By far the best! Great customer service and very knowledgeable as well as thoroughly sprayed and trapped my whole house. The last company did a half a** job. Not these guys, staying with them for sure. Really liked this particular service tech, he explained things to me where I could understand them and u felt good about the whole visit. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Austin and Casey for these two separate appointments. I always received a preliminary text the day prior to the appointments as well as a confirmation call when they were on the way. Austin came out several days prior to the official start of service to do a “patch service” due to my reported concerns. Extremely pleasant disposition of both gentlemen.

Service technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He listened to our concerns and serviced our home with great care.

I received emails telling me when my tech was showing and when he was here. He was very professional, explained everything, and treated my house and yard quickly. My only problem was that I was not informed before my tech showed that I needed to clear out the areas I wanted treated, such as closets and cabinets and drawers in my kitchen. Other than that, very satisfied

The technician we have is awesome. He patiently answers questions and makes sure the appointment time is good for us. If we need something sooner than every other month, we know we can contact him and he will fit us in.

Quarterly Pest Control Maintenance Inside & Outside.Had to reschedule a few times but otherwise it was a great experience as usual. Professional service tech.Side Note: Animals can sense when someone is anxious around them. We have a very large St. Bernard, a Mini Aussie, and three obnoxiously nosy Cats. This tech was completely comfortable with the animals after the initial introduction was complete (particularly the big girl).Performed his service quickly, thoroughly, and gave me the option to have my service ticket printed or emailed. Emailed please. Who keeps paper anymore? Everyone has a cloud/drive right? I abhor clutter, so what a relief to have one less thing to scan and recycle.More importantly we’ve had zero issues with ants, spiders, or any other pest since the first initial treatment.Highly recommend.

Orkin is by far the best pest control/prevention company I have ever used. Their techs are always great and don’t need to bother me with a bunch of questions through the visits like others have. They just seem to know what needs to be done and they do it.

Orkin in Huntsville, AL did fine until I really needed them. They had convinced me that their rodent bait stations were dog proof. It was fine for a year, until my dog discovered a dead rodent and did what dogs do.The timing was horrible, happening over the long July 4th weekend. I called the rep (Casey) on Saturday, and he never called me back. Instead of empathy from the branch manager (Brad), he wasted time defending Casey for not calling back. Not one word of concern for the dog. I needed the name of the poison for the vet, then I fired them.I didn’t fire them because of my dog, they got canned because when the chips were down they were too busy covering their backside instead of doing what they could to assist. There’s too many other companies that provide pest control to put up with these yahoos. Next!

I have trusted Orkin for the last 5 or 6 years if not longer in protecting my property and home from pest/insects. They have always done a great job for me and go the extra in making sure I am satisfied. So we went to order service but found someone else instead (more close and affordable for us) didnt even sign any papers yet, but they have showed up at my house 3 times to do service. Repeatedly told them we werent interested. They would blow my phone up too with appointments that never existed. Not saying the actual service is bad, but constantly showing up at my house was aggravating and it makes your company look desperate. Please stop.

I have had orkin in michigan for about 5 years and they were always great I just moved to madison al and the tech was great she went above and beyond. Could not be happier with the service.

My service agent is great! But…I called Orkin to discuss and arrange for them to come and take a look at the wasp problem. They made it sound like they would take care of it. I later had to call them about the continuing infestation. They sent another agent out, he saw the issue but acted as if it was a non issue. We took care of the problem ourselves and have continued to. Paying for nothing. I won’t renew.

The technician contacted us by phone at about 8:00 a.m. wanting to comer that morning to do our pest control service. No advance appointment was made. This has happened before and I asked for an advance notice in the future. I told him it could not be done that morning, as we were going out. Again, i insisted on an advanced appointment. He made one for next week. At about 9:00 a.m. while sitting at a restaurant, I get a notice from our home security system that there was motion at the front door. It was the Orkin tech, treating our front porch. The gate to the back of the house and the doors to the garage and storage building were locked, so he could not treat the back of the house and those areas. I will immediately cancel my contract with Orkin. Also, it seems that they do very little for the cost. I could do the same with commercially available products.

I suspected I had unwanted critters in my home about 10:30 last night. I called Orkin and spoke to an agent who helped calm my nerves and schedule a technician to come out the next morning. Had an inspection and treatment done at my house today. Technicians were very professional and on-time. I was informed every step of the way and given recommendations to keep my home safe and secure. They are “alright” everything they do I can do myself because they did getting rid of the spiders. I’ve called all month literally to cancel with them and nobody will do it . I leave emails asking to cancel but yet they still taking my money. I talked with a lady on Monday to cancel she said she was going to call the branch ppl they had me on hold forever. I just called at 6:39am nobody answer too I just want to cancel PLEASE

They are awesome. My family has used them for over 20 years and wouldn’t use a different company.

They almost never show up, and when they do they never call. We’ve had several issues inside the house with bugs and we can never get them to come inside to spray. We requested a bedbug treatment several times and was told it would be cheaper to do it ourselves, even though we had already been doing it ourselves but to no avail. As a result we are now moving into a new home and bringing the bugs with us, we will not be using them for any further pest control. Every time I try to call and cancel our services they credit our account for free services and those said services do nothing they might as well be spraying water.

I called and made an appointment for an estimate for termite and pest control. I was told Joshua would be here Friday between 10 and 12. At 11:45 I called since I had not received notice that anyone was coming. They told me that they didnt have a Joshua but they would have someone call to set up another appointment. Someone did call and wanted to set up an appointment for a different day and time. I explained I didnt want to hire a company that couldnt keep an appointment since I had already had to waste an entire half day for nothing. There are plenty other pest companies out there. I will hire someone that can keep their promises and not waste my time.

I had issues with the first technician showing up for a follow up appointment. Called to have my technician changed to a new one. The new technician never showed up either. Orkin admitted it was their fault. I had the contract cancelled.

Keep in mind this is a review from time I called and first service. Call for service went well. The first service was very good. And informative. The only problems we’ve had is the rescheduling which happened twice. Which isn’t a big deal for us but maybe others wouldn’t like it.
