Got the 21.00 service. Tried to pay with debit card. It kept saying card failed. Tried like 15 times. 2 attendants were by automation systems talking and playing on their phone. After about 10 minutes one finally decided to come over. Card finally worked. Guy goes back to automation system grabs scrub brush lightly goes over window. Car goes through still has bugs on front tires were not shined as paid for. Go to vacuum and theres is no real suction. Would have been better using a car broom. Will not be returning to this car wash

I was impressed by the attentiveness of the workers, they were willing to assist with all my carwash needs. My car looks so much better than it did after going through the wash at Shine Time. Will be back.. Fantastic employees wanted to let people know that they done a fantastic job. Will be back.

I do not recommend the subscription service. Ended up paying for 2 subscription on the same vehicle and it took an act of congress to get a refund and to have it canceled. The management did not help any. The workers are great at pre washing the car. Not a bad wash just dont go for the subscription.

A $7.00 wash no longer buys a few swipes with the scrub brush across the back of your SUV. The next wash up is $15.00. It wouldn’t be a big deal if the automatic wash did its job. They should warn you $7.00 gets you an almost clean car. I just enjoyed my last Goo Goo car wash

I’ve put lots of miles on my car the past few weeks resulting in excess bug and bird mess. The first run through didn’t touch it. They kindly let me run through again and still not cleared up.The manager explained that their bug sprayer wasn’t working and had a gentleman hand clean the front of my car while I vacuumed. Went way above and beyond and I was very grateful

Usually leave with a shiny car...clean roof and hood...not today. Plus I had to wipe the car down because of a blue dripping residue all over my car. Big disappointment today.

Love this place and the fact that vacuums are free along with mat cleaners, window spray and paper towels.

SUPER friendly employees. Got a monthly membership that I was told would work at a wash near my house, but that turned out to be incorrect. No biggie though. I like that they give you a towel with every wash too. Sometimes its a cloth one- thats better than the disposable ones but either is helpful. The mat cleaner is nice too although it doesnt have the water option like some mat cleaners.

Great carwash! When I arrived there was a line but it moved quickly. When I got to the front the worker HELPED me decide which wash I wanted and then he gave me a $30 DISCOUNT!!! 🤷😁😁😁😁😁😁 SOMEHOW I didnt receive my free air freshener but NOW I have EXTRA money to BUY MANY!! 😂😂😂😮😮😮😀

Disappointing at best. Very poor job on rims, soap left in gaps. Blue Express is much better.

My issue is the lower panel under door is alway still dirty. The rest of car looks good. . Have to move 2-3 times to find vacuum with suction. .

None of the vacuums suck well at all. Part of the problem is people think they can vacuum up anything and everything. The other problem is I dont think they get checked for suction very often. Not worth paying $6-$20 for a car wash if you cant vacuum out your car afterwards.

Terrible all around. Used to love this place. Now the workers are very unprofessional and the car wash quality has gone way down in recent years. Love the location for it’s convenience, but will never be returning there again after my past couple of experiences.

This is the most unprofessional place to be, the staff are very rude and insulting. At some point I was threatened by one of the employees. I 100% wont recommend this place to anyone!!!

The first gentleman was professional and knowledgeable of sales and promotions. The second one seemed to be unhappy. I didnt like that my rims were still dirty at the end of the carwash.

A little pricey for the full wash but they take good care of you with a pre-wash. The drive-thru machines dont really get the job totally done but itll remove most of the grime from a dirty car. There were some suds and lots of water left over after the wash/dry portion. There are free vacuums that are sorta powerful, but still get the job done. Id go again.

Thry approach the car and inform you that if you only get the cheap one they dont presceub. No air freshener like the sign says and two vacuums was junk so I give up. I will not be going back. Their competition provided way better service and equipment.... Never again

Have used this car wash for years. The last two visits have been terrible. Found out they’re under new ownership. Now have car wash options and quality of washes not as good. Will not be back.

Horrible service, washed 2 times and still dirty. They sprayed something all over my car and it didnt come off, then I reached out to corporate and got no reply.

