The technicians were great and very professional, but none of the stains on my sectional were actually removed. They said that they were water stains and could not be removed. They also said that per my couches fabric information, it was supposed to be water safe, so they aren’t sure why it stained so badly. I am glad the couch is clean, but had thought that the end result would have removed stains.I am updating my review from 3 to 4 stars because Stanley Steamers returned to my house to try to remove the stains a second time, for no additional fee. They were unable to remove the stains, but I really appreciate the customer service and the additional attempt to clean my sectional to my satisfaction. Jalen was the technician both times, and I was very impressed with him. He is friendly, professional, and was able to answer my questions.

I had the Muscle Shoals crew come to my house on Saturday. Mike and Tyler Williams were the Best!!!! I had stains and they came and listened to me and really cared about my needs. Yesterday we had Bob and Devonte clean our carpet. They were very professional, fast, and friendly. Id recommend these guys to all looking to have their carpet cleaned.

Stanley Steemer did a fantastic job on my pet-stained carpet, two large area rugs, and a large sectional couch. They worked extra hard on the pet stains and applied a protectant to help for the future. They deodorized and it smelled GREAT! I am very satisfied and will use these guys again and again!

I had a $4000 rug about 6 months old. There were some isolated spots on it. Instead of spot cleaning initially they cleaned it and made the stains 10 times larger. Then I had to pay to get it sent to Florida for deeper cleaning.Long story short rug is ruined and they are taking no responsibility.Dont ever use this Service!!!!

Jonathan and Jeremy did an excellent job I called 8-7-21 Saturday my husband brought back a sectional couch the night before from out of state I called stanley steamer and they came right out and also cleaned my bedroom carpet there both still clean an smell great. They also cleaned my moms carpet in the whole house 3 mos. ago still looks brand new. All my neighbors use them for there services. I would refer them to everybody. Extremely satisfied.

This is my first experience with any professional carpet cleaning and the crew that came out for my cleaning was fantastic. I use Stanley Steemer when my furniture and are rugs need cleaning. Everything is cleaned and sanitized by the steam and everything dries very quickly. I do not have to deal with soap residue if I have a spill like I would with a household steam shampooer. They are always professional and the cost is reasonable for this kind of service. Once you use their services, you will never do your own carpet and upholstery cleaning again.

They were courteous and arrived on time but Im not happy with the way my grout looks. We waited for it to dry as instructed but some areas dont look like they were cleaned. I expected more for the price.

I have 4 kids and my couches were soooo dirty. Jason was my technician and he did an awesome job! He even removed some glitter slime from my couch and we were sure it wouldn’t come out. He was so friendly he arrive on time. It didn’t take him long and my couches look so I good! I will definitely be using them again

I paid for auto upholstery and carpet to be cleaned I had water stains and dirt but I just feel like the guy did a poor job. He only went thru the front of the seats and not the sides. They let me know that most of the water stains couldn’t be removed so I guess I expected some but the front driver seat looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. The carpet didn’t get washed underneath the seats and I’m talking about where you can definitely reach and where it’s visible. So I don’t recommend for cleaning your auto upholstery or carpet.

My dog got sick and had explosive diarrhea all over my carpet! Stanly Steemer was easy to schedule, staff were on time and professional/friendly. They were able to get my carpet completely clean/sanitized and it did not take long. I would use again if needed (hopefully not for the same reason)

On 12/12/2020, SS provided services to our hardwood floors. Before beginning, the floors were examined and we were told what needed to be done in order to give us the results we desired. The service was a bit expensive but we were willing to pay if we received clean and shiny hardwood floors. In the end, SS did an alright job but there is a problem area that looks way worse than it did before they performed services. I called and advised them that we werent satisfied with the end result. They came out again and applied their SS product to the problem area but it didnt help. That area of the floor still looks horrible today...dull, ashy, and dry. Im just going to buy a rug and cover it up. We werent satisfied at all. I gave 3 stars because they previously serviced our carpets and they did a good job.

I have used SS for 11 years — always requesting and getting the same tech to my home — unfortunately, this last time he was no longer there, but the new guy, Bob, is just as thorough, professional, and patient with my 2 dogs running about. My tile looks brand new, carpet is sanitized and pet odor-free! When using Madison/Huntsville location, ask for Bob. You won’t be disappointed!

