Tuesday, 6/1/2021, I went through the car wash at 12:27pm, as it states on my receipt. Somewhere at the half way point in the car wash my roof rail cover was bent half up. Mind you, this cover sits FLUSH with my car(see the pictures). Literally the rail cover was sitting up at a 90 degree angle.There was a young lady who took my information and I was told I would get a call back by Friday, thats when their manager returns to work or something. I dont get that call so I drop by that same Friday afternoon to see what was going on. I speak to John, I think his name was, and he tells me they couldnt find the footage of my car going through the wash at that time, even though they have the day, date, and time it happened. And he says that they will contact me by Monday.Update: Thankfully my persistence made progress. I spoke to John who was patient and very helpful. I appreciate him getting back to me asap. My car will be getting fixed and they are thankfully paying for the repairs.

Ripped my antenna off my car (Hyundai Genesis). As of today 9/14, nothing has been done. I provided an estimate and I was supposed to receive a call Thursday but no later than Friday... Today is Saturday. Managers are Steven and Jay (who was really nice when this happnened). I will update this review if and when my issue is resolved.

I go to this location every two months and today I went through at 11:30am and there were two guys at the pay terminal. One of the guys (white dude) was rude to me when I declined the membership after he pressured me. I don’t like getting into arguments with and being pressured by bad salespeople. So anyone who goes to this place be prepared to be in a bad mood when you decline the membership. I will go to a different car wash from now on where employees will leave you alone.

Friendly staff and lots of bays to park in so no issues with having to sit and wait for a place to vacuum your car.

Fantastic job on removing bug guts from our cross-country road trip. The two technicians who pre scrubbed my front grill did great!

Its okay place not like use too be. Vacuums werent suckioning had move my car 2 times to find one that worked right. Kinda over priced compared to others Ive went to. Dont supply glass cleaner either

It has changed recently. Fewer options no scrubbing the car first. Sales people pushing unlimited washes.

The car wash does an excellent job at keeping the car clean. The vacuum service is free with your car wash. Friendly staff.

Great wash good monthly prices

Their equipment is just too rough for my car. The last 2 times I was there, there was still soap on my car after it was done. I also noticed chips of paint off my car. Even though its the closest car wash to my house, Im having to travel further for better quality.

Towels would have been nice. Other wise top notch.

Young guy tried to upsell me upfront. Will the $7 wash get the basic mud off the side of my truck? “I can’t promise that” WHAT? I pay $7 and I cant get a clean vehicle???? What the hell? I left and went up the road! Who do you hire to make sales??? LoL

I no longer go here as the constant intrusion of the sales staff hanging their head in your window, trying to up sale you. Just want a wash and to be left alone, so I no longer will be going here!

Broke my back light and didnt even clean my car that well. Light is like $45. I should have washed car myself. I could not reach customer service when I called

I appreciate that they give you a micro fiber cloth and they have free glass cleaner available too

A good place where you can wash your car

Two employees were working the touchscreen. One approached my car and asked what wash I wanted, handed me a paper towel with an air freshener I didn’t want, and proceeded to write the price of the wash I wanted on my windshield. Then they allowed other cars to pull ahead of us into the other lane which made our wait about twenty minutes. Never coming back.

Finally a place to go to without fears of Covid-19. Stay in car and select wash, folks clean your bumpers, windshield, etc with all your windows rolled up. Through wash, just good fun with soap, water, and colored lights. Will go back soon if lovely wife agrees. Maybe see you there. Take Care !

So they went up on the prices and only offer 3 options now, that NOW START AT $15. This is a great car wash but not with $15 being the starting point, the $9 option was the best price point for the experience.

This place is good but fix the vacuums and floormat washers already. Thats half the reason I choose this place.

I enjoyed getting my car wash here. All the young men working were very helpful, very polite, they even let me wash my car a second time for bo additional charge.

I took my 2012 Honda Accord through the wash and it scratched my paint job all over I would never use this car wash again. And I would never recommend it to anyone. If u have a brand new car please dont take it here....!!!

Awesome place. I had so much bird excrement all over my car that had been there for 4 days. The first run it got 95% off. I told them and they let me through again and it was 100% off. Great customer service!

Unsatisfied with the entire visit. I understand that I paid for the cheapest wash, but I still expected my car to come out cleaner than what it was. After pulling out of the tunnel, my car was still covered in soap. Once I came to a park by the vacuums, soap was still draining from the top of my car....so the blowers werent that good either. To add insult to injury, the vacuums there are HORRIBLE! I dont know whose responsibility it is to check the hoses, but I literally tried 4 different vacuum hoses and they were all clogged. Needless to say, I had to pull out the clogged trash from the tips just to get them to operate normally.It is safe to say that I would not recommend this place at all and hope that whomever reads this makes sure that other customers dont have the same experience as I did.

