in the drive belt and caused damage! The guy cleaning the windshield should have a new, or at least clean squeegee to do them. He did not inspect his work and left streaks on there as well.

I took a road trip here from Arizona. When I got here I noticed a small oil leak so I brought it to Grease Monkey. The crew there was fast and friendly and took care of the leak on my van. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of car repairs. They gave me more piece of mind knowing my van will be ok for my 850 mile trip back home in a few days.

I had a pretty big chunk taken out of my window yesterday morning and they were able to patch it up right away. Hopefully it holds. If not, the cost of the chip repair ($35) goes toward a new windshield. Thank guys!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took our truck in for and oil change and tune up. Immediately after we left the check engine light came on and the oil pressure gage dropped. Manager came and ran a check on it and said it was fine. Was supposed to go out of town with it ended up renting a car instead due to engine trouble. Called Monday morning they said we could bring it in but seemed very put out and annoyed. My husband dropped me off at work and headed there. Half way there oil pressure gage again dropped and engine shut down leaving my husband stranded. When we called they were in hurry to help in any sort of way. Kept saying if it was something they did they would fix it. Wouldnt help come get it or nothing. When I called I could hear the manager say he wouldnt take the call and the person that answered the phone says well it the wife now very snarky and unprofessional. Would not take any sort of accountability for their actions. Our truck was perfectly fine till we brought it to them. Will never do business with them again. Heard from a couple coworkers they had the same experience with them. Very displeased.

I’m a big grease monkey fan in general but this one is my favorite that I’ve been to! Everyone is so nice and helpful and I never feel pressured to buy/replace something. Today they did an oil change and restored my headlights and they look so nice and clear. I’ll be coming back here as long as I’m in the area!

I chose to use Grease Monkey due to its good reviews posted online. And the service wasnt terrible when they actually started working on my car. My issue is I made an 0800 appt, got there at 0750, and my vehicle sat until 0830. I talking with someone in the waiting area who had used them before and he shared they are usually more dialed in. But his 0800 appt didnt start until 0850, as I was leaving. I didnt complain, but they did thank me for my patience as I was leaving. Maybe it was just an off day. I may use them again, because otherwise I was happy.

I asked the person who checked me in how long a straight up oil change would take. He said 20 minutes waiting and 20 minutes for the service. During my wait, the person whose job it was to notify customers of issues encountered during their service was very casual and would literally flop into the chair next to them during what amounted to a thinly veiled up sell. After waiting for 70 minutes, it was my turn to get up sold. I was late for an appointment (assumed the 40 minute estimate was at least close) and just asked my filters to get blown out instead of replaced. After 80 minutes, I was called and immediately informed the service person that I waited twice as long as the estimate. After a non-apology, he continued to inform me my car was deficient in just about every way and up sold again on literally every service. I had my coolant and transmission fluid change recently so I knew this was baloney.I dont plan to ever visit Grease Monkey again. Stick to Jiffy Lube!

Im picky, but Grease Monkey is the perfect place for me. The staff is knowledgeable, quick and dont try to sell me thinks I dont need. They even gave me door to door service, meaning my front door!! They came and picked up my vehicle at MY home and then brought it back fixed and ready to go. I put my trust in Grease Monkey all of the time!

Went there to get my Transmission serviced and was greeted and taken care of extremely well before I even got inside! I was even able to stay in my vehicle while they serviced it! And Chris took great care of me when I paid! Will definitely be coming back!

ZERO STARS!These numbskulls couldn’t be bothered to put the dipstick all the way back in on my wife’s car. Oil got splattered all over the engine bay, all down the front of the car and all over my driveway. It took me 3 cans of brake cleaner to clean off the car and driveway plus a quart of oil to top it off. The “best” they could do is offer me a $20 off coupon for “next time”.I don’t freaking think so! Save yourself the hassle and NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

A little chaotic. The workers were nice enough, but not very professional. Was in there for alignment and AC. They couldnt do the alignment. They did the AC. I waited for an hour and a half in a small lobby with crying kids.Not the worst place Ive ever been, but Im probably not going back.

The best. Fast and friendly. They are great for more than oil changes. Their brakes are best price in town for the quality. Their service is awesome. Snacks and drinks in the waiting area or just go next door to abracadabras. Boom.

While everyone there was nice- I can’t help but feel ripped off. I am a female so when it comes to cars I don’t know a whole lot. I took my car in for an oil change and was told it needed full synthetic oil. I paid for that and then found out from the dealership it needs a blend not full synthetic. I’m disappointed because my friend told me to use grease monkey and now I feel taken advantage of.

