I went in to ask questions about the points I have on my account. I could not use my points although, I get 19% discount on accessories. I bought 2 car vehicle mounts. One for my 2007 Chevy and one for my 2021 Chevy. I didnt get my discount. I asked about it after I noticed the price. The guy told me I should have asked him about the discount before he charged me. Then he goes on to say he can only give me a 15% discount not my actual 19%. Then he tells me that he would have to refund the purchase in the system and then do the discount but he had to wait before he could do it. He said he would call me when he was able to do it in his system. That was over 2 weeks ago. It doesnt take that long to fix an issue in the system. If I was to return them it would definitely be solved. I feel lied to just so he could make a sale. I should have been able to use either my point or my discount and instead I paid full price over $65.00 for something I should have gotten for way cheaper. I see why the store was empty. I definitely wont be back.

My family of four recently switched back to Verizon. I had been dreading it so bad because it is always such a process. Brandon and Jeremy at Parkway Place were amazing. Our transfer was complicated but Brandon was patient and helped us figure out the best path for our family. He was not pushy or salesman like. He answereed all of our questions and transferred all of our information from our old phones. His store was short one of the phones and we were going to have to drive across town on the Friday before Christmas (traffic nightmare) and his co-worker Jeremy offered to go get the phone while we finalized processing the 3 he had in stock. Wow, what customer service. I will always go through Cellular Sales with Brandon and Jeremy. I hope they never leave the company.

I came in tonight because I was ABSOLUTELY tired of dealing with Cricket. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Kart as I walked in. After explaining my situation and what I was not happy dealing with Cricket about, Kary empathized with me over and over again and made sure to let me know I was in good hands. I’m constantly wowed by the service I receive from the Verizon store at Parkway Place Mall. Every sales rep I have dealt with has been wonderful and accommodating. I’m always able to get in get what I need and get out in a very timely manner. I make sure now to let any of my friends and family know this is the place to go for anything Verizon. I recently worked with Kary and he made sure to take the time and make sure every question I had was answered and I was satisfied before leaving. He added his personal number to my phone and let me know if I ever need anything he’s just a call away. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Very pleased with my experience. I wanted a tablet and that got me one at the best price with rebates and it had gotten stellar reviews. Chad listened and produced. He didnt waste my time offering me deals and services I didnt want. He also was knowledgeable enough to ask me questions and find the exact tablet suited to my needs. I had the best cell-phone buying experience EVER at this place. Jack was my rep and he answered all my questions without a hitch. I was in and out in less than an hour, and most of that is on me (I talk a lot). I did research on what the best times to go were, so that did help.Also, I couldnt find my receipt so I called and they sent it in less than a minute. Fantastic customer service.
I came in the store with a problem with my phone! Kary fixed my problem, asked me a few questions and made everything with phone better. He showed me how to avoid future problems. Now comes the great part. After speaking to my husband about his military service he was able to reduce my bill by almost $30 a month and got me unlimited data. It was an overall great experience!! My phone had froze up for the last time, would not come back on and I went from an iPhone to an LG G7 so it was difficult transferring certain info. Best Verizon store I have ever been in. Customer service was very helpful and took the time to take care of what I needed. Kary was the rep I worked with and he was very knowledgeable and didnt rush to get to the next person, as I have become accustomed to at the former store I visited. Excellent customer service! We did not have a wait, staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and all products were in stock. We ended upgraded our plan and had three new phones activated in well under an hour. All staff members were very friendly! Would definitely recommend!
They will sell you a phone without telling you all of the additional charges that come with it. My mom bought a phone there and paid $100. On her next bill, they charged her an additional $400 for the phone! How can you neglect to tell the customer about an additional charge of that amount?Yesterday, my mom had an issue with the phone that she took there to troubleshoot. The employees there couldnt figure out the problem and they made statements saying This is a really bad phone, weve had a lot of complaints about it. And suggested she buy a new phone. They had no problem selling her the phone a month before, touting how great it was...My mom went to the Verizon store on University instead, and they were able to fix the issue in less than 5 minutes.Weve lost our trust for this store, and we will go to the one on University for our services.
This is the third time Ive had the pleasure of working with Kary.Im excited to hear that he is at the location at Parkway Place Mall all the time now because it is closer to me than the location further down south parkway.He takes the time to slow things down for me and make sure that I have clear understanding before I leave. I recently purchased a Google pixel 2 and my experience was great. The woman helping me was super knowledgeable, and was able to provide me with an answer to just about any question I had. Kari was extremely helpful. My daughter was set on a gold phone and this store was out. Kari searched the other stores and located one at the Hampton Cove location. It was 830 at night yet he offered to follow us to the HC store just so she could have the phone she wanted. Very pleased!

