I really love it here at cabana wax, every time I come here they treat me with respect, they are very understanding with any issues or inconvenience! My waxing tech is Kristen she’s absolutely phenomenal! I so so so loveeee her she’s great at what she does...she takes her time and make sure every bit of hair is gone :) she’s such a sweet spirit and always ready to welcome you when you arrive... she has educated me on the steps, the outcome & the process that she’s taking and what best works for me as an individual! She assists me in products that’s has helped me and that I use now every day because of the helpful tips she has given me ! Not only is Kristen the bomb but every other tech is just as great! Maddie, Heather, Brittany && we can’t forget our LOVELY Front Desk Assistant Sarah that always answer the phones when clients call with so much passion and gratitude & she always ensure that all services are always well met and that you are feeling Great!!!!

I have been going to Cabana Wax since November 2020. The first two times I saw one lady, but she no longer works there. I now have been with Kristen since then and it was a blessing in disguise! She is AMAZING makes my appointments feel super comfortable. She’s a sweet lady, gives you all the information you need and does a wonderful job. I always go for a Brazilian and have started adding underarm waxing the past couple of visits. Basically a monthly expense I don’t mind shelling money out for!Also, I have to say the receptionist, Sarah, is wonderful! Super sweet and very nice!

Omg today 5/22/2021 I had services with Maddie!!! She is so bomb she is very and I mean very professional, kind spirited, very informative, and really eased me throughout the entire process today was my very first time getting waxed ( I know right) and she told me step by step the process and why she is using hard wax instead of strips, and when I tell you all I didn’t cry, scream, and the pain was minimal and bearable I even let her wax my under arms 😊 the process was quick and we still had time to chat and share laughs. When receiving service this is what it’s all about she has definitely gained a forever customer and friend I will highly recommend Cabana Wax & Maddie to my colleagues, family, and friends. I just started getting Brazilians at Cabana last year. I went to Maddie for the first time today and I really enjoyed her. I have had another staff there (can’t think of her name but I had her every time) and she did an excellent job and was super nice and had great conversation as well. But Maddie…….yep, she’s my homegirl now. She’s stuck with me. The price is right. The atmosphere is nice and clean. The people are nice. Go there PERIOD! Ok bye✌🏾

I went for my first wax ever here. I was nervous, which means I was extra chatty. But Kristen was amazing! She talked me through and made me feel wayyy more comfortable than I imagined I ever could be doing this and it was never awkward.She used a mixture of soft and hard wax and went back to clean up any strays that were too short for the wax to grab.I’ve had bikini waxes before and even that wasn’t as comfortable as this. I immediately scheduled my follow up appointment.There was also literally no wait time and everything was super clean!10/10 would recommend.If you’re been wanting to get waxed but afraid or insure, don’t be! I was and now I’m sad I waited this long.

I am very picky when it comes to my skin and the type of wax I use. I have been waxing for a very long time now and stopped shaving 2 years ago. My first time at Cabana Wax was for a bikini (never done it before). I was very anxious because of showing my parts. But let me tell you, if youre scared like me or insecure, honey you have no reason to fear. Bri did my wax and she was amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and had a conversation with me throughout the experience. I also had my period that day (it came super early) and so they provided me with a tampon.Since then I always go there to get my underarms, and happy trail done.When I am ready to do a Brazilian I will surely go to them!

The studio itself is very clean and minimalist, the staff are friendly and professional, and Im always in & out in less than 30 minutes. Services are punctual and scheduling is flexible.Im a repeat client of over a year, and I cant speak highly enough of the management. Ive only ever had one negative experience, and Allison took it very seriously. She contacted me less than an hour after I left a private review, and she completely resolved the problem. If you bring any issue to their attention, they are happy to help fix it!

I tried this place because of all the great reviews I saw, however, I was disappointed. I gave it three stars because the place is clean and the people were friendly. Those were the only good things, though. The actual services I received (Brazilian and armpit wax) were done poorly. I still had patches(I could understand a couple strays, but not patches) of hair and I realized there was even wax still stuck to me when I got home. I was in and out in less than half an hour, which would have been great had the person actually done a good job. Seems that they were more interested in just getting it over with than doing quality work. They are the cheapest place around that I have seen and clearly, there’s a reason for that.Edit: The owner of the business quickly messaged me with an apology and a refund. She was very kind and professional. Again, the facility was very clean and everyone was kind. Hopefully my experience was just a fluke.

I am from Tampa, FL and went to a premier wax bar called Flirt. No shade to my girl back in Florida, but Kristin here at Cabana Wax is AHH-MAZING. She did my Brazilian and I feel bad for any hair that thought it stood a chance. This girl left me clean, from top to bottom. She wasn’t afraid to get in there and get any stragglers. They also use a mix of hard and soft wax which is 100% the way to go. (For those that don’t know hard wax can be used multiple times in the same area or used as a precursor for soft wax because it doesn’t adhere to skin) ANYWAYS. This girl is amazing, and the atmosphere was clean, spa-friendly, and quick. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. THANK YOU KRISTIN and see you in February :)

This was my first Brazilian waxing experience. I booked an appointment online which was very user friendly and easy to follow. When I got there the greeter was very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Candice was who did my waxing appointment and I could not have been more pleased. She walked me through the whole process and we talked during the whole appointment. There was not a moment that I was uncomfortable or anxious about the waxing. She was bubbly and fun and really made the waxing experience wonderful. We all know that waxing is not pleasant, but she made it as enjoyable as possible to where I was able to finish the appointment with no problem. I highly recommend this spa and also Candice for your appointment. I cannot speak for the other employees, but if they are anywhere near as great as Candice, you are in spectacular hands. I will definitely be using their services again. (They also take Covid-19 precautions seriously which adds an extra level of safety and comfort to your appointment.)

It was my first time getting a wax and all of the staff was welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. I had gotten there about fifteen minutes early and they were able to get me in and out in very reasonable time. When it came time for the wax itself, the esthetician made sure I was well informed and prepared, and made conversation with me so I didn’t feel awkward. Overall, the staff was very caring and professional and were very meticulous about details. Definitely would go back.
