Maria is the only reason I am here to leave a review. She is an angel sent from heaven!! Very professional, responsive, consistent, and sincere. If reviews are monitored, Kelly Services should consider making her the face of the company. I can only imagine how many people she has saved. I highly recommend her service!!!

The recruiters were sketchy with jobs and probably held the best ones for people they knew. Then wanted you to take all of these assessments for some little $12/hr job. No thanks.

Still haven’t gotten paid it’s been two weeks since i got a check. Keith giving me the run around abt my check.

KELLY IS NOT A DEPENDABLE AGENCY WHY THEYRE NOT OPEN BECAUSE THEYRE HIDING IN FEAR WHERE THERE IS NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF. THE REASON I GIVE THEM A ONE STAR IS SO MY REVIEW CAN POST OTHER THAN THAT THEY WOULD NOT EVEN GET THAT.

Currently working a job ended up being a position they told me it was at the last minute and told me at the last minute when I start and was forced to do a one day noice at my previous job instead of two weekWill update soon

Excellent people to do business with!!! I walked in and walked with a job in the same day! I have been working that job going on four months. Last week the company gave me a job offer that I accepted. Because of Kelly I am now going to have a job where I can supply for myself and have a meaningful career. Anitra Ward in this office is the nicest person I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. She truly cares about her clients and helps them any way she can. Thank you Anitra and Kelly for all that you have done for me!

I was told by a recruiter on Facebook to come in the next day at 9am to apply for a jobI get there and it was closed.

You are required to jump through a lot of hoops in order to maybe secure employment doing some menial slave style job that is often under the name of something better, basically tricking you into walking into their paychecks. Good luck.

This particular location is most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with!!! In particular the so called supervisor Anitra Ward was very very rude and unprofessional!!! I over heard her talking about one of her clients to a employee while everyone in the building could hear everything that she was saying!! And on top of that the client is a Military Veteran. The client heard her and never felt so humiliated in her life and left. This is not the way you treat a people Not cool!!! Oh... and not to mention she personally said that she was ignoring all her clients phone calls. That’s why you can’t never get anyone to answer!!!

Worst company to go through to find employment. SAVE YOUR TIME ITS NOT WORTH IT. They also never answer most jobs are temporary and they are rude! I hate Kelly services and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself trust me.

I wish I could give no stars on this review. I recently applied to work at BASF I was hired but when I went to orientation the heat was on bearable so I emailed the lady over hiring BASF and she told me to just talk to Anitra about being placed at a different worksite. I went in on Wednesday to speak with Anitra it was told to come back at 1 PM but I had to be at my other job by then so I made an appointment for Friday morning at nine to speak with the nature and I told the receptionist Norma day I need to speak with her and not Kim I was not trying to go to BASF. When I arrived Friday morning for my appointment I was told that I will be meeting with Kim and that’s who I didn’t need to speak with so the lady told me that I would need to come back in the afternoon after I had already had trouble getting here this morning and she said that she called and left a voicemail but I did not get a voicemail. clearly she could see I was upset one because I have wasted the time and gas to get all the way from the south end of Huntsville to University this morning to make the appointment just to be told that I wouldn’t be able to see anyone it till the afternoon. So I went back in and said I will wait until she was available to talk but she said that she wasn’t seeing anyone until the afternoon and I could clearly see she just had a client with her so I felt as though it could’ve took two seconds for her to tell me if she had anything available but this whole ordeal turned into me being the bad guy saying that I was very rude and they could no longer do business with me when I didn’t you say anything out-of-the-way if anything Norma was the one being rude she had this attitude as though she didn’t want to help me and she didn’t care the trouble that was caused. She was laughing and smirking as though the situation was funny and it was not if you are in need of a job please go elsewhere they are not there to help. And if you do need to go to them I was suggest only conducting business with Cathy wells. NORMA we will see each other again.

I had an appointment at the Huntsville Office on University Drive. The office has a professional atmosphere and I was greeted quickly and warmly. My appointment was with Ms. Ward, who was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I look forward to returning to that office in the future.

My husband went to this staffing agency and they never got him a job whats the point of having a job temp agency that does absolutely nothing to help you get on your feet

They called me in for a specific job made me wait an hour and half then told me that they had given away the position they are very unprofessional and shady
