I paid $25 for my application fee and $25 for my co-signer. When we called to see if a separate fee was needed for each property or was it a one time fee we were informed that due to the fact I have a felony on my record I was automatically disqualified. I dont have a problem with people not wanting to deal with felons. That is each persons right to feel however they feel. However, I do have a problem with this company taking my money but failing to mention ANYWHERE on their website that felons need not apply. Because had they mentioned that I wouldnt have wasted $50. Other property management websites have it stated on their site that they dont accept felons so I didnt apply. And I appreciate them for making it clear and letting me keep my money instead of throwing it away.

They are my landlords they are great and I love my house and they are good landlords

Just received a note on the door that the management is doing numerous things to help the tenants in this hard time dealing with this virus going throughout the world. I wont go into detail on all they are doing but it is definitely news worthy and shows that they care about others. Great people do exist and BSD Property Management is proving that.

Not great at all.Ive personally have had 0 contact with them after signing the lease for my apartment over a year ago (even though Ive tried to reach them on several occasions). The apartment complex is awful and falling apart, we frequently go without hot water for a couple of weeks at a time, and Ive even had to deal with bedbugs. I will not be doing business with BSD Property Management again and am looking forward to moving out of this nasty place as soon as I can.

Edit: I have been with this company for 2 years now and THEY ARE AMAZING. Definitely would recommend for ANYONE! I have been with this company for over a year now and I can say that they are the BEST and EASIEST property management company I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend anyone to take a look at the properties they manage! You hear horror stories all the time about dishonest companies keeping your deposit when you deserve it and I can assure this company is HONEST and NOT one of those!

I rented from them at Teton lofts for a few months last year easy to move in and great downtown location just minutes from the greenbelt in Idaho falls

First of all, I am appalled by the responses from the owner on all of these reviews. Very rude and not willing to help or fix things. My personal experience was terrible, I stayed in touch about an apartment and the day I was approved I came in with my deposit and they said there was an “emergency” and they were no longer renting this apartment out. Basically I was SOL, should have had everything straightened out before listing it for rent. They didn’t even offer to refund mine or my boyfriends application fee. I wouldn’t rent from them, they don’t know what they’re doing over there

It would be nice to actually be able to get ahold of these guys for once. Even try going to thier office and they all bug out n close over an hour early. Phones been down for days too.

This entire team of management is totally and embarrassingly incompetent. They dont know how to hire people who know how to do their job properly.

Super friendly and goes the extra mile to help. Also very community minded. Love these guys.

They have been absolutely amazing to rent through. Isnt a high deposit down to rent as all they ask is first month rent and security deposit where others ask first and last month and an additional 1000. Pet fee isnt too bad either. So long as you dont break your lease or leave the place trashed youll get your deposit back. Places are clean upon move in and Chris and Jesse work with you on anything. Still renting through them and love it! Best of the best! No lies, straight forward and wont screw you out of your money like other rental properties.
