I got a great job through Elwood Staffing that I truly love. The process was quick and easy. Everyone is so nice and professional and go aboove and beyond to help you gain employment. They also send emails to check up on me to see if I am doing good and being treated properly. Yes, I highly recommend seeking employment with Elwood Staffing

This staffing agency is one of the worst in Huntsville. They post a lot of jobs but hardly ever actually get you on an assignment. Their follow up and professionalism are horrible. I’m not sure if they receive commission from getting as many ppl to come in and fill out documents on their computer but it seems like that’s their only goal. They want you to fill out all this paperwork prior to even being offered a job and then once you do no call back so essentially you wasted your time. I just wish these staffing agencies had more integrity and passion for recruiting. Oh and Phylicia Holt has been working with them forever and STILL is an awful recruiter.

Get this. I was interviewed for an office position for the company. I was told that I will get a call back later that day or the next day for the 2nd interview and never heard back from anyone. A whole month in a half later, they had the audacity to text me and ask if I’m available to work at a disposable job that may not even last a week. This is verses the permanent position I originally applied for. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER. So what I supposed to do? Get myself evicted, get repoed waiting on them to offer me a temp position? Yes, this just happened. The disrespect is what did it for me. I would never associate myself with this place ever again. I suggest treating people with a little more respect and compassion if you want positive workers. I would of gave them a -10 if it was possible. And stop texting my phone please. You already showed me you cannot be trusted.

The staff at Elwood are friendly, professional and quick to respond! They work hard to find you a job that is a good fit with your experience!

Unprofessional personnel that doesnt want to do their job period

Applied months ago, but went to a job fair today and told Karen I receive texts about once a week but never called in for a job. She replied we dont do that. I told her maam I do receive texts about jobs and she asked well have you came in for an interview (arrived early and waited about an hour for nothing) .I told her yes the lady sitting beside you interviewed me (she never looked up ) smh. When I left the job fair I called and told them to take me off the text list. This is NOT how you represent a company or recruit. Karens attitude was nasty and unprofessional !!!!!!!! as if I was bothering her for inquiring.

Always able to get me a job and staff is very professional and polite. Have been going here since they were Lyons and they always make sure I am taken care of.

This temp service is very unprofessional the Asian lady with the glasses on shes very unprofessional and disrespectful and she hung up in my face asking me about a job that I left because they made me feel uncomfortable. The front desk lady that looks like she is a sand lady is very unprofessional she has glasses on. They dont care about the employees. and she talks very smart with an attitude the lady with the glasses on at the front desk it looks like she is from Saudi Arabia very unprofessional.

I was contacted by a bored sounding employee who scheduled an interview for 2pm the next day. Arriving 15 minutes early, in professional dress, with a hard copy of my resume I was sent to a computer to view a video. 45 minutes later no one had moved from the waiting room and my 2pm interview seemed to confuse. Find a professional staffing company, Elwood isnt it.

I applied online was told to come in for an interview not knowing it was to continue applying for a warehouse position they had available the process was longer than I thought and to make it worst their computers suck.

I wanted to register but the gentleman playing receptionist almost scared me away. He didnt smile and he greeted me like he did not want to be bothered.

Elwood has always been helpful to me☺

Staff was rude, very nonchalant, and didnt seem to have any real interest in helping the people who come to them. Long wait time to be seen or interviewed.
