I never leave reviews even when service is terrible, but I feel I need to with this one. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone. I originally scheduled an appointment for 9am on Thursday (placed Wednesday night). I was contacted Thursday morning via text saying that slot wasn’t available. No problem, I text the number to see if there’s another time slot that day. No response. So, I called. They scheduled me for 3pm same day. 3:30 rolls around, no tech. 4pm no tech. I call and they “forgot to press the button to reschedule me”. Accidents happen, so they put me down for 5pm. Same thing, no call no show. I call and I’m told the tech had a tire issue and the manager would reach out. He did and was nice, put me on the schedule for 9am this morning. Same thing happened, no tech at 9. I get a call at 9:30 from the tech saying he had car trouble. Again, things happen I get it. He finally arrives at around 10:15. I was quoted $45 online, but he ends up quoting $302! Absolutely insane! I declined to move forward obviously. This entire experience just felt very chaotic and unprofessional.

Bait and switch!! I scheduled this company with and online quote. Nowhere on my email quote does it say this price is subject to change based on your actual square footage. I was quoted $205 for 3 rooms, a hallway, and a sectional. When technician came, he pulled out the tape measure and started measuring the rooms. I expect a certain amount of this...but he came back with nearly 3x the price. Our carpets just have normal soiling, nothing awful. It is such bad business to tell a customer one thing, and then try to charge them 3 times as much once they are in your house. I was willing to pay a little more, but they still wanted to charge me $352. Down from $575. I just cannot even imagine...cant speak to the quality because I didnt use them. Very disappointed, but I sent them on. I will not do business with people like that.The one star is for the technician, super nice guy.

Very happy with the results! We have 2 large dogs and a kid, so needless to say it was dirty. The carpet looks spotless and the house smells so much better! Our tech spent 2 hours doing a deep clean and allergy treatment. He was very thorough.

I was a little upset at first about the scheduling of the services. My appointment was rescheduled with a text and not a phone call. Once my technician Dominic came to provide services, he was very polite, professional, and did an awesome job. I would recommend his services to a friend.

The Amount that is quoted on their site IS NOT ACCURATE. They charged me double the price that was advertised and said that it was due to condition of my carpet. My carpet had NO stains or smells. I called the Manager and he just repeated the same thing over and over again which insulted my intelligence. He tried to blame the technician but the problem is the COMPANY. The technician was smart and respectful and I have no complaints about them. They are the ONLY reason that Im giving a 2 STAR rating. The problem is the false advertisement of the cost of services from this company.

I called Safe Dry to get their $88 three room special. That’s all I wanted. I really needed one small area cleaned and this “deal” was the best I could find. Once the tech arrived, I told him what I wanted and he told me he needed to measure. I was very specific about the small area and that I just needed the $88 special. He then quoted me over $300 to clean the 450 square feet they were advertising for $88. When I refused, the price dropped to around $200. I told them I wanted the advertised and promised $88 special. They refused to honor this price. They eventually cleaned the area for $119 and claimed the “extra” was for taxes and fees, however they couldn’t show this to me on a receipt. The cleaning was fine and the tech was friendly. However, the business practices were deceptive. Just know that you won’t get the advertised $88 special. They have many competitors and I would call each of them before using Safe Dry again.

Oh my. I don’t even know where to start. I called to schedule an appointment. I told the customer service rep I needed an appointment after 3:30 so we scheduled for 4pm on a Friday. Within an hour of scheduling that 4pm appointment I received a message (text) saying they had a cancellation at 10am and moved me to that time. Okay #1 don’t move a time without customer approval. So I called back and said I needed to stay with the 4pm schedule. Well on Friday I receive a call at 2:30 saying they were on their way to my house. I said nooooo I need the 4pm appointment!!! Well Friday 4pm came …..4:15 nothing 4:30 nothing…..then I get a call. Mrs C I can not find your house. Well long story short he was in a totally wrong city. 200 miles away. So needless to say no rugs were picked up. I called in to the company and was told a manager would call me on Monday. Well Monday….nothingTuesday…..nothingWednesday…….nothingThursday I receive a text message asking if I could call at my convenience. I thought great I’ll finally get to talk to someone in charge. Okay this is where I say this just can’t get any worse. Well I responded “yes” “about?” He answered “your rug return”. I said “return?” He replied “I have a rug to return back to you”. I said “not mine! You never picked up my rug”. He sent me a picture!! I said sorry still not my rug. Then there were crickets. Nothing!! At that point I thought no way am I ever using this company. I decided to call one more time to let them know all the chain of events hopefully helping someone in the future. A very nice girl listened to my whole story and said her manager was on the phone and she would have him call me right back. That was 3 days ago. That’s a very loooong phone call Kevin is on. Very sad!! Please work on scheduling and customer service. Just simple things that can take you a long way. Hope no one ever has to go through this 2 week disaster like I did.Oh and on a side note. If you’re missing a gray and white rug you may want to give them a call. They think it’s mine. It’s not! 🤦‍♀️

