One of the worse experience I have ever Experienced from a recruiter. Not only did Rodney contact me and not make it known he was from a temp service, he was beyond rude to me for not accepting a job offer that was not worth my value. The job is located almost a hour from me so my pay requirement was more than fair on top of that the company did not have enough positive reviews for me to trust a 90 days probationary period. As a recruiter your job is to help not only the company to find the best employee but is also to help the employee find a good fit. You dont get mad because they have a family to take care of and cant just accept any pay. Instead of Rodney saying he was going get back with the company and see what he can do, he instantly attack me with verbal insults such as your not going find a job for a long time with your pay requirement voice got very high and disrespectful meanwhile I had him on speaker and other people could hear the conversation as well. I did not argue with him, but he hung the phone up in my face. Very rude and should not be a recruiter for anyone, he told me so many lies about the job and when I asked for proof of benefits and other things he kept giving me the run around. When I showed up to the job the person I was suppose to speak to wasnt even there, so I had to interview with Another person instead.

Jason and his staff are masters of their trade. Very professional, very quick. I feel they easily assessed my talents and personality, because i was placed perfectly at an assignment in a fast and timely manner.If anyone has a complaint about Rockstar, its really probably their own fault.

Thank you Jason for making me feel welcomed. Just moved here to Alabama from California and you and Sara were awesome. Got a job interview the next day and was hired that same week. I will rock my t-shirt . Thank you again for this amazing opportunity.

When we need workers Rockstar is the only place we call! They provide us with good quality people and are quick to get them to us even after hours. Jason has always been there for us when we need him. The office personnel are always so friendly and accommodating. We could not ask for a better company to work with.

Posting for someone that worked a day at Plastic Innovations before the manager and him had an altercation.. After he watched him from 3 am til 5 am incorrectly do his job a few minutes before 9 a.m he decided he wanted to tell him that he had to redo everything he had just done because he did them wrong ... He walked out right after having words with him and the manager telling him to go home. So now hes waiting to be paid for the hours he worked only to find out they are not going to pay him because he didnt work over 30 days WHAT KIND OF BULL IS THAT???

I was referred to Rockstar Personnel by a friend! Jason, the owner, was not only quick to help me find a job, but one that was tailored to my needs, and I’ve now been at the same job for 6 months and am still loving it. Very professional, very helpful.
