Being impartial, I will say your experience may vary. In the IT field I have worked with a lot of recruiters. So I know what good and bad service is. The team in Huntsville is fantastic. And I will give a special recommendation for Elena.I have not met many recruiters that will got to bat for you like she will. She is personally invested in finding you a job.

I thought that recruiters worked on commission and that it was their job to help me find work that paid competitively. This place rudely tried to convince me to take a job for less than what was initially offered. Bad negotiators! Horrible people skills! Disorganized! I passed because of the bait & switch. Got better pay by working with another agency instead. TEKsystems is NOT looking out for their clients!

The recruiters will flat out lie to you to get you to accept jobs as they work off of commission. Misrepresentation of job duties big time here.
