I came and called both stores, nobody never answers or they are always closed. But on maps they say open. I go during the day time.
Comparable devices and prices to other providers in safe price bracket. But cellular reception is unreliable and there is little to no accountability or acknowledgement of this big problem from the staff. Stores often dont have devices that are being marketed, or they dont have the accessories to protect your new phone or enhance features you pay for. Stores are filthy and the high turnover rate in employees means that you may not be able to talk to the person who set up your account or get what you were promised by a former employee after they screw up. And there are only a few local stores, all owned by the same person, so unlike other similar carriers, you dont have anyone to go to if you are unsatisfied with the service you receive.I strongly recommend you check out Metro by T-Mobile and Cricket for the price range.

Today I came in to get my mother-in-laws phone switched over from an older model to the LGK 51 model. The boost representative was not courtesy in her tone of voice. I also noticed a difference in how she spoke to me who was wearing a mask and was behind the table practicing social distancing. To how she spoke to a woman with no mask and clearly sitting in front of her. My earlier experience with this store last week with another represenative was excellent. I was very unhappy with this experience. Not practicing social distancing, not courteous with tone of voice and clearly unfamiliar with the phone I was purchasing. I had to inform her that the bill had to be updated in order to get the service on the new phone. The sim card does not support any bills less than $50. Very snappy person I wasnt feeling like an appreciated customer.