I went to have my car washed The Boss who told me he knew everything about the business, was at the area where each car would pay for service. I watched him as he ran between two stations. As I watched, at first he was alternating the cars as they approached the gate. I kidded with him, saying it must be difficult to keep track of cars. He said he wasThe Boss and never makes a mistake. He had me put my card in again. I ended up paying $18 for that car wash. The receipt said so, as does my Credit Card Statement.For $18, Ill wash my car myself. This was on 9/22. GooGoo#605, in Huntsville Alabama. It is on South Parkway.I will go elsewhere from now on where my business is appreciated, and the Boss is not arrogant.

Only $7 and was still a waste of money. For some reason they have someone come up and put your card in the machine for you. She let me know that the lowest option does not include prewashing (offered at other car washes). surprise outside of car is still dirty. The vacuums are so weak I actually had to vacuum it out when I got home. Glad I know now not to ever stop at this one again when Im running errands.

I paid for a $15 wash and my car was still dirty, supposed to get tire shine and my tires look lack luster, I miss the shine ... the vacuums dont work well, have to go Over and over and over spaces to get them clean ... Used Goo Goo for many years I wont be returning...Not worth $15.

I really appreciated the brush down of my car with soap & water before I entered the carwash. That helped because parking under trees makes your car look horrific. Was pretty good. Car came out pretty clean. My only complaint is that the floor mat cleaners do pretty much nothing. I have rubber mats and the floor mat cleaners dont use water, so they didnt really clean anything out.

I pay for thier monthly service and I go today and they are closed the website says open entrance is blocked.. I did visit during operating hours . It was 2 in the afternoon

Flawless service. Also traveling through the wash itself is quite fun. My car always looks great and the floormat cleaning machine is terrific.

It is pretty good. It is my fav in the city of Huntsville. It washes a tad better than my second fav, and they dont have pushy sales people lingering over the entrance like one legacy wash in the city and another of the newer car washes. It still is no match for tree sap. The tree sap still takes a lot of elbow grease. The attendants work hard and earnestly to apply a good minute or two of elbow grease before sending you through the colorful bubbles and powerful sprays from all directions.

They no longer scrub the front of the car with a basic wash. I was only told this once I paid and the attendants basically stood there as I waited for my car to go in. There were still bugs all over the car front when the wash was complete. Also - most of the vacuums are broken and the ones I found that still worked had very limited suction.

I can always tell a difference from Goo Goo and other car wash places. The prices are worth it. The wash seems a little fast but the end result is noticeable. Plus the car air freshener is a nice smell, just dont take it out of the bag immediately. The scent lasts longer if you tear open a small amount at a time.

Their customer service is awesome! The young woman was so helpful. My grandsons love going through the car wash.

Several vacuums dont work some were broken pieces of vacuums fell apart as I begin to use it.

Car wash is good. Paid for the monthly deal they have, can take my vehicle in and wash it every day if I want. Vacuums have the suction power needed. They offer paper towels and window washer fluid to clean the inside glass. Friendly staff.

$12 gets a good car wash. They have free mat cleaning machines for carpet mats, and a free car deodorizer. The vacuuming systems are also available for free. I suggest the unit on the end near the source. It has good suction.

I went to the S. Memorial Parkway one, and I went through the wash and my car was still dirty when It came out. They barley did my windows as I drove through. But they do you have a awesome rug cleaning machine for your car and spots to clean the inside of the window.

The experiences have been overall good. The car comes out really clean. It’s fast and fairly cheap compared to other places in town. The staff could seem to care less, so it’s a 4 star, but it’s an automated car wash so I don’t know how much that matters.

This is the second time recently that this GooGoo has been closed during sunlight daytime. Its 1:43pm on a Monday. No reason given, just closed. Im on the full service monthly plan and this is terrible service.

Did not rinse hardly anything off. The attendants remedy was to run it through again. Not really any better. Maybe next time Ill just drive up, give them $20 and go wash it myself. Dont waste your money.

What a joke. They barely scrub your car before you enter into the wash itself and no matter if you pay $7 or $21....the car wash is trash.Please maybe try to use that brush more. Its your job, do it right.

