Watercress Car Wash is great! Conveniently located on Hwy 72W in front of the Kroger shopping center. They have attendants almost always staff the entrance kiosk that are always professional and friendly. They offer monthly unlimited plans at a reasonable price as well. Most membership car washes require you adhere an ugly sticker to your windshield but they give you the option to enroll your license plate for automated entry instead. The best part is they have complimentary towels and glass cleaner for you to use along with the vacuums. I definitely recommend.

Watercress car wash is a fantastic car wash in the Madison-Huntsville area. The tunnel is one of the longest tunnels I have ever been through, and I can tell the product used to clean the cars is high quality. The vacuums are fantastic, and they have bottles, rags, and automated mat cleaners. This business is locally owned by a veteran, and being in a country I love, that is one of the reasons I chose this car wash. Support the local business owner and defender of our freedoms. I had an issue that was resolved IMMEDIATELY as it was brought to their attention. Thank you for your customer service and amazing car wash.

Since the opening of this car wash, I’ve been impressed. My experience today was no exception but I was thoroughly impressed with the integrity of the young men working. When I came through the wash, one of them approached me. He was concerned about the quality of the wash as he was training a new employee. He proceeded to send me through the wash again for the most premium option. In today’s world where good service and help are hard to come by, I was impressed yet again. Thank you.

Should have zero stars got the $25 wash and expected a good car wash this places name should have been less than a garden hose cause if you waste your money here dont expect much more than a garden hose. Even worse showed manager how it doesnt wash and he wanted to run it thru a 2nd time requested money back and was denied. Worthless car wash added pictures of what I showed employee of a poor car wash

Great place with a really good staff. Prices are comparable to other car washes. But these guys and gals go the extra step to ensure you come back. If you dont like the job, tell them and theyll run your car through a second time at no charge.

Great car wash at a decent price. Didn’t have any spots that were still dirty like at every other car wash. They have microfiber towels available so you can dry your car and clean the windows. If you have rain guards on your car I would recommend doing that because there was still soap under mine. But over all great experience

I used to give this place a five star rating and have been going here since last August twice a month (with no membership) to get my car washed.Today I was turned away because I have auxiliary lights and a roof rack on my car (my vehicle has been the same since last August) and new rules say that they no longer wash vehicles with those aftermarket parts.I dont understand how you brag about your washers having censors that protect your car, but you obviously you dont trust them as I did all of the times Ive been here and had no damage done to my vehicle.Your false advertising is ridiculous and I will not be recommending this wash to any one in my community any more.

Absolutely love this establishment!!I have a monthly subscription and come 2 to 3 times a week.The young gentlemen are always hopeful and make sure that everything is satisfactory.Today was a beautiful day and they were busy as expected. It was nice to see one of the owners out there greeting customers and giving a little bit of her own elbow grease to help out.I will definitely continue having all my vehicles serviced here.

Associates are always helpful. Does a great job in cleaning my Silverado. Vacuums work really good. Shop towels and glass cleaner always available.

The place is clean. They provide drying cloths, window cleaner, vacuums that are easy to use and a floor mat cleaner. Shade is provided and I definitely will be using this place regularly. Cant stand the pollen and dirt blowing around this town.

I take my Corvette to get washed at least twice a week. This place is worth every penny. I even got my neighbors to sign up and become guest. We are all super satisfied with their service.

A bit expensive. Same express service compared at a $8 saving. Colors during carwash is cute but should not cost.

Does a great job on my truck. Most cars will fit. You may have to fold your side mirrors in or take of the trailer hitch.

Ive owned all black on black vehicles for as long as I can remember which is why I have ALWAYS been skeptical of touch car washes so normally Ill only use a touchless car wash.. But with watercress being brand new I decided to give it a shot, esp since its only $19.99 a month unlimited washes and no contract/sign up fee.Ive been a member for 3-4 months and I try to go 1-2 times a week and will even run through the wash twice in a row just to make sure everything is cleaned. So far I havent received a single scratch or mark on my new 2020 Ram. Hats off to these guys bc they must clean the spinning shammies/brushes daily to avoid damaging customers paint jobs. I highly recommend watercress not only for the quality of their washes but for the friendly staff always there!

First time visiting this car wash since I moved from South Carolina and looking for a new car wash for our vehicle. Met Jason who was very helpful in explaining all the different wash options available. He took the time out to show me how to operate the machine they have to wash and dry your floor mats. New modern equipment produces a fairly good result on my newer full size pickup. No scratches noticed with the type of flaps used. This one also wins vs others in area for providing microfiber towels to wipe with. This is a decision maker for me.

I took my husbands truck to get it washed. They sprayed real good up under the truck where all the mud was caked up. Then brushed down all the glass. I also liked they had spray cleaner and cleaning rags to use. I wil definitely use this car wash again! Very happy!!

