My service technician Christian was prompt, professional, and courteous. I walked around the house pointing to locations that needed his attention and Christian was very patient with me and accomplished all that I had asked. He then proceeded to perform the other required tasks and finished up with a knock on the door alerting me that he was finished. Christian was very personable and performed his duties with a smile. I highly recommend him.

Atlus did their initial spray today. To beat the coming inclement weather, several technicians came by. All we’re extremely polite. One crew sprayed the interior of my house while the other cleaned all the exterior cobwebs and spayed outside. They wore a mask upon entertaining my house, and walked me through everything they did. I’m set pleased with what I’ve seen so far.

For years I was using a different pest control service with very little results… after switching to Atlus pest control there is a day and night difference, even after just that first visit. They spray the yard as well as the home itself to give a barrier protection and I love it. It’s more than worth having that peace of mind that I can sit in my living room or even just walk in my front door and not be bothered by spiders.

Darryl Water did a fantastic job. He let me know he was coming, and was on time. Answered any questions I had, sprayed inside and out. The results from the Altus folks have always been very good. Bugs of all types are way down. Have used them for several years now. No reason to change.

I was at a friends house when Atlus serviced and they did a fantastic job. But after looking through some of these ridiculous bad reviews, I think some of these customers confuse a few things. I know for a fact these technicians probably go through countless hours of training or certifications to do whats right when called, I think some of these people on here forget that you shouldn’t be telling some of these technicians how to do their jobs. Let them work. I recommend these people, good people, good work.

Pete is an exceptional technician. He explained what he was treating for today and how he would treat it including the carpenter bees and wasps. Not very happy with their 3 month service today. There was a lot of debris (insects, etc) left all over front porch, patio furniture & pillows where they apparently swabbed up high for spider webs, etc. Front porch needs to be cleaned/swept if they are going to perform this service at this area of our home.

Atlus does an amazing job at keeping our home pest free. They use an environmentally friendly product that works and does not irritate my sensitivities. I highly recommend Atlus Pest Control.

We have been using Atlus pest control services for a couple of years now. They come out every 3 months and spray around the windows and doors as well as take care of any fire ant hills we have in the yard. Normally during the winter, we only have them spray outside but during the warmer months, they also spray on the inside. They come every 3 months but you can always call them out in between services and they’ll come out and take care of any issues for no extra cost. We started using them because we had an ant and springtail issue and they’ve helped us take care of both of those things as well as making sure no other pest are an issue. Overall pretty happy with Atlus and will continue to use them.

Switched from another service to this one, and thanks to Chase being so awesome, and doing such a great job I am going to stick with Atlus

He refused to follow company protocol and spoke to me unprofessional and stated he didn’t have to follow company protocol. I called the corporate office spoke to owner express my concern and told him I will take both houses off my account or remove River from both of my accounts. We removed him from both of my accounts

Used atlus for the first time today. They were very informative and even explained different things to do after they leave. Far more than any pest company we have used before. They gave us an quote and stuck to their price and did not add to it. They did exactly what they said they would do. I know exactly what to expect from them from here on out. I highly recommend Atlus. They exceeded our expectations. Amanda was our technician and she was awesome!

The absolute worst. Do NOT use them. -1000/10 do not recommend. NO MAAM.If you do decide to use them, read the fine print. Read every word and then re-read it because they will blatantly lie to your face to get your business and then your bank account will feel the pain later.They told me that they offered termite + bug treatment to the home for just $59 per month. I think, well, as someone who recently just bought his home, thats a pretty good deal and a good way to keep my investment secure. What they did not tell me was that they would charge $1000 at the initial treatment!!!! Well, now that doesnt sound like such a good deal to me!I will be cancelling my contract and using someone else. NEVER again will I use ATLUS. Save your money, time, and sanity, and go with an ethical company or person instead.

I’ve been using Atlus Pest Solutions for two years now and they’ve continued to be great. Everyone I speak to is polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help me work through any issues I have.

Good luck getting out of a contract with these people. I’ve called many times to cancel, no answer, no call back after I leave messages. The stuff they use doesn’t even work. You’re better off getting a jug of pesticide from Lowe’s than using their solutions. Their spray is an attractant, unless you want more spiders and pests in your yard and house I suggest you not use them. I waited for multiple sprays to be done because “it makes the pests more active then they either die or repelled ”. Well now I have more spiders, bugs, ants and everything else times 10 since the last 3 sprays. I AM NOT PAYING FOR STUFF THAT DOES NOT WORK. CANCEL MY CONTRACT.