Your manager walked up to my car..I told him I already had my wash ticket and did not need help ..he continued to walk up and attempt to reacg for my debit card..i nicely told him not to..he continued to walk up and stand at my window..I was upset and told him to back up ..he did not..i told him I wanted to speak to the manager..he laughed and told me he was the manager. I had to drive forward as there were other cars behind me...i got up to the entrance of the wash and the manager waived me through..i asked him if he was going to do the headlights..something goo goo has always done. He told me I could just leave and he would give me my money back and for me to pull up to the gate to wait..i told him that worked for me but I would be calling upper management...he went inside..pretened to get my money and called the police...when the police arrivedYour manager spoke to them..then they walked up to me and said your Manager told them I tried to run over him..i was shocked! Not only was he Rude..he is Lying!Im a 67 year old women who just wanted your manager to walk away from. My car..I already had my wash ticked nut he continued to come up to my car and reach for my debit card. I would never try to run over anyone...I think he knew he stepped over the line and was going to be reprimanded by management so he came up this ridiculous scam ..I was extremely upset..called GooGoo main office several times with no return call. I have been using GooGoo for many years and have never seen this kind of behavior. I told the young man to keep the money and to let me out..he moved the gate and I left. This experience was very distressful and embarrassing. I was surprised no one from upper management returned my call. I was tempted to hire an attorney but after I calmed down I decided this event was very exaggerated and not worth wasting my time or energy. I do hope the manager has received more training and when a customer tells him several times they dont need help and to please back up..he will listen and walk away and not continue to argue and walk up to the car.

What a difference a year makes. Im rarely on this side of town when I decide to get my car washed and today was one of those days. Despite a lack luster of hustle or any remote sense of care, one attendant slapped the brush against my car while the other refused to look at me as she went through the hand motions of lining up my car. Once the car was rushed through the car wash I pulled into a vacuum slot to find soap left on my car. I found a box of rags that I used to finish the job of cleaning my car. I moved on to vacuum my car only to find the wand broken.Management/owner needs to check in on this place as his/her investment goes down hill and fast. Like I said, what a difference a year makes. I was here about a year ago and had no issues, and now the place is starting to look decrepit and uncared for. There are better Goo Goo and competitor car washes in town.

I paid for the $18 super wash thinking that I would get extra. I truly dont feel like it was anything special. But glad that I still washed it. I could have paid for the $12 wash and been fine.

Go to the express wash up the road on 72 right behind Texaco off Nance. Go Goo with the deluxe car wash doesnt get the whole car clean. I still have to wipe the back and my wheels clean. Who knows how much of my paint got scratch. I dont think the wash uses enough water or else it wouldnt be like that.

Great place to get your car washed but if its really dirty take it home and hand wash it the machine will not clean your car if its really dirty they might offer to run the car through again but its still not going to clean it last time I went they were out of air fresheners but hey its only $7 so you cant complain too much.

The worst car wash in huntsville!!! Go else where!The was didnt even rinse the back end of my car also the vacuums suction is very bad. I would not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go some where else. 18 dollars wasted.

I go to this place all the time and it does the job. I would have given it a five but I still had a lot of soap left on my car. If you dont stop to wipe down thats foam left to dry on your car.

They were nice enough to remove my car antenna when I forgot. Always polite and my car looks great afterwards.

Great workers who really earn their pay!

Lets be fair! The staff was beyond excellent and they were WAY understaffed. They literally had cars to the road, only 2 people working, and it was WAY over 89 degrees. It was hot and sweaty. Seriously, the owners need to get a grip on how they treat their employees and make sure they have a least a bucket of cold water provided by the owners to the employees for busy times like these. Its inhumane for anyone to be working in over heated weather without considerate essential items being provided by there employer.

Today was my first going to this car wash. After I paid the gentleman did the normal routine getting my truck ready for wash. An older guy grabbed the back windshield wiper off the window. Not sure why, then another young guy went behind him looked at the wiper.. Looked towards my truck, didnt say anything I didnt think anything about it. My truck went through the wash. Once I got around to vacuum it. The same two men just eye balling me. So my back wiper was hanging all but broken off. I called for the younger guy to come over to tell him what happened. Hes all but blaming me saying it was already broken. He said hell get his manager, no biggie, I finished cleaning my vehicle. The manager didnt acknowledge me while he was I guess expecting it and trying to fix it. He said the wiper was already broken when I came. Cutting me off not trying to hear anything I said. Well I just used my wiper. Bottom line he was very rude, and no compassion. Usually a professional business man/woman will hear both sides.. Not coming to the conculsion on his own. I understand good help is hard to find. But you also need to hold your employees accountable for their actions. Now, I understand you can careless if I come back or not. But this is not your first bad review. Id rather take my money elsewhere.
