Glad we were able to get good haircuts, while traveling sometimes that is difficult. Our hair stylists were great and came away feeling Super!

I was pleasantly surprised! Kim did an awesome job with my haircut. I have to say, her $16 cut was MUCH BETTER than the $50 cut I had a few months ago. She really was awesome!!! I would most definitely recommend her!

Haircuts are good. They changed their phone number and didnt update anything with the new number. Im not driving up there to get the new number in person.

I called to make an appointment for a wheelchair bound 83 year old lady. On the first call she offered me a time and I asked my senior if the time was ok and I had to repeat it twice, the Supercuts woman hung up on me. I called back and made the appointment. 11:45. I got to the parking lot about 25 minutes after and left my senior in the car and went inside to let her know we were there. I came back (pushing a wheelchair) and there was only one person in the waiting room. As I entered pushing the wheelchair, the Supercut lady blocked my way and got in my face screaming. It was 11:43 and she was still working on the other person. Again, she has insisted I not come inside but to keep the 83 year old lady in the 90 degree noon sun. Again her voice was so loud that she drew a crowd. The restaurant next door offered us a seat inside. So when I saw the other customer leave, I again tried entry and she started the cut. I was not aware there isn’t shampooing, (and I made an appointment for a shampoo, cut and blow dry) so I asked her about it and she went into a full crazy rant. She got mad (I assume) at me, but she started jerking my senior around. She broke the skin on the back of her neck (blood on tissue) . I had started recording her and went over to record the cut on my seniors neck. Again the Supercuts lady went on another rant. Between me and my senior, we have 146 years and in all that time she nor I have EVER ran into someone like her. My video recorded the last half of the visit and the Supercuts lady said she wasn’t yelling, she was a singer and had a loud voice and she would continue to be loud. There was a significant amount of her hand movement, with very long bright orange nails. I asked her to keep her hands away from my face and she said something to the effect that she displayed her emotions through her hands and that I could not make her stop other than to leave. I have never had my hair cut there and aside from the neck injury, my senior liked her haircut but made me promise to never take her to that place again.

Lachelle was great she did a great job on me and my girlfriend! She knew what she was doing, asked how we wore our hair and gave us tips based on it! She was very nice and respectful! Great manager, great work!

So I just called this location. I was curious to know the price of a haircut in this particular Salon. I actually work across the country and another Supercuts and I was looking towards moving. I have never been in this location however one the girl answered she was extremely nice to me. Maybe Ill be lucky enough to get transferred to this nice location. I dont remember what her name was but I could tell that it was a nice bubbly happy place just by talking to her.

Been my go to since Cliffs closed. Always friendly staff and good haircuts, reasonable prices. And they deal well with my beard. And, ehem, nose and ear hair, which are apparently a thing now Ive reached that certain age.

After my hairstylist of 15 years retired (at another, much more expensive salon), I decided to branch out and try somewhere new. I received a warm greeting upon entering, and they recommended Christina as an expert for cutting short hair.... and they were right! Christina was smart, funny, and charming... and knew just how to cut and style my exceptionally short hair. I shall definitely be a repeat customer. I would give them ten stars if I could. The prices were fantastic!!!

I am so picky about who cuts my hair. But when Angel did it I was very pleased, she is the best that I found. She made me feel so welcome and love. I have came in many times and shes by herself working and shes doing about 5 chairs at a time. Shes that good to do it. I dont go to anyone else now but here. When my son got married she made me fill like I was the bride because how she made me look so pretty. If she ever leaves Ill go hunt her down because no one else will treat you right better than Angel. Some of the others lady in there are rude but Angel was great you. Angel Im glad that I found you to do my hair, You are a great friendKeep up the good work and keep pushing God has a plan for you.

I had a wonderful experience! This will be my new go to place! I am very nervous when it comes to getting my haircut and they were so nice. Made me feel comfortable.

Went to get my grand daughters hair cut at 9:10 because web site says they open at 9. They do not. Apparently can not manage to hire anyone so they cant open at 9. Sign says 10 and sorry! Doesnt really help when your site says 9. Parking there is not the best so its a pain to go and park just to have a locked door where you should be open. Change it on line. You know everyone looks at the internet for hours!

No one is ever here or answers the phone. Even before COVID. Every time I come, whether I have an appointment or not, there’s a sign on the door that says “back in 10 minutes.” First question: 10 mins from when?Second: Why do I always wait at least 20 before anyone makes it back? Always!

