Brad Lowery and the SERVPRO team did an excellent sanitation and cleaning job for us, decontaminating our spaces for safe re-entry and peace of mind. They went above and beyond in quality of service and were highly professional. Great to work with these guys. Highly recommend!

After a sewage backup in our home we were at a lost what to do next. Brad with Serv Pro of Madison County was extremely helpful! He made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and to guide us through the entire process start to finish. The great service didnt stop with just him. Tyrone was also so very helpful. He was training a new gentlemen during several of the visits to my home. He was very purposeful and professional even while training.We will say until we are blue in the face just how truly thankful we are for Brad, Tyrone and everyone we have dealt with at Serv Pro of Madison County. The respect they showed us and our home was top notch. I was shocked to see people who genuinely seemed to care about our situation as much as we did, plus to care about getting our home right again. It is so rare now days to have a company show genuine concern. Too many are just out for the quick buck. Even Amanda answering the phones was helpful. The communication from everyone was excellent. No question of mine was unanswered and I NEVER felt as if I was bothering them.We hope to not need their service again but believe if we do we will call them over anyone else. I wish more Brad could offer training classes on customer service to other businesses. Amazing!

This is a late post, but in 2015 my house flooded. They sent so many people out that there was a lot of standing around. I paid for employees to smoke cigarettes. I also had items come up missing. They set the thermostat to 88 along with their equipment running ran the light bill to $350. They charged me for 10 linear feet of cabinet removal in my daughters small closet which measured 3’x2’ (shoe closet) which the flood adjuster caught but let go through. I grossly overpaid for their service. When I wrote the final check in their office the manager was waiting by, which I am sure was to counter any argument I presented. It is funny how their website has all positive 5 star reviews when I know of other people with similar reviews. I still have all the documentation of the charges.

Great work! I cannot say enough good things about the Servpro team that took care of my house in Madison. I had water damage from a bathroom leak. It was a stressful situation, and Servpro was informative, helpful, and put my mind at ease. They did great a great job and explained everything in detail to me. They even checked up on the job each day to monitor progress. Shout out to Corey and the team. Thank you!

Experienced multiple employees in my grandmothers home after she had a water leak in her basement. She has dealt with employees handling items they were told to not be around, yelled at by a manager for inquiring about a missing item from her house, and was told why does she care anyways. The ceiling tile they also did for her in the basement was a complete mess, just by looking at them. Ill be making a BBB complaint and looking further into the bullying tactics SERVOPro has presented against elderly customers who are seeking help.

A very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous team. They took their time, thoroughly inspected everything and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for experienced and quality work.

Fast. Professional. Friendly. Helpful. Highly recommend. [Update: it’s been several days now and I wish I could add a star. DeMarcus and his crew have been great. Mika from the front office contacted me multiple times to answer questions and help advise on the next steps. Brad, supervisor, has visited several times and provided a great understanding of the status and progress. They offer from minimal to robust levels of service, and supported my choices and provide recommendations for other services. My builder, who will handle the Reno, said right away, “calling Servpro was the best decision.”

Servpro has done a wonderful job with meeting our needs. Ashley, Office Manager, is very professional and handles all the coordination between Insurance Co., her crews, and the customers needs.
