We have used Pit Stop Express for several years now and have always had a great experience. My visit yesterday prompted me to finally write a review. We took one of our cars in for a state inspection and oil change and one of the technicians let us know that since we had such low mileage on our car since our last oil change, that we really did not need to get another oil change at this time. I was very impressed by their honesty & integrity, and wanted to let others know.Thank you.

Really good dudes working there. My car overheated. Pulled in, three of them were under my hood, finally diagnosing, including showing me a picture. Refilled my radiator, added quart of blend oil, replaced a battery terminal connection with more than a little customizing. Treated like a king. $34. Im thrilled

I love this place! They are so nice and honest. I have been using them for years for my oil changes and minor repairs. They never try and up sell anything. I took my car this last time for some diagnostics to another repair shop (I should have known) and they wanted to charge me $149 for in depth diagnostics as to why my check engine light was on (several codes). If I repaired the car there they would apply the $149 towards my bill. I decided to take it to Pitstop Express and they did it for free and ultimately repaired my car. It was very reasonable. The guys are all very courteous, honest and helpful. Definitely try them out you wont be disappointed.

Cody Cunningham was very professional and he told me what was wrong with my truck. It was the fan clutch and fan blade. And it didnt take long for them to change it out. Plus they made coffee for me while I waited . Very professional service.

The guys did a great job getting me in and out for an oil change. They communicate well with each other and with the customers. Once they wrapped up the oil change, they were kind enough to bring the dipstick over to show me the new oil level along with what my old air filter looked like compared to what a new one should look like. Also came back to have Air Conditioning Service done, which I was told wasnt necessary, but to have something else looked at and provided a quote to do so. Ill be going here for my auto needs going forward!

I love this place. Ive been coming here for a few years. Ive only ever gotten oil and filter changes here but its always been a pleasant experience. On top of that you can generally find a time when its not too busy and try get you in and out very quickly.They also seem to go out of their way to be transparent about their service and the work being done. They show the state of the oil after the change, they show you the state of your air filter if its getting questionable but levee the decision up to you. Ive never felt pressured to have work done that I wasnt sure about.Definitely recommend.

Really nice guys. The oil change only took 10 minutes. I really appreciate them informing me about changing my spark plugs and filters within the next year rather than pressuring me to change all of those at the same time like other places. A chill environment and it looks like the guys were having fun that day. Ill definitely be back to have them check out the rest of my car!

Well have to edit my review. Did the oil change myself this time wasnt lazy. Thought my car was burning oil which some is ok with a turbo car. Come to find out the oil filter was not tight. Oil filter was covered in oil. Skid plate kept it from dripping on the ground so never saw it till today. Learned my lesson. Dont trust anyone else with your car. Oh and skid plate wasnt put back on right and was missing some clips.

Ive worked nearby for the last 2 years and they have always been straightforward and honest about the work my car has needed, took the time to explain it, and never charged me without telling me what they were doing and how much it would cost. My best car care experience ever, and over a decent period of time. Absolutely recommend.

Love this place. I come here often for my maintenance needs. Speedy service and they dont charge you an arm or leg for everything. They have always let me know the cost upfront before ever doing anything. I have a Lexus so things can easily cost more. On one of my visits, they even showed me my air filter so I could see how dirty it was and I didnt even ask them to do that. It is refreshing and comforting because Ive been to dishonest places that say I need to replace something and I look at what they are referring to and it usually still looks pretty good and not in need of replacement at all. So glad I found this place!

I cannot say enough about Andy and the staff at Pit Stop Xpress. I have taken my cars there for at least 10 years for everything from oil changes, and routine maintenance to major repair. They are honest and their prices are reasonable. I have never felt pressured to do anything - in fact one time I was positive my brakes were bad - they looked at them and said no, found something that was just loose, tightened it up, didnt charge me and off I went.

Andy and the boys always do a great job. Get on the mailing list and they will send you discounts when it is time for a service. Always in and out quickly even when they are busy.

I brought my car in thinking I had an oil leak of some kind. Was told there was no leak - that the car was old & just burning the oil quickly. Asked for me to bring it in with every other gas refill. Had my daughter take it in & she was yelled at & told there’s nothing they can do bc the car is old. I took it to my former mechanic Adam’s Auto in Euless (used to work in Euless-tried to find closer mechanic after switching jobs). After a 5 minute inspection (& without me telling him my suspicions that I had a leak) he informed me I had a gasket cap leak. I DO NOT recommend Pit Stop Express. I DO recommend Adam’s for all your vehicle issues!

Ive never before had a mechanic tell me my car was in great shape when getting an oil change done- its always Oh yeah, you also need to do this for a few hundred bucks, and that for a few hundred more... Andy will tell me that everything looks good and nothing needs to be done now, or hell warn me that something will be coming up soon. Its never high pressure, which I appreciate. Hell also tell you honestly if he doesnt have the equipment to do a job- he recommended another mechanic he knew when I needed bearings done, since he didnt have the equipment to do the job perfectly. (And the mechanic he sent me to was also great!) Having dealt with less honest mechanics, I treasure this.

Very Good Service personnel!Went in thinking thar I needed an AC tuneup on the 2001 Honda Civic EX; but they made me aware that the cabin air filters had not been replaced (perhaps for the life of the Civic)!Also, reminded me that the Honda AC recirculation system button was not (pressed) on; therefore, the AC system was bringing in good ol Texas 100+ heat and mixing it with the cabin air!