Very nice car wash. Helpful and nice employees. I like that they had plenty of windex bottles and towels available for use. I was hoping they had the air pressure thingy, to get dirt out of creases and small areas. But vacuums had alot of pressure so I was able to get everything cleaned. Definitely would recommend!!!

Clean, fast and pretty safe. They might want to offer a sanitizer to wipe the vacuum holder. Or just remember to use yours when done. I traveled 16 miles to come here. Its worth it.

Service was great, all the equipment is the latest and greatest (newest design) so it does a super job. Tried the ceramic coating brought the clear coat back to new appearance . Thinking the membership may be worth it. And they have towels and cleaner, don’t have to haul or remember to bring them

Love how they spray the vehicle with bug spray and clean the back and front windows before the wash. The place is extremely clean and have everything there for you to use. Even a mat cleaner. I have the monthly subscription and it pays for itself after 3 washes. I go at least every other day.

This is a great car wash, my SUV runs through all the applications of the car wash and comes out rinsed very well. Vacuum cleaners have great suction and they provide bottled cleaner and rags. I purchased for the first time a monthly plan, and have been very pleased especially with having a clean car every day or other day.

This is the best car wash in town. Theyre competitively priced, the mechanical car wash does a great job even at the lower priced washes, and they provide microfiber cloths and spray for interior cleaning. Their vacuums are also appropriately powered and do a very good job. The staff is always nice.

Its just ok. Staff is nice but wash was not good. Not an easy entry exit either.

Does a good job getting the car clean and the wheels too, but the best part is the microfiber towels and cleaning spray provided to really complete the job.

It is great! Even at 63, I do what I did with my children, I love the colors & we used to scream. Now I do it with my granddaughter.

Great carwash but the vacuums sucked... Lol but in all seriousness they hardly have any suction.

I would rate higher if we weren’t in a pandemic. The workers will race you to help you with your transaction regardless if you need them. The problem is that they NEVER wear masks when they are less than an arms length away from you. The vacuums near the exit are quite weak as well.

This car wash is amazing!!! My car was the cleanest it has ever been and they even gave cleaner and towels after the tunnel! Will definitely go back anytime my car needs a wash.

I pay 34.99 a month and every time I go it never reads my license plate. A manager has reached out and resolved the issue.

One of the places that I can take my 3/4 ton truck through. I like the pre-hand wash done by two persons with brushes to get the heavy road grime off before entering the wash. This ensures that your vehicle is not getting damaged by someone elses dirt left in the rotating brushes. They offer vacuum at at no additional costs. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the brushes in the wash make a light contact with the vehicle instead of beating your vehicle like most car washes do. They also have clean rags and cleaner available for cleaning as well, to me that is kinda a big thing when most places have stopped providing cleaner.

BEWARE OF THE FACT THAT ENDLESS DOES NOT MEAN ENDLESS. Read the fine print before you join this APP based car wash and there is a lot to read. I was almost drawn in to signing up for the endless service by the grey headed older gentleman that was working that day. He was nice but was confusing when I began to question him about the endless service they offer. It is different than the service my husband uses at Mister where you can go as many times a day as you like rain or shine. They only allow you to wash once a day. If you describe your service as endless that is very misleading to me. They also state they will open and close at their discretion depending upon the weather. Places like this drive me crazy as I went by today and it is not raining and they are closed. So will they open later today? They are convenient to my home and I really wish it were different.

$9, $15, $20. Overpriced compared to like car washes. Good thing they had free towels, needed them to dry and clean the vehicle since the blower leaves loads of water and the brushes do a poor job of cleaning.Good thing for a good location.Friendly customer service though.

Great carwash while I was there! Due to the jobsite Id wash my truck a few times a week there. During one visit an employee offered to enroll me in their endless wash for $27.99, sounded reasonable at the time. However... Endless really means Endless recurring payments. I left Huntsville to work in Florida at the end of December and Im still getting billed! I cannot reach anyone via phone to get this cancelled! As I type this review I have yet another pending payment on my checking account for this!!!

This is hands down, the best automatic car wash in North Alabama. My minivan came out looking better than it did the day I bought it new. Im serious. My wheels are so shiny. Not only is it an excellent car wash, the owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating. Lastly, they have rags and spray for you to use, just like the older car wash in town used to but then sadly took away.

Beware! very hard to cancel membership. Their phone doesn’t work. I’ve emailed and no response. I’ve moved 20 minutes away and will now have to drive there to speak with someone in person.

I use this car wash every single day on two vehicles. I cant say enough good things about it. I just read the different reviews about cancelling memberships and changing plans, if you understand how to use an app or make a phone call, this can be done with no issues. Their number is updated. I just tried to use it and had no problem making adjustments. Try this car wash and you wont use another one. Their service is unbeatable. Also notice that those leaving negative reviews have hardly any review history. Just making an observation.