I did the deed and swapped from Virgin Mobile to Verizon and so far I have no complaints. I had Kary helping me get set up and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He even played with my wild child while while I was signing things. Its a lot more complicated and fee laden then Im used to but he broke it down real simple for me and Im assuming Ill get what I pay for as those things go. Thumbs up from me.

I went to this store tonight to upgrade my phone. The sales reps were busy so I waited. I was acknowledged by each one of them. However, after about 20 minutes of waiting, a family of 3 came in. They waited no more than a few minutes before one of the reps, a lady, got up and went to help them. Apparently my money is not as good as theirs. They were rude and disrespectful by ignoring me. Never will go to this store again.

Let me start this by saying that this is the only store you should be visiting for anything Verizon related!Normally I do not have good experiences at Verizon stores and just buy my phones through Best Buy or Costco. Well that all changed over the last few days.Tuesday while walking around the mall I saw the sign for the Verizon store and decided I would stop by to have a few questions answered about my data usage and to find out why my phone is constantly slowing down.I was met at the entrance to the store by Kary. THIS GUY GETS IT! He had a smile on from the minute I walked in until the minute I left. Keep in mind I didnt even purchase anyting on Tuesday.I found out that this was Cellular Sales and not corporate Verizon once we started talking about my past experiences. I was hesitant at first but Kary assured me that he had the time to help me and that he would do it to the best of his ability. This is something any Verizon store I have ever been in hasnt done. These guys actually take time to help you and not just sell you on something.From there he showed me what was making my phone slow down and what applications were using the most data. These are all things I could have found out by reading stuff on the internet but wasnt sure how it was affecting me and that is why I stopped in. That was the best decision I could have made.Kary and one other associate were in the store that day and kept the energy level up in the store by joking around and interacting with me about people passing by in the mall, the music in the store playing, and just life in general. They definitely made it feel less like a store and more of a hangout while getting your phone looked at.I left with Karys number after he presented me some options about upgrading from my iPhone 6s to one of Apples newer model phones. Did not feel any pressure whatsoever and really wasnt sure that I was going to upgrade my phone.Fast forward to today when another issue presented itself on my phone. I remembered that Kary had saved his number in my phone and I reached out to him. He let me know that he was back at the store in the mall today.Im now the proud owner of a new iPhone X and receieved it at a cheaper price becasue of some promotions he uncovered for me.This was the most pleasant and easiest experience I have ever had when it comes to purchasing a phone. I will only be back to do business with the store in the mall and Kary!

Had a wonderful experience upgrading with early edge today! I brought in my barely functioning phone and Greg Knox handled all my questions and let me mess with an HTC One M9 even though there wasnt one on display. I decided to leave with that instead of waiting for the g4 to come out, and im glad he convinced me to go with it.

I wanted nothing more than a ballpark price range for a new phone plan from the employee at this store, and had to give every single piece of personal information imaginable, only to be told at the end of all this that I actually had to provide multiple forms of ID including a physical copy of a paid bill proving who I am. I told the employee explicitly I do not want a hard credit inquiry for this and he assured me it would not be. I now magically have a hard credit inquiry from Verizon Wireless on the exact day I visited (April 18th) which has dinged my credit. After all of this I still did not receive even a remote estimation on a simple price range for a new phone plan. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

A friend of mine had a real crisis. It was complex to say the least. We called the Parkway Place Verizon store and a cheery voice answered. It was unexpected after two days of cell phone hell.I asked her name and we went over lookimg for Carly.She was with a client wjen we arrived but took time to greet us in the same cheerful way.We had the choice of waiting or workimg with someone else but decided if anything her attitude might rub off and improve our day.It was worth the wait. She solved multiple problems that others had not even attempted.She was so helpful we offered to buy her dinner. In the end all our problems were solved and my friemd had a new phone as well as had made a friend.The days of customers service are over and it is so rare to see amyone do the minimum let alone go the extra mile.Carly did both while remaining cheerful. It was the best experience and at the end of two long days made a world of difference.

Im not sure who this retailer is paying to give reviews but these are all false. Ive never had a good experience here. They had some younger white girl, looks like she thinks shes entitled to everything, with a horrible attitude problem. Today, I had to go there for a new sim. Mine crapped out. First desk on the left, mid 30s black lady. HORRIBLE attitude, argued with me about what my issue is/was. Finally she agreed to give me a new sim card, then got all pissy about charging me. Its our store policy to charge for new ones. Ok, charge me then. Dont whine and cry about me being a business customer and that you cant charge me. I dont care if you charge me or not. I want my phone to work. She went through 3 sim cards before she found one that worked in the system. Got to my car, didnt work, had to call Verizon and they fixed. I will NEVER go back to this store again.