Bob Favorite, from Stanley Steemer, was prompt and professional. He did an excellent job in cleaning the carpets in three rooms of my house. He removed three years of dirt and pet stains from the carpet so that the carpet looked almost a good as the day I bought the house. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer for you cleaning need, especially Bob.

We called them on 12/11/2020 for carpet cleaning because the previous one we scheduled for the carpet cleaning on 12/11/2020 did not show up as scheduled. They gave us 8 am on Saturday morning 12/12/2020. The guys called 15 minutes before 8 and they arrived on time. They did excellent job for us with very good price too. Highly recommended.

Thank goodness for Stanley Steelers! One of our dogs was sick for 12 hours due to a new treat/bone we gave him. He vomited & had diarrhea on the carpet & an area rug. We clean it immediately but needed them cleaned & deodorized ASAP. Fortunately, my phone call was answered on a Sunday evening & we were scheduled for Monday. They arrived on time, cleaned, deodorized & sanitized & were out the door in short order. No stains on our carpet! We are so happy with them. And our dog is all better too💙

We just bought a home that was a horrific mess!!!! We have always used Stanley Steamer for all our homes for 20years! However, this job I’d say was the worst condition of any house prior! This house was a nasty divorce and Bob was professional, polite and did a fantastic job! My grout lines looks 200% better once he finished! He got my wood floors to shine again and spent extra time on some “tough spots”! I hope our 6month clean we get Bob again!!!

Helped get my super hard to clean basket weave stone tile clean in about 30 minutes. Looks brand new and i would definitely recommend and use them again! Very friendly and considerate employees.

We had our grout cleaned on our ceramic tile. It looks really good.

They did come out to clean two bedroom carpets for me. They were here maybe 30 minutes and in one of the bedrooms there was a stain. I asked him did the stain come up and he said no and I went in the bedroom to look and it was still just as bad as it was when he arrived. After they left I got my stain remover and a warm cloth and went in there and worked on the stain myself getting a lot of it up to where it is barely noticeable now. I do not feel that they put a lot of effort and time into cleaning my carpet.

Marquis and Christian were great. Early, professional and extremely polite. They worked at a great place not cutting corners and went back over there work to make sure everything was done to their liking. These two were very detailed and while in my home they kept their equipment very straight and not just laid out all over the place. Outstanding job by these two. Exceptional service. Thanks guys!

Let the carpets way too wet this time and they didnt clean several spots that we had moved furniture out of the way for. Pretty disappointed because they usually have great service.

I had a couch and recliner cleaned, protected, and deodorized. After they left... the portions between the couch were not even wet and it was still dirty. I have an animal and understand pet hair is not part of the service. It is not pet hair that was left. For the price of the service it was a completely awful experience and I will never use them or recommend them. Also, the smell I was trying to get out of my couch is still in the couch but only towards the middle. So the couch was cleaned better in some areas than other. I have a picture but for some reason it will not let me attach it right now. I will revisit this post to attach the picture.

We paid to have our shower and kitchen/bath tile grout cleaned. I would give them 2 stars on the cleaning and 4 stars for the young men who cleaned it. They were very polite and respectful but the process is kind of messy on the rest of the house. I spent over $200 and it was not that great.10/14/2020I had to update, I contacted the business as they requested and sent them all details, they did not respond and its been a week. I cannot ever recommend this company. Terrible.

They came and cleaned the carpet-which was very dirty. It looked brand new when they were done and smelled amazing!! Im very happy. As carpet does during drying the smells wicked up into the carpet backing from the pad. They were so kind, quick, and pleasant to come right back and deodorize be again without cost. Milton and James are the best crew!!! I HIGHLY reccomend them!!!!The office staff us also very pleasant and helpful!!! They will take excellent care if your cleaning needs!! On time (even a little early!); professional, courteous, efficient. Gave tips for drying and extended care (picture of carpet still has a damp end); Dwight and Jeremy. They were careful of my stuff and cleaned up after themselves. This is the second time I have used Stanley Steemer and I am very pleased. I have a battery operated cleaner, and a steam cleaner, but getting grout to look good is still a chore. They did well and I recommend them.

I appreciate the companies professionalism, timeliness, and all their hard work . However, I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I thought thats what I put on my online order form. However, the gentleman said I put 2 rooms and a hallway . And he cleaned just that .. 1 bedroom and my living room and dining combination. Needless to say I didnt get my 2nd bedroom cleaned because of the $45.00 charge per room.

They have not returned an estimate that I requested over a week ago.
