Joe was PHENOMENAL! We could not have asked for better customer service! He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and patient. He answered all of our questions and showed us various plan options. After reviewing our current plan, Joe was able to advise us of the best phone plan for our budget. He got us exactly we wanted. The best customer service than any other cellular store store we’ve visited, including other AT&T stores. Our customer service experience with Joe is unmatched. Everyone else take note.

Jimmy the manager and dalton were really helpful, and seemed genuine to wanting to help my wife and I figure out several different things with our new account with ATT. I had always loved their service but have been with different provider. But decided to come back, and love my new iPhone 12 Pro. Dalton will go the extra mile explaining anything I loved that.

Went for upgrade. Was told to bring my trade in with in 14 days. I did not like my phone that I picked out so I paid a restock fee to get another. I was fine with that.They had to do paperwork, transfer my info on new phone, which took 2 hours was told my phone had a crack on the face and was worth $35 not $350. I was told I could get it fixed and get the 350. I had spent enough time on this and it wasnt worth my time. So I asked for my old phone back said I didnt want the new, and was informed I had to pay a restocking fee. After I was told I had to take the phone or pay a restocking fee I refused to take the phone, I did not want it. The sales person called a manager and the restock fee was taken off. So I left with old phone, no Sim card to use my phone that had been wiped. I lost all my pictures and personal data. Make sure when you go in and ask first to check your phone to make sure you can trade it in forthe amount they are advertising for.t

I received service today at the Bridge street store. Cort is absolutely excellent. He explained everything and transferred my services to the new phone. I am not an expert with the phone. Cort is amazing. I am so happy with my new phone and the services I received. I am very grateful to Cort.

I came in because I was having problems connecting my Apple Watch to cellular. Instead of helping me, in-store and calling customer service for me, they suggested I do it myself. I was on the phone with AT&T customer service for 1 hr. 45 min, with nothing accomplished. So I decided to try a different AT&T store in madison. They actually FIXED it for me. THEY called customer service, not me. They fixed the absolute disaster of a mess that customer service created for me. Overall I spent 6 hrs of my day trying to get my watch connected to cellular with absolutely no help from this location.

I have been so impressed with the sales associate at the AT&T store in Huntsville Alabama. The sales associate is Michael Keller Ishee at the Bridge Street location. This young man has taken the time out to work with me for the past 4 days. His attitude and professionalism with me can not go with out recognition. Joe at the Bridge Street location was awesome and really patient with us as we had a good bit of stuff to figure out due to this being our first plan as account owners. We had issues working with Verizon to get our number switched over, but he was really helpful through the whole process. Everyone in the store was really nice and helpful. It’s nice to walk in a store and work with a sales consultant and not leave feeling like you were just another number and got cheated out of your money. They actually answer your questions and help you find what’s best for you.

Dalton was super helpful in helping me to move files and downloads to an sd card. My phone is an older model and a lack of storage was causing issues with texting and other problems. He not only showed me how to move the files, but also how to set my camera to automatically save all new photos to the sd card. As well Dalton asked about my wireless phone plan and was able to set me up with a newer plan and save a little money each month. Finally Dalton was very kind and had a great customer service manner.

Fantastic store and great staff. Jimmy and Keller were excellent in taking care of me and my family.
