Was in and out pretty quickly. Technican informed me of upcoming recommended maintenance on my vehicle based on my vehicle mileage. He didnt try to push the maintenance on me or pressure in any way to get more done than what I came for. He stated they are certified mechanics if Im interested in having them service it when the time does come. Friendly, work was done quickly, and not pushy. I couldnt ask for much more.

These guys are awesome. I usually go to Firestone but the service has not been great lately. Tried to make an appointment last week and they were too busy to even talk to me. I drove down the street and found Kwik Kar. They said they would be happy to change my oil and perform my state inspection. The assistant manager took me outside and explained what services I needed and what each fluid does. No one has ever taken that time before. Went back yesterday for a tire rotation and Jake was great. You can get your car serviced anywhere, but not too many places have great customer service anymore, this Kwik Kar has it. Every employee there was nice and smiling. They have a new customer for life. Bye Bye Firestone!!!

Extremely Disappointed!! Honesty and Integrity are two traits that are overlooked at this Automotive Repair Shop. On two occasions upon speaking with the mechanics at this shop, I was quoted a 10% discount on the 3 fluid flush services (transmission, differential and brake) if I had them done on the same visit. Once it came time to pay, they only offered me a $10 discount and I was informed that no one should have offered me that discount. Even though it is a difference of $19.89, it is important to me when a business stands by their word. I will not be returning to have any additional services completed on any of my vehicles. Apparently it is not important to them to retain their customers!

I enjoyed this place and all of the Wonderful Service. The Staff was very Friendly and the waiting area was clean and neat. These people are crooks and they cannot be trusted. They are very rude and arrogant. I drove 30 something minutes to get here and they tried to upcharge me and upsale me and when I didnt want to do it they gave me my car back so I can leave.I hate I ever came to this location. Dont even waste your money or your time or your gas coming here because these people are very rude and disrespectful and they are crooks.

They were fast and curious! They went over all the things that will need maintenance, gave estimated on what each thing would cost, and politely have their recommendation. And theyre on Groupon!

My girlfriend brought her toyota Camry here for an oil change. They told her she needed the brake fluid flushed, transmission fluid flushed, and power steering fluid flushed when they were all flushed less than 6 months ago by the Toyota dealership. The mechanic showed her oil on his finger and said if it doesnt stick its bad, then proceeds to say and you dont want your brakes going out with this little one. They lied about her needing these services and used our 2 year old daughter as a reason to get it done so we dont wreck. The services were hundred of dollars all together and had just been done. If they lied about this what stops them from lying about doing the actual oil change. They lied when I called and asked about what they said and they told me its was just the recommended service for the miles. Which was was different than what they told my girlfriend. I do not reccomend taking your vehicle here for any reason.hange

The manager Tim gave me a price one day. The work had to happen the next day since it was close to closing time. I bought my parts to keep the price down, since I am a victum of the Feb freeze & have a dissability. The next morning, manager Mark brings me a paper saying the price will now be triple. He refused to verbally detail the break down of charges, since I am visually impared & couldnt read the paper. He then agreed to charge me $55 over the previous day quote, which I agreed to. Then he refused me service. Simply said he would not fix the car. I was discriminated because of my disability. So sad and wrong! Mark said he called owner Shawn who agreed to this bad customer treatment. WARNING, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

DONT COME HERE!!! I’ve had my car for 4 years now and I have never had any problems with it. A few days after getting an oil change from here my car will not turn on anymore!

Took my Sons car to get a wheel alignment. Took off and had to take car back as it was still bad. They said it was rack and pinion needed replacement. I replaced it and The Manager Andres was very helpful in getting me another wheel alignment at no extra cost. I would recommend this place.

This place has great service. Although they made a small mistake with my car, I called them and they had me bring my car back with no attitude, making me feel comfortable enough to talk to them about the issues. They fixed the problem and I even got a new filter out of it, on them. They took accountability for their error and I appreciated their kindness. I would come back and recommend them as well.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had servicing a vehicle! I mistakenly thought it was time for an oil change so I bought a Groupon and headed over. Jake was just delightful and told me he didn’t feel comfortable taking my money for unnecessary work and we discovered that I have until Dec to use you Groupon. I told Jake I was taking a road trip with my family and wanted to make sure the truck was in top shape. He checked it over and ended up flushing the brake fluid and replacing my very broken sway bar. He was friendly, quick, and helpful, informing me of what they were doing along the way. I will absolutely be coming back. Give Jake a promotion. And a raise. And a company car. And paid vacay 😉

Having my oil changed today by a different shop. Kwik Kar is where I got my last one. Discovered today that Kwik Kar didn’t put the oil filter back in during service. Could have seriously damaged my vehicle. I recommend using a different place to get your oil changed.

They lead you to believe they use valvoline or mobile 1. That’s a lie they use their own brand glass. Which is filtered old watered down oil.

The groupon price here is amazing, there is no place better in DFW for service. The mechanics are very friendly and tell the truth. I have never been treated like an idiot or spent more time waiting than necessary for the service I needed.

Oil change only took about 15 minutes. Synthetic oil change cost about $81 with tax. But I felt a bit neglected, because the guy at the front desk took my keys, left, and didnt return. I had to ask one of the service guys how long it would take.