I was not happy with the price given but after being assured that my sectional would be cleaned, disinfected and protected I agreed to the service. The guys were in and out. Although my sofa looked good as it was wet, once it dried it was revealed that spots had been missed and stains were still there. A little more detail could have been put in for the price I had paid. After contacting them one of the same employees’ was sent back and he went over all the spots that were missed. I appreciated the effort although I was originally told if I wasn’t happy with the service I would get a full refund.

We had them come clean our couch and rugs and scotch guard it. They didn’t move the furniture away from where they were cleaning so our side tables and floors were covered by the time they left. Our stuff still soaks up spills so it doesn’t seem like it was scotch guarded. Once our couch dried, we realized the smell was not gone so they came back to clean it again. I realized after they left that our couch had a couple of tears in it that were not there before (and it still has a smell- not as bad but still there). My wife and I have tried contacting them multiple times and that has gone nowhere. They tell us their boss Kevin will get back with us within 24 hours and it never happens. When we have called, Kevin is always out of the office. They say they’ll have him call back but he never does. This has been going on for weeks that we’ve waited to hear back from him. Please save your money and do not use this company.

The rugs were returned and although the pet spots were removed I wish they would have done a simple vacuum on them before returning. Maybe you have to ask for this separately?🤷🏼‍♂️Price seems fair and hopefully the pet scents were removed as promise.

The tech showed up two hours late.The online quote reflected $350 but when they arrived the quote went to $800, then they were going to cut me a deal and do it for $650. Dont waste your time.Ts Cleaning took care of me for $300.

DO NOT TRUST THE ONLINE QUOTE! IT IS A WAY TO LURE YOU IN AND THEN TRICK YOU INTO PAYING MORE. The quote I received online was $355 to have 5 rooms (with furniture in them) and a hallway clean sanitized and protected. When they came and quoted us in person the quote was $1300!!!!!!!!! My husband paid because I wasn’t there and I told him I was okay with the price quoted. I knew it would vary some from the quote, maybe even double from some of the other reviews but never quadruple. I’ve called to speak to a manager twice and can’t get a call back. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL Tell as many families as I can to not trust this company unless I can speak with someone and get some recompense of highway robbery. The tech was only at the house one hour and 15 minutes.

Never again!!! Firstly they advertises 3 rooms for $88 which is very falsely advertised. They charged us $140 to dry vacuum 2 rooms that are completely filled with furniture and a rug that is in the family room. There was no difference at all! Not 1 stain removed! And when we asked about the advertised price, the technician stated “That’s how they get you!” Well they surely won’t get me again!I was dissatisfied, gave them a call and made these same complaints, they scheduled for a new cleaning then sent the same technician back out whom told us that he was going to do the same thing and their still wouldn’t be a difference and that we would have to pay over a hundred dollars more to have stains removed 🤦🏽‍♀️ Senseless!Well we went with Browns Carpet Cleaning and in 15 minutes our carpet and rug looked new again for half the price that Safe Dry charged us. A total rip off!This is the first review I’ve ever left in my life! I just had too.

I am very disappointed at the service I received... My carpets still have all the spots in it. Nothing smells diff.. I paid over 400$ for my carpets to look the same when I left them.. Im supposed to have another come out and fix but we will see.. Im very very unhappy..

We used stanley steamers previously, I wasnt very pleased. This time we used Safe Dry and they sent Dominic. Not only did he clean what stanley couldnt but, he did it in a very efficient time. Would definitely recommend.

We decided to try the Safe-Dry cleaning method on the more soiled high traffic areas of our carpet - turns out it was a complete bust. It did virtually nothing and you couldnt tell any difference afterward. Next time I will stick with steam cleaning. That said, their representative was very polite and friendly - unfortunately it cost me $200 to find that out.

I contacted SafeDry about cleaning an 8x10 rug in which I couldn’t get a dirty water stain out. They were punctual for the first meeting, in which I was told they needed to take the rug back to the shop for a deep clean. Not only did they keep the rug for three weeks and use who-knows-what on it, but once they figured out they had ruined the rug and made it 10x worse, it was like pulling teeth to get it back. I was told on several different occasions they would drop it off at a certain time. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes to an hour each time and only received a last minute excuse text after I had made the effort to call and check in. They never should have offered to take the rug in the first place, as they never knew how to clean it.
