Made an appointment so that I dont have to wait. Appointment was to get a flat fixed. After waiting for 1hr 45mins, I was told that its unrepairable. That is my 2/2 flats that I was told are unrepairable at this location. No firestone for any services going forward.

Poor customer service waited 20 m no one but one person after waiting 20 minutes asked May I help you, that guy said go to the first stall they’ll get you in for service it wasn’t crowded, a lady after me received tire service I just wanted an oil change. A Guy finally helped me after another 5 minutes I asked how long he said 45 minutes I had to pick up daughter from work I left. I tried before that so I could leave in time.

I was ran off of the road and the other person did not bother to stop. I was left with a flat tire and pulled into the nearest parking lot which happened to be connected to Walmart. I came into the tire center and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful to the point they helped me to bring my car to their tire center and had it fixed in under 20 minutes! THANK YOU!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. But overall they were quick (less than a hour and a half) with my oil change and all 4 tires rotation.

Wont go here again. After waiting on hold several minutes to see if they had the tires, I finally got someone on the phone who almost sounded like she didnt know what I was talking about and Im just asking for tires. But they were open and I was desperate. I pull up to the service bays, no one came to me I had to flag someone down. Its an hour to 1.5 hour wait (thats fine, I didnt have an appt) then I wait in the waiting area and never left the waiting area for over 2 hours. I get up and stretch and see my car sitting out in the parking lot. I go to the cashier who then informs me my car is ready. I look at the service log and it had been ready for 34 minutes and no one bothered to let me know. The entire staff acted like the last thing they wanted to do was service the customer.

Guick, & easy. Bought a new car battery for $50. less than OReillys wanted for an almost identical battery.

If I could put down zero stars I would. I came in for a oil change and left with black oil, the dip stick showing the oil was over full, and now I have oil blowing out my blow off. When I contacted them they offered to look at the car again. I talked to a man named Chris who told me the tech that worked on my car was already fired and that the oil looks like it was never changed but he doesn’t know why it was so full. When they called me back RUSTY the manager tried telling me I was bypassing my super charger. I don’t have a super charger in my car. I have an after market turbo. At this point I wasn’t comfortable with him even touching my car. When I went to go tow it somewhere else more than 3 bolts were missing from my bay. It’s been around 4 months now and I still haven’t seen a refund for the oil change that obviously went wrong and while dealing with the insurance RUSTY will no longer talk to me and hangs up on me when I call for information. I was also told “good luck in court” by him as he laughed the last time I left the store. I advise you to not let anyone in this department touch your car. They are low quality techs that again don’t even know the difference between a super charger and a turbo. Sadly I made this mistake the moment I handed over my keys.

Took more than 2 hours to get an oil change and then had to wait even longer for a manager to help ring up an order. This was the longest I have ever had to wait at a Walmart for an oil change. Never coming back here again.

Hard to get help but once i got the car in they did a great job.

Rude worker. Completely ignored me and went to the man behind me, when I was ahead of him in line. Never asked me what I needed. But then was also rude to the other guy. Complained he was the only one there to the man. I left and went somewhere else.

It was rediculous... Two cars in lube lane 2 cars in another lane for tires or somethen and it took two amd a half hours. I dont know whats going on with that place.

Change oil a little slow at times but good service.

We waiting 20 mins in our vehicle went inside was told to wait in our vehicle... 23 mins later someone comes out with another customer and starts giving them service.. This customer drove up 5 mins then parked went in and got service.. After them finishing this customer I asked how long the young man said an hour and half. I told him we had been waiting now for almost an hour and that customer got service before us..He said Im sorry I was under a car as soon as I asked if the manager was still &^%&$ He said oh we can take care of u now.. NO THANK YOU!!!

Super staff they take good care of you and your vehicle. They also tell you the truth about your vehicle without costing you more.

It was bad. So bad. If you really need to save a buck on a set of tires, this is the place. The people who work here are clueless.

I like to enter the store at the automotive service location. I do not use service but I purchase oil and do my own oil changes and glad they will take the old oil.

I went there to get a new battery. The lady that took care of me was very friendly and she took she installed the battery in my car in no time.