Ive been bringing my car to the location, in Ft. Worth, for years now. I took my car in for an oil change, and Philip M. noticed that my transmission fluid looked dirty. I had it changed, at that location, months ago, so I was displeased. Philip changed the transmission fluid, free of charge, and at lightening speed. This is why I EXCLUSIVELY take my car to the Kwiks owned by Sean. They ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ME! Theyre incredibly honest, and if they make a mistake, they own it, and they resolve it. (What more can you ask for?) Philip is a paragon of virtue! Sean better watch out for the recruiters! If I were in the business, Id try to hire EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES!

I went in for a battery replacement and oil change. Justin helped me out through my visit and was patient with me while I had issues with Groupon. When it came to the maintenance of my vehicle, he gave me information I needed to know due to an issue I had, and worked diligently to get my car back on the road. Justin provided overall great service and professionalism.

Let me start of by saying, I am one of those people that goes by reviews when it comes to visiting a place for the first time. I noticed this location has a 4.4 star rating and the last 5+ recent reviews are all great. I went in for a simple rear brake job after I got quoted double at the dealership. When I pulled up I was greeted by Phillip who was very kind and knowledgeable, luis ended up doing my brakes and I was in and out within 45min to an hour. At no time did they try to up-sale me in anyway and actually told me the work that I needed from the dealership could wait because everything looked great and i haven’t hit the mileage needed to need specific flushings(my type of guys). We did have a little mishap, which they took complete fault for and took 1 day to completely resolve the issue. The reason why I’m giving 5 stars even with the mishap, is because everyone from Phillip to the owner Sean were great. They went above and beyond to make sure this customer is pleased and returns back. Also this location is amazing when it comes to being competitive with prices and definitely cheaper than any other shop around. Definitely a shop you can trust... Great Job guys!

My car was worse after receiving a tune up. Then I realized that my spark plugs werent actually changed. I came here on a good review from a friend and was sadly disappointed.

Had a great experience with these guys. I had an oil change and some repair work done. They were fast and very balanced with their work. They discovered a couple of potential solutions for my leaking anti-freeze problem and offered the cheapest solution first, which I appreciate. Being a mechanic myself, I wondered if theyd try to push some inflated, expensive solution in my face to get more money, but they did the opposite! They even waived some service fees! It was fixed very quickly, professionally and and at a good price. Solid recommendation from me. They won my business! Good service and honest answers.

Great costumer service!

Honestly the worst service I have ever received anywhere at any establishment. Quoted me one price before service, and charged me $30 extra afterwards. They said since my truck used 8 quarts instead of 6 then I had to pay more. I can recognize that that may be the case, but that was not what I was quoted nor did they mention that to me before performing the service. Had they let me know in advance I could have opted out since I had been quoted a more affordable price elsewhere. After the mechanic told the manager, he waved him off and ignored the request. After waiting several minutes I asked him to come speak with me. He then proceeded to yell at me when I informed him of my issue. The other mechanic cussed me out after I simply raised the concern that they were charging me more than quoted and wanted to see if they could work with me. Additionally, my interior has oil on it and they messed with various settings. Highly recommend NEVER coming to this place.

Guy at desk was not customer friendly as well as said he topped off my fluids and did not. The guy that did my oil change even came out and showed me my filters he was great abd much appreciated!

Beware. This is under new management and I no longer recommend.I had been going here for 3+ years for oil changes and minor items. I had always received friendly, honest and fast service. My experience earlier this week ensures I will never go here again and will warn others to stay away as well.I went in for the advertised 10 minute oil change. The new manager asked me to come outside and look under the hood. He showed me that my power steering fluid was at minimum levels and needed to be changed. My break fluid was the wrong color and needed to be drained and replaced. My cabin filter needed to be replaced. My engine filter needed to be replaced. I declined recommended services. I took my car to the dealership the next day and told them what happened. They looked everything over and only recommended an alignment.Management was dishonest and in my opinion tried to take advantage of me. Beware and educate yourself.

Meh. They where nice enough but the service is extremely slow. I was the only one in and took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. My regular shop was closed due to holiday unfortunately.

Meh. Went in for an inspection that only costs 25.50 and during the inspection they said the wipers need replacing. The wipers were good with no cracks and it wasn’t worth any argument so I agreed to having one replaced per requirements to pass. That one wiper was a rain x brand POS that cost us $20 plus tax and streaked like crazy on the glass. Could have gotten a better set of two for $32. Inspection time was good and they were nice but charge a little more for convenience.

I recomend this location very honest and upfront i thought i needed an alignment done on my car but the real problem was a delamanated driver side tire and instead of doing what most other shops would phillip the technician told me he wasnt going to do an alignment and showed me the deformed tire and recomeneded me to a tire shop to fix my cars pulling problem thank you phillip

They wouldnt have gotten 1 star but in order to write a review we had to put 1 star. We came in for an oil change at 2:30pm and NOW my brakes dont work and its now 5:15pm and we are still here. The owner asked what does he want us to do?....Well obviously fix what the hell you did wrong to my car. Now they are telling me to get an uber. Horrible customer service!!! I JUST CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!!😤😤😡😡🤬🤬🤬

This establishment is highly inappropriate. I came for just an oil change, and was asked unnecessary questions, like if I have a boyfriend, or why doesnt my man change my oil for me, or if the manager can get to know me after hours?? This is not professional under any circumstances and made it extremely awkward during a business transaction. Furthermore, it was suggested that I needed new brake pads (on a car with less than 30k miles) but they could only cut me a deal that day. My dealership confirmed they were just fine.Ladies, avoid this place!! They will try to take advantage of you.
