Needed carpet cleaning ASAP but had to wait close to a week for an appointment. Then a week later Brian called same day as my appointment to reschedule for a week later which was already heinously late. This is after being told that I could get an appointment that same weekend. By the sounds of it they were overly concerned with booking a larger job instead of respecting my appointment time.Sending one word texts is also beyond unprofessional.Was extremely distracted during calls and didnt seem to care. Also appeared to resent being asked to wear a mask during a pandemic.Extremely disappointed after seeing other supposedly good reviews.

Brian is awesome! He upholstered my bed and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! He was also so nice and easy to get ahold of!! All around great job and I will be using these services again!!