Fairly consistent experience here. Your car gets clean and the vacuums work. The guys who get you started through the tunnel never appear friendly. It looks like they hate their jobs.

Great place to go to when you need a car wash. A couple of the vacuums dont work but apart from that, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Good if your car doesnt have anything caked on it like bugs or long over due mud. They brush it a bit before it gets washed but but not enough. I do like the free unlimited vacuuming you get at the end though. If you are looking for a quick cheap wash this is the place to go. If you need some heavy scrubbing take it somewhere else.

My car was still dirty after driving thru. If it hadn’t been so busy I would have taken the time to point it out and drive thru again but it just seemed like it would be a waste of time since it was barely able to clean my car (wasn’t that dirty to begin with). And the vacuums don’t have the best suction. A trip here will likely have you detailing your car again at home. I’m giving two stars because the guys working at the front were friendly.

Love this business! Great prices and free vacuum and carpet cleaner for floor mats. They also give out codes for you to get a free car wash the next time you come. Very generous!

Easy service, cool staff

Still had grime on the aluminum wheels and dirt on the back bumper along with the fender wells that looked like they weren’t even sprayed. Rear window still had film on outside edges. For a $21 car wash this was pitiful. I would definitely try a different car wash.

I started going to them when they opened a few years ago and they were great, man have times changed. I took my SUV in for a wash and paid for the $21 special that should have covered everything. WHen I pulled over for the vacuums I noticed that there were still bugs and dirt on my windows, bumps and body panels. The tires were not buffed like the package is suppose to include and to top it all off the vacuums were so low pressure I couldnt vacuum my car out at all. Not worth the price and will not return!! (but hey I got a free car air freshener)

Personnel is not too kind. The washing is terrible, it leaves stains on the car and the wind shields. Also they use a kind of broom to scrub the car which scratches windows. The service (nor the cleaning level) doesnt change if you pay more, I tried get their most valuable service and I couldnt appreciate much difference. The good thing is that they give you vacuum service for free after the washing.

Repeatedly have so-so service here. Car NEVER dries and the prewash may get the bugs off or it may not.... depends on the mood of the workers and how long its been since Ive been in. However, they have started offering free drying towels which is nice. I still prefer the competitor which offers the free spray air freshener and dryer does much better.

I washed my car here one afternoon. While washing my car I lost my Apple Watch. Later that night I noticed it was gone and I called every place besides GooGoo looking for my watch. Two months later one of their employees walks into my job looking for a charger for my watch. He said they can keep lost items after a certain amount of time. Needless to say I told the guy it was my watch and he was happy to hand it over. They will get my business from now on because of his kindness.

Car wash is good. The vacuum hasnt worked at all the last 3 times Ive gone. Wouldnt even pull up a cheerio from my kids car seat

Went there about 15 min ago and the wash was horrible, the worst 18 dollars I ever spent to be honest . Dirt was still left on my hood as well as the roof of my car, I had to personally wipe my windows afterwards, Ive been going to on the spot and I recommend that 100 percent

Great car wash & service! $18 is the Premium wash but my personal favorite for the value is the $15 wash. The dryer does a great job getting most of the extra moisture off the top surfaces and glass. I have been very pleased with how clean it gets my tires. They have free self serve vacuum & a carpet mat cleaner machine. The location is convenient to Research Park & located near Wells Fargo Bank across Hwy 72 from Target, PetSmart, & Michaels. This is my favorite car wash in the entire Huntsville area & Ive tried quite a few! They are usually open until 8pm which is nice to offer later hours. I always appreciate the kind, 5 star service & my kids enjoy the fun lightshow during the car wash! Check them out!

Outcomes seem to be the same no matter what the level of service you choose. Same amount of time on the track; likely just sending more chemical down the drain rather than getting better results.

Love a quick wash and a free air freshener. Wish I could pay extra for them to vaccum my car some days when its hot,I have a dress on or I dont feel good. I would pay extra.

Car comes out clean and without scratches. Vacuum has good suction and the monthly auto draft deal is really good.

The floor mat cleaner needs to be replaced and the tire shine machine doesnt work on both locations in Huntsville.

I use to love this place but, the past few times I have gone there was black sticky stuff all over my vechile.

My car was not clean with the $15 dollar service.....my tires were supposed to have amoral on them that didnt happen. I wouldnt recommend this place for the money because you can go to Lees Carwash and get them to vacuum and everything for the prices they are charging.

The changed there scent on the car you hang on mirror. Not good. Weak smell.

Worst Management Ive experienced!! No bow tie on the 3rd key.. Dilbert cannot scrub the front nor rear end, while wearing one ski glove..? My car got very scratched and their solution is rubbing compound. Wow. Go GooGoo🍾