Excellent service here. Walked right in. Young lady was nice and personable and saw me right away. My hair looks great. I would take a selfie but nah! Will definitely be back.

If it’s not a quick service that you need (hair cut, quick trim etc) they will not want to take you and best believe they will make sure you feel those vibes. Understandable they earn more tips by doing a few quick trims in the time that it would take washing and curling someone’s hair but still not kind. I ended up going down the street so they wouldn’t feel so bothered

I always go to Twickenham Sq. Its clean, friendly and inviting. Angel is the best. Always does a great job, and very professional. The best part is I leave happy and looking great!

I have been going to Supercuts in Twickenham Square for over a year now. First off, the salon is very clean and organized. The stylists are well trained and very friendly. Im used to going to a barber but Alyssa can fade very well. I would recommend this Supercuts over many higher end salons. Give them a try and Im sure you will agree!

Angel does a great job on my hair. Her styles, updoes, and color are always on point. I am a Pinterest queen and she always makes me look better then the pictures I find! 👍👍

Dont go until they get their act together. All the stylists quit because of Management. I wish I had not had my hair cut there. The lone stylist took her frustration out on my hair. Im lucky I had any hair left after that. If I had been told the stylists had walked off at the beginning, I would have left.

My go to place to get my hair did. Angel always cuts me just the way I like, 1/2 fade on sides and short trim on top. Entire staff is friendly as well. Bright bunch of ladies.

I was once a confirmed snooty salon guy until I needed an emergency tidy-up and ran into this place. Now Im a regular. Fast, affordable and the talented and hilarious Alissa takes care of me and keeps me looking sharp.

Always had a great experience with cuts for my toddler! The stylists have always been very good with him and hes had several successful cuts.

I dig any place you can check in from across the street. Nice folks and a welcome reprieve from sitting in hospital!

Horrible!!! My 14 yo son went in to get his hair done, easy cut on June 7th. He does this many times at different places, this is not a new experience. He came into Publix and I was shocked at the lack of quality. He gave her a $5 tip, which she didnt deserve. My husband came home and was so mad bc he thought our son cut his own hair. It is uneven and poorly done. It must have been a new person without experience in boys haircuts. But if she didnt know what to do, she should have passed it on to someone else. Maybe she didnt care bc it was a teenager, yet, that speaks more volumes to me than anything else. If you cant do the right thing when no one is looking than you lack professionalism and character. We will never return and dont recommend.

Supercuts does not honor their appointments. I called and made an appointment for 1230 pm. I showed up a few minutes early for my apppointment. The hair stylist, Maranda, had just started cutting a young boys hair. So, I waited patiently. Then, when she finished with the young boys hair cut at 1245 pm, I figured I was next. Nope. She then said she had to cut the boys father hair. I said what about my appointment. All she said was sorry. It was clear they both walked in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. Instead of telling the two customers sorry, they had to wait because Maranda had a scheduled appointment at 1230, she took them anyway. It wouldnt be so bad, things happen. But this is not the first time that Supercuts has not honored a scheduled appointment. So be warned. This Supercuts does NOT honor their scheduled appointments!.

Come here 2 time. Basic haircut, no skills. Asked for straight both sides, she cut 1 side too much, 1 side not even. When she put the gel on, Some hair longer and not look good.but she didn’t know how to fix it.

I always forget to make an appointment but I never wait very long to get my grandsons hair cut. All the employees are fantastic 👌.

I had to wait 30 mins for a 5 min haircut that i could of done myself! I showed the lady a picture and she told me she couldnt do it because she only had 10 mins to do my haircut so she could help someone else. I paid almost $20 for something i could of done myself. I also drove 45 mins because this place had good reviews. Save your money, not worth it. I wont be returning.

I gave them more than a fair try. We returned for months because they are convenient. I got one cut so bad that I started cruising by first to make sure that particular hair dresser wasnt working - uneven hair, choppy back, I cut it myself when I got home. Received another random bad cut and stuck with them out of laziness. Finally, a cut so bad that there was no denying. I was in and out of her chair in less than 10 minutes. These hair dressers dont want to do anything more than blunt cuts and buzzes. If you get more than one bad cut here, cut your losses and move on. I should have much sooner.

PROFESSIONALS that are trained to all cut in the same techniques and are very strong at consultation. Very product knowledgable and friendly upbeat group of stylists!
