These guys are really good. Been taking vehicles here for maintenance & service for several years. They are polite, quick & honest. Took my Chrysler van in. Check engine indicated thermostat replacement. First quote was $175 with a discount. Final was $141.07 with discount taken off labor since it took only an hour instead of the initial 11/2 hour initially quoted. I would recommend.

Friendly mechanics, did an inspection quickly, had to wait outside for awhile though. Three mechanics were busy looking at another car while I waited. Overall I would recommend them. Hopefully they will get to their customers faster next time. Would have been 5 stars.

Weve used Valvoline Express Care in Hurst for years. Above all, the honesty is important to us. They dont oversell. They do their work well. They fret over problems and work until resolution. They have stayed late on my behalf. They dont overcharge us. We trust them. If the job is outside their skill set, such as transmission overhaul, they tell us up front. They listen. They really listen.

The guys running this place are doing a great job. This is the only place I come to... but they will never compare to the warmth and loving spirit of Doug. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. In this day and age, its difficult to be nice. Too many schemers, too many righteous, entitled and indignant flakes. But then there is (or was) Doug.... caring, loving and generous. It blew me away everytime we met. I will remember him forever. Sorry Chris, his shadow is just too big.

Came here today sat, Aug 29 for an oil change and inspection, got there at 4:50 was there for a few minutes before someone noticed me, the guy that talk to me was very rude, he said they are close, they close at 3, but on the website it says 4. I just left instead of arguing with him, it seem clear that they did not want to provide me with any service. Will not be coming here ever.

I have been here twice and they got me in and out in no time both times. Their customer service is exceptional and their prices are reasonable! Albert was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue going to this location for all future oil changes.

I have used them almost exclusively for over two years. They are professional to the max. Prices are reasonable; service is excellent. Great place to go. The guys are professionals they will take care of you. Highly recommend. I am a mechanic myself and I trust this place. After working on diesels all day you tend not to want to work on your own stuff. So yes I cheat and let these guys do the maintenance on my vehicles.

They always take care of me and my family and our cars. They work quickly so I dont have to wait long with the baby. They do small things for no charge all the time. They go above and beyond for all their customers.

My first time going. Went based on reviews. I have a new car that has to have synthetic oil. The technician came in to confirm that I was aware I needed synthetic since it was a higher price. I really appreciated that and they were all courteous.

I followed Alfredo from another mechanic place- he is super helpful and most importantly I trust his mechanic skills and his honesty in regards to pricing. He did my tire alignment- which they have a great special right now on and also replaced my headlights. He lets you know what maintenance you should get done in priority so you can budget as necessary and still be driving safely. I found him on the Southlake moms Facebook site and I drive 30 minutes to see him and he comes highly recommended.

My wifes car needed an oil change and inspection, we went on a busy Saturday and even with a full sitting area of customers I was in and out in 20mins!!! Ive been going here for about 3 years now. We recently moved and its not really convenient for me anymore but after trying a copule other shops that are closer to my house I realized it was worth the drive. My wife and I have always been treated with respect and they do an excellent job explaining what additional services they might recommend to keep your car in top shape. Theyve never tried to sell me on a service I knew I didnt need like nearly every other shop Ive been to. They also offer discounts for military personnel and their families. Couldnt be more pleased with their services.

I used to come here regularly for oil changes. The owner is a really nice guy and would greet you personally. However things have changed and so has this place. I had my cooling system serviced here last year. They forgot to put the radiator cap back on. They came and refilled my radiator, but I have been real hesitant to take any vehicle back here since then.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review- positive or negative. I cant say how charmed I was by the quick, friendly service at Valvoline. I came in right after they opened, so I had the place to myself. Everyone jumped on to working on my car- even the owner, who got out himself and filled the tires with air for me! The lounge was very comfortable and well-appointed. The oil change only took 7 or 8 minutes, so I didnt have time to get cozy!Wonderful experience. How often can you say that about an oil change?

Went to get a typical oil change. During the change I had my engine air filter changed. I make it a habit to check the work after I leave. Lo and behold I open my hood and find that the air filter was installed upside down and they forced the cover back on to hide it. This prevented a good deal which would have allowed large debris into my engine. I doubt it was malicious but it is evident that the tech that did it wasnt competent. If I hadnt checked, it could have led to costly repairs. Use this place at your own risk.

7/20/2018 My brake lights were out, Freddy new guy, who is assistant manager worked on my car. He did a diagnostic test and said I had a loose wire on the right park light. I would need to come back have another diagnostic test performed to locate the wire. When I left brake lights are now working. Later in the evening I drove I had no dashboard lights could not see my speed nor what gear I was in. Saturday morning went back, requested Freddy not to work on my Jeep or any of my 3 vehicles. Ruben replaced fuse for dashboard lights, now the park light works as well.I have used Valvoline Express since it first opened I will continue to use them. The only ones that can work on my vehicles will be Chris the manager, Ruben, & Albert.

Brought car in for oil change. Was told by representative..keys?Car driven into bay and work was started without asking me what kind of oil change service I wanted. After work completed I asked what kind of oil was used and was told conventional. Thats not what I wanted I told rep. I wanted synthetic blend. My car was pulled back into bay and oil changed again. No offer of discount or anything for inconvenience

I changed my O2 sensor there and first they said it had 12000 miles warranty. After 12000 miles it went out so I went there to fix it. They asked me to buy the sensor and I bought the same sensor from Autozone and they told me it had lifetime warranty. Sensor was Same company and for same car but valvoline lied. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Don’t go there instead try Firestone.

Had the oil changed on my car, but they forgot to wash the oil off of the underside, so oil dripped on my driveway. Took the car back the next day & they washed the underside. Sloppy service required two trips to their store & now I have oil stains on my driveway that an apology wont wash away...
