Its pretty empty like its under construction. A few folding chairs to sit in and I am sure its not up t health code standards. The women that handled my wax, eyebrows and lashes didnt do a good job and got aggravated when I was trying to explain how to do my lashes. They were touching the side of my nose. I asked for natural looking and I looked ridiculous. They ended up falling off on their own the next day. Waste of money!

Brenda is great at what she does. It was my first time here getting a Brazilian Wax, but not my first time getting one. She explained the process and what to do afterward to calm the area and avoid irritation.

They did a facial for me and my daughter the facials wasn’t the same. My ladie forgot to do certain things had to remind her and she said oh yes you did good in reminding me. First time me and my daughter had mother daughter facials. first time was not good at all when wiping she used the same paper towel and she used the same brush she used on my daughter and never washed its my daughter was lik omg mommy she didn’t washed that brush. So we do not recommend this spa at all. I was gonna get a Brazilian wax but will not be getting it here...!!!

Did not do a good job at all on my Eyebrows. Refused to acknowledge her wrong doing which to me was the worst part. Would not reccomend.

Please do not give this place your hard earned money go to a black owned or American owned business. They do not value or respect our money. I went in at 643 the sign say they close at 700 this lady wanted me to wait 10 minutes while she ate her food then was very unprofessional and rude.

Their service is good but as far as timing...well they open up at 11am but noone shows till 1 pm. Came by twice today and noone there. Unprofessional

Was not impressed with customer service whatsoever. Lobby is very lackluster and the lady that did my Brazilian wax was not pleasant at all. Told her it was my first time and when she ripped the first strip I yelped and she spat back at me telling me “Don’t scream!” I was applaud by the lack of understanding and compassion for a first-timer. Will not be returning! Didn’t even finish the service

The owner does a good job with waxing. I use go there for Brazilian waxes and it’s always clean and fast, BUT she is very rude and the place is very unwelcoming. She does not greet customers and talks on the phone while providing very intimate services. I stopped going because she makes me feel too uncomfortable and the place just doesn’t seem clean or organized. It does not matter to me how good the service/product is, if the customer services is bad I will not spend my money there.

HORRIBLE 0/10 RECOMMENDATION ‼️‼️LADY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She sat with her legs up in the air & talked on the phone for 5mins (with no one being in there) before she did my eyebrows! And then had the nerve to talk on the phone while doing my brows. LOBBY VERY DIRTY!!!! VERY FILTHY.

So, my husband wanted to be nice and give me a little treat, so he was going to pay for a spa to give me a leg waxing, rather than me having to do it for myself. This spa was open on Sunday, so Sunday early afternoon he called to see if I would need an appointment, or if I could walk in for the waxing. When the lady on the phone said I would need an appointment, my husband then asked the lady at the spa if he could schedule that appointment for later in the day, say around 4 pm. The lady confirmed that an appointment was made for me at 4 pm on Sunday for a leg waxing. This conversation was on speaker phone, our roommate also heard this confirmation of the day, time, and service.My roommate and I then both went out to run errands, with the understanding that I would be dropped off for the waxing, shed run an errand or two, and my husband would be at home working while we were gone. Then Id be picked up and wed head back home.What happened once we got to the Moon Day Spa was the following: we walked in and the place looked like only half of the space was in use, while the other half was storage that still needed to be set up, because there were only a few folding chairs to sit in, and a bunch of display cabinets all pushed together behind the folding chairs. This raised some suspicions, but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt still.So I spoke with the lady who was there, there was only one lady currently working, and I mentioned my husband had spoke with her earlier today and scheduled a waxing appointment for me at this time. The lady was already working on another clients hair at this time when she told me that the Moon Day Spa does not schedule waxing sessions on Sundays at all, and she claimed she told my husband he would have to call back on Monday to schedule the waxing appointment for me.Since this was a timely issue and my legs needed to be done before Monday morning, I said no, thanked her and we (my roommate and I) walked out. Once we were outside my roommate pointed out she had heard the the conversation between my husband and the lady from the spa, and at no point in the conversation did the lady mention that waxing could not be done until Monday. My husband even asked the lady if there was anything else he needed to provide information wise, or if there was any more information the lady would need to provide him now that the appointment was confirmed for Sunday at 4 pm and she said no.Even if my legs did not need to be waxed on Sunday, I would not and will not be spending any money here because of the unethical practices of the lady who was running the spa today. There are plenty of other spas in town that offer waxing services, and they have not yet lied to me or my husband, unlike the personnel here.

Never going back again.The owner/venue is not very welcoming and was extremely rude when I tried to schedule an appointment for a Brazilian wax because I’ve “canceled 4 or 5 times before”, which is not true. I understand that canceling and rescheduling is a pain but she didn’t have to be rude about it.

Had my underarms waxed. Very pleased. They use soft wax but that was okay for my underarms. Nice staff.

Walked in and waited a few minutes before the only employee, and only other person in thr building comes out of the bathroom. She didnt speak. I told her I wanted a facial and brow wax. And her literal reply was no facial but can do brow. Why have facials listed as a service just to not provide them?? Save your time and do not go here.

Called just to schedule an appointment. Couldnt even schedule an appointment because the whole time whomever answered the phone was arguing with someone else. Very unprofessional and ghetto. I hung up without scheduling an appointment. I will take my money elsewhere.

In town for work. Needed a Brazilian and full leg. Purchased a Groupon for this place. Made an appt. Arrived and was told they only honor Groupons Mon-Wed (not noted on the Groupon). A couple ladies talked in their language then agreed to let me use it since I was getting a full leg too. I was getting waxed and told I needed my butt waxed too...for $20 more. No thanks ill pass and she asked like 3 more times. Its always been included between my full leg and Brazilian wherever else I go in the world. Then I asked about the butt strip for the Brazilian and was told it wasnt included with the Groupon and would be $5 more. Since when is it not included with ANY Brazillian? Website says full legs are $50+ I figured mine would be $60 maybe $65...nope $75 and I know it was to recoop the groupon discount. The place is dirty. Big open room with nothing in it. Rip off as well as you will see almost all the prices on the website have a + so they can determine what they want to charge when. Would not reccomend this place at all! And based on past reviews would venture to say this is under new management.

So I am so disappointed I have been going to this place for over a year for my single lashes and Moon wasnt there and I let the new lady do them. A day later they are coming off. I called and talked to Moon and was told if I cant come in 48 hours I would have to pay for a full set after explaining my work hours. I am very disappointed. I will not be able to return within 48 hrs.

Instead of individual mink extensions,she glued 4 extensions to 4 of my lashes. They were super thin with gaps. The next day I had a severe ALLERGIC reaction. My eyes were swollen shut the next morning. When I contact them they did not have the glue remover and was unable to remove the lash extension. I had to go to another salon and pay $35 to have them remove. I purchased this service through Groupon, made an appt 2 weeks in advance. When I showed up for appt I was told the only way to keep my appt was to cancel my Groupon and they will honor the same rate. I wish I would have just left.