It appears to be squashed between a dog groomer, another mechanic, and a car wash. I pulled into wrong garage and was told how G.M.was able to offer polishing 2 headlights for the price of one. Apparently they look good for only a couple weeks but then cloud up. I might as well use toothpaste and do it myself.

We brought in our van for just an oil change, and they were very nice and professional. They came in to give us updates several times and fixed our exhaust for us. Excellent service, and we would go back.

This was the first time in more than 45 years that I have had my pickup at a commercial oil change facility. But, because I shouldn’t get under the truck anymore, I had Grease Monkey do it for me. The service was quick, well-done and efficient. I’ll be back.

Very friendly and attentive,I felt appreciated. My radiator was tested for leaks which were not found.The shop tested same thing and found bed leak and replaced radiator. Im not sure why leak wasnt diagnosed.I paid for test and did have cap replaced at Grease Monkey though.

I was told at one point during my visit that my wipers would be buy one get one. After getting my keys back and one of the mechanics doing a final check, they discovered that they didnt replace my air filter. I was then told the wiper blade deal wasnt happening anymore. I got refunded for the air filter that didnt get replaced, but they charged me for all of the wipers, which meant I was only refunded a few bucks for not getting my air filter replaced. They put back in my old filter, but I had to wait for them to find it, tell them that Id paid for one and then only got 10% of the refund I was expecting.They seem like nice enough people, but the communication and organization really needs work. It was a mess, and I was really frustrated driving away.Oh, and they charged me way more for wiper blades than they originally quoted, nearly $30 each vs about $10.

I went to Jiffy Lube and they couldn’t get my oil drain plug out. So I came to you guys and they took it out with ease while being very professional. I will always recommend Grease Monkey as my top choice to anyone I talk to. I also will NEVER BE GOING BACK to Jiffy Lube again thanks to your team at Grease Monkey. Thank you for the experience!

I am a little frustrated by the cabin filter; I didn’t realize that it was something so small and incredibly simple to change. It did not seem worth an additional $40. Also, though it sounds pretty nitpicky, it’s not very professional for employees to stand around in the office having crude conversations with one customer-especially right next to a mother and her two little kids. I picked this place over other providers hoping for a better experience. I hope today was just an anomaly.

I love Grease Monkey. Theyre not necessarily the cheapest but they are great about under promising and over delivering. They tell me itll take 20 minutes for an oil change and get it done in 10. Thats what Im looking for!Often times Im busy and I call and they come and pick up then drop it off when its done.Friendly staff, service that is good, and 90% of the time the service is extremely fast. Thats good customer service!

By far the worst oil change experience so far. I drove in at 2:45. It looked like they let 2 cars cut in front of me for some weird reason. Finally got my car in at 3:30. They finally got done at 4:10. They didnt even reset my oil light. The front desk lady that did my finally look over couldnt close my hood and proceeded to bend my hood to try and close it. I spend 85 dollars on the oil change with mobile 1 syn. There are other places that do i cheaper and faster for sure. Hopefully this can help you make a better decision where you get your oil changed at. Only thing they had going for them was the free cookie.

I came in early Saturday morning with a blown component and a need to get on the road asap; Chevy got me started early, worked with me and the crew to get things pushed through, and overall made a difficult day much better than I could have hoped. Im not local, but any time Im traveling in the area these guys will be my go-to

Great service, awesome staff. Only issue was the price. Much more than I would expect to pay for an oil change, even with synthetic oil. But again the guys were super nice and professional.

Great quality workmanship. A little disappointed at the greasy hand marks on my driver door, steering wheel & gearshift. Had to wipe down my steering wheel & gearshift. Especially with COVID - a pair of disposable gloves should have been worn when touching the interior of the car. That is what my dealership does.

This was our first time using Grease Monkey. Great customer service, nice waiting area with coffee and soda. We really liked that they popped the hood to show us that the oil level was full and the oil was clean, all caps were on tight and air filter cover was secure.

The crew did a good job, up sold me on headlights when restoration was all I needed. Only thing they didnt help with was a broken tail light when that was the main reason for my visit. Said they would call me when it came in (the next day) never got the call.

Not impressed. I was there for almost 2 hours but was not given a lesser rate for my oil change. They also over charged me like crazy. I hate feeling like I’m getting taken advantage of at these places because I’m a lady. I will not be going back here.
