I’m thankful for Cook’s. For the first time in years my home is pest free. My previous pest control wasn’t treating the problem- Cook’s has come in, made sure my home was sealed and has continued to work with me on eliminating the pest problems I’m having.

I initially called Cook’s for general pest control. They came out and inspected the grounds and gave me a price for services. I approached them later about a rodent issue at my chicken coop and barn and they have resolved that issue. I also had to call them about hornets in between service times and they came straight away and handled the issue. They are a great team. The young man that comes to my area is very courteous and trustworthy and he does a great job.I appreciate Cook’s and highly recommend them to everyone.

For two years I had been dealing with a roach problem, although I had been receiving monthly service from another company. After switching to Cooks, I could tell a difference after the first visit. Cooks agreed to come back every few weeks and treat my house until the problem was resolved. After the second visit, I could see a major difference. I recently had my third visit from Cooks. So far I havent seen any more roaches. They have been able to address my issue and take care of it. And if I do happen to see any more roaches, I have no doubt they would respond quickly and address it. Ive been very satisfied. In addition, the technicians that have been out to my house are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Ive been very pleased with my experience. Thanks!

Their personnel are always so friendly and eager to help in any way. They do a thorough job making sure those little pests stay away from the interior of the house. If I need a spot checkup, my service person will come out to do an extra spray in the house.

Our family has used Cooks Pest Control for almost 15 years now, with no plans to change! Their customer service is unparalleled - they are responsive, obliging, and knowledgeable. Their technicians are always on time for service, and their termite inspections are thorough. This company really helped us when we moved from a newer house to an older house that had many, many cockroaches. We have gone from seeing 4-5 roaches every day to maybe one every two weeks. Fantastic!

Kerry Battle is the guy that is knowlegable and battles my pests. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about this craft he was able to identify the Rat that laid on the glue trap. He also gave me tips and was very sensitive to my unreasonable fear. He called and gave me the window of time he would come and did not disappoint. He was timely and took care of the problem and exceeded my expectations

My service tech talks to me. Meaning he asks what the past month has been like. He tells me what hes doing for the current service. If I need something all I have to do is text him. I get a quick response everytime.I cant say that the products for ants work all that well. Their constantly on the property or in the house. My tech has used bait stations and sprayed. Not sure if the granular is for ants at all but its in the cycle. Theyve just been bad this year.

I have been using Cooks pest control for several years now and I have to say that I will no longer be using them. As a pest control company you would think that they would know how to get rid of rats. Unfortunately I have learned otherwise. I have a rat problem with my home due to it being next to a very wooded area. Cooks came to the house and set up traps and put some poison out. The thing is everyone knows if rats smell human scent on something they tend to avoid it. The guy who set the traps and laid out the poison didnt wear gloves or any kind of protective gear. They did several different things and failed at them all. This is one company that I will not be spending my money with any longer.

Products have greatly reduced the amount of pests that we have seen. We love our tech Josh. :) He has been super flexible with when he treats our house. With my husband working night shift, Josh tends to come in the morning when my husband is still awake. He even has gotten to know our dog Buddy.

Well....the bug man killed my beloved Argiope spider that I posted about the other day. She was very old judging from her size and was such a garden gem. Me and the kids would sit there and talk about how everything is interwoven and connected and that Spiders are not bad. My daughter is going to be devastated when she gets off the bus (spider was the first thing she looked at).We even called our bug company Cooks Pest Control and ***specifically told them NOT to show up this month and that we didnt need their services.***.....long story short they showed up anyway and senselessly destroyed our cherished arachnid.I hate Cooks Pest control. Their company sucks. I am pissed.Find another bug company....better yet. Use bug companies on an as needed basis anyway. All they do is bill you 40 bucks to come spray poison all around your house.

I did not initially get the pest service I wanted but responded to a survey and received a phone call the following day from Scott, who was extremely professional, kind, and accountable, and made every effort to correct the situation. I will likely resume service with Cooks in the future due to his great customer service.

I like the service and the men who do the work. Being on a fixed income its hard to keep up with the increases in the cost for this service. I dont believe it has ever taken more than 15 minutes to knock down the cob webs and spread granules around the foundation. Thats for the monthly service. Then, the quarterly service has to be paid and the capper is the annual termite treatment is yet another cost.I would hope that there should be a valued customer discount to help seniors and retired veterans . I talked the elderly lady across the street to go with Cooks but every month she talks about can we get the service cheaper. I tell her I would check.Any help for charges would be welcomed. Please let me know if this is possibleThanks

Don’t bother wasting money on them. They lie and tell you things to pull you in. We were told by multiple sales men that we only had to pay $200 for the termite bond. Well we had to move so of course we had to cancel and now they are making us pay $500 ontop of the $180 to cancel. They have forever lost our business and everyone else we know. This will not be the end to them. They always came to our house when we weren’t home and sprayed outside and so called cleaned up spider webs and wasp nest. Everytime they did I would go on the front porch and still see the ones I’ve kept calling about. We wasted our money on them and I suggest you to not waste your money. There are cheaper and better companies to call other than Cooks.

The technician was right on time, very professional and courteous.

I ordered the one time service, which cost $200. At most places, the one time service is enough to spray the inside and outside of a residence with high-end pesticides that sustain pests for at least 6 months. I had no choice in doing a one month service (rent). Cooks said that their pesticides do not guarantee 6 months, or even 2 months of pest free living with the one time service, really scaring you into trying to get the month-to-month service. After they sprayed, which was not nearly as extensive as other services Ive seen or heard of, I had issues within one week. I called back and they said they would come back. Im not sure if they really did, as I wasnt at the house when they said they would come by. For the most part, pests have not been seen, until now and its been 6 weeks later. Its definitely not worth it to use their one time service or their product.

My house is finally free of roaches and ants. Its been two years since Ive seen any. Im sure there are cheaper DIY alternatives, but I have other ways to spend my time.

Will never use this company again. Had some issues with them not being able to get rid of our pest problem. Then on top of that a bunch of children work for them who think its ok to send nude pictures of their self to their customers. I canceled with cooks right after this happened. Now they are threatening to sue me over $39 that I refused to pay because of their ignorant employees who think its okay to send a married woman nude pictures of them self.
